18/06/2025: Le 11 giugno decido di fermarmi nella parte bistrot.Io ordino uno sccottino salato e una nastro azzuro. Presento alla giovane cassiera una banconota da 20 euro per la somma di 6 euro. Mi restituisce solo 4 euro in monetine per ingannare il nemico. Io insisto che faccia il complemento e finga di non capire. All'improvviso esce la banconota da 10 euro. Deve essere abituata a questo stratagemma, usa bene la sua cassa per il resto ma restituisce solo una parte della somma. Se sei distratto non ti accorgerai del furto. Sono andato da uno dei suoi colleghi al bar per dirglielo ." Il suo collega ha cercato di rubare 10 euro. Sorpreso, non ha detto nulla davanti a me, che ha puntato il dito sulla colpevole.

The staff leaves something to be desired: not very affable and friendly, furthermore we often witness discussions or their reasoning at the front of the counter which become unpleasant in moments of relaxation in front of a good coffee

Cameriere non preparato sui piatti, passaggi davanti ai commensali, 1 fetta di melanzana bruciata, il calice di vino arriva già nel bicchiere. Margine di miglioramento alto.

14/07/2025: On Saturday, we booked a restaurant for Sunday. When we arrived, they couldn't find the reservation. However, they had us shown to the table without any problems. When we booked over the phone, they explained that there are two set menus for 25 and 30 euros, where you have to choose a first course for the first course and two first courses for the second course. And you might say, "What's the problem?" Many people do that. The lady comes to take our order with an expression on her face that says we've come to steal. Okay, we order and discover that everyone at the table has to choose the same first course (even though there are 10 of us). There were 4 of us, so to avoid making the lady's face look even worse, we decide pretty quickly. The appetizer arrived (cheese and cured meats), and everything was good. But when the first course arrived, we were paralyzed for a moment. It was the only dish we had to share, and that wasn't a problem. There was about 100 grams of pasta in a soup tureen, and almost half of it was filled with sauce; the pasta was practically floating in the sauce. We each added a spoonful and a half and finished the pasta. (I took a photo of the first course). The second course arrived (it looked good, at least I'll eat the second course). But no. The thin slice of meat was roasted until it was dry and tough, the sausage was very salty, the baked potatoes were reheated who knows how many times (none of us ate them, they were truly disgusting), the salad was made from the first green leaves (imagine when you buy salad and on top there are those first 2-3 dark green leaves and they are hard.) We didn't touch it. Let's get to the dessert. What could possibly go wrong with the dessert? Nothing, it simply wasn't the house dessert, it was the cookies. Why not write that they are cookies. A dry cookie at the end of lunch, I don't know. With all this, I have to say the only wonderful thing about this place were the waiters. They were polite, kind, and fast. P.S. Next to us was the table with 12 people, and they passed the first course plate from one person to the next, spooning it in at a time until it was finished. When the dish arrived, they too were frozen, staring at it. "How are we supposed to share it among all of us?" My question, however, is: "How did 12 people manage to agree on a dish for everyone?" Because sometimes what one person can eat, no one else can.

04/07/2025: The food is good. The basic menu at 25 euros is more than enough (starter 5/6 courses, first course, second course, fruit and dessert). We went for lunch when it was 37 degrees down in Naples and in there no more than 22/23 degrees without air conditioning. We will definitely be back

04/05/2025: Family run place (really kind and helpful family) really nice surrounded by nature, perfect for those who love traditional cuisine. The dishes are genuine, abundant and reminiscent of grandmother's. Rustic and welcoming atmosphere, very kind and super helpful staff. Great for a quiet dinner or Sunday lunch with the family. Fair prices for the quality. Must try!

27/07/2025: Today, July 27, 2025 We had lunch. A unique disappointment. Value for money was a 4. A pizza would have been better.

20/07/2025: During our vacation, we stopped at the restaurant a couple of times for lunch. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The traditional cuisine is delicious, especially the seafood dishes. I really enjoyed the conchiglia appetizer. I recommend anyone vacationing in the Paestum area to go to the "I Due Tesori" restaurant for lunch.

13/06/2025: We had a 5 PM reservation but arrived early, so we sat by the bar until 5 PM. We ordered an appetizer and drinks, but the appetizer took a long time to arrive that I had to raise the issue with the hostess. The waitress also delayed bringing the bill, and I had to follow up with the hostess again to close out. Despite the poor service, we proceeded with our 5 PM reservation. The waitress was kind but missed several important steps. She placed the utensils directly on the table without plates, which was unsanitary, especially since we were seated outside on the patio where the tables are exposed to dust and outdoor elements. The bread was not fresh, and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy the experience. Overall, a disappointing visit that needs serious improvement.

04/06/2025: Overall a nice restaurant, however the food was very average and the ambiance was average. Our second cocktails were smaller despite the price being the same. Also Very expensive and not worth the cost. I would not go again and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

01/07/2025: We ate this evening in three and it was a wonderful discovery to have dinner at Zi Mariuccia, everything we asked for was plentiful and tasty, spectacular first courses, but I recommend the Genovese, the best I have ever eaten!!! Definitely to return

A special thanks goes to Gerardo, who was on his first day at the restaurant: he was attentive, polite, and made us feel truly at ease. Congratulations, we hope to see him again next time!
