13/04/2025: A truly welcoming place, where you immediately feel at ease. The employees are kind, helpful. The food is excellent, well prepared and very tasty. Highly recommended for those looking for a pleasant environment and good food. I will definitely go back

22/07/2025: I ordered an American takeout pizza, and when I got home I had a nasty surprise: the pizza was without mozzarella and sausage. Money was spent without ingredients... I don't recommend it... Check before paying, it's better...
15/06/2025: Perfect food and service but you get lost in the details we were sitting where there is the window in April full of ants on the wall at the end of the dinner we also found them on the table this is not good take action otherwise you will lose customers....

Tho the staff was horrendous, literaly scammed us 5€ telling us the printer for tickets didn’t work, like come on…. If you want a tip just say it, don’t scam customers like that. Not that great of an experience.

21/06/2025: I was really disappointed with this ice cream shop. The ice cream, admittedly, tasted good – creamy and well presented – but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect. Shortly after eating it, I and several others in my group had a severe stomach ache, which seriously calls into question the quality or preservation of the ingredients.
The staff was extremely rude: no smiles, curt and rude responses, as if we were in the way. A truly unpleasant experience, especially in a place that should convey joy.
As for the prices... exaggerated. I was in Venice recently, and even there – in the middle of the tourist center – I spent less for an equally good ice cream (and without side effects!).
In short, good luck to those who go there, but I certainly won't be returning.

06/05/2025: Small pizzeria in Vallo della Lucania, Italian flair. The pizza oven is visible. Everything freshly prepared and good value for money. In addition to pizza, there are of course also pasta, fish and meat dishes. The appetizers are also great. Simple but very tasty

13/07/2025: We went here on Saturday evening with friends. The place is nice, but the staff was disorganized and unprofessional. We waited an incredibly long time for our food (simple pinsa), and when we asked how much longer it would take, we received an arrogant and almost passive-aggressive response from the waiter. Furthermore, while ordering, the waiter almost forced us not to order "too much" (we were a table of six), and spoiler alert: the pinsa were tiny and barely fed two people. I highly recommend it; I only feel sorry for the young waiters, who were otherwise very kind. What a shame.
12/07/2025: Terrible, we waited an hour and a half but nothing we asked for arrived. Absolutely avoid.

10/05/2025: Sono stata oggi a pranzo al ristorante la Cazzarola. voglio partire dalla gentilezza con cui sono stata accolta dai ragazzi fuori, davvero calorosi e simpaticissimi.
Entrando nel locale ti salta subito all’occhio lo stile Sorrentino del ristorante.
Il cibo era delizioso e il personale era estremamente cordiale e attento.
Il pesce molto fresco, partendo dal polipo ai calamari. Il soutè di vongole che ho preso aveva un profumo di mare. Anche i primi piatti, cottura e condimento al punto giusto.
Ed infine ho terminato il pranzo con un buonissimo tiramisù.
Durante il pranzo mi si è avvicinato anche il direttore, con molta gentilezza, ad assicurarsi se tutto era di nostro gradimento.
Per il prossimo viaggio a Sorrento, la Cazzarola sarà la mia tappa fissa. Faccio i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff, alla prossima.
03/05/2025: Sn stato con la mia compagna in prima serata sembrava tutto molto bello e accogliente. Personale gentile, abbiamo preso una zuppa di cozze, un sautè di vongole e una pizza margherita, un acqua, una coca e 2 caffè. Zuppa di cozze buona, sautè di vongole buono ma i gamberetti un po’ amarognoli. La pizza margherita non era un gran credo che lì ci sia un problema di impasto.

20/07/2025: The food wasn’t very good. Few options to choose from on the menu. Every meal we had with teriyaki sauce had an overwhelming black pepper taste. Edamame wasn’t cooked properly and had no salt whatsoever. Most things felt heated rather than made by a chef.
The staff were very nice and helpful, most of them spoke english too. One of the servers was singing the entire time we were there, but not in a live music type of way.
Overall a decent experience. I’m not planning to visit again so I wouldn’t recommend going here with all the other options available nearby.

16/07/2025: Very good sweets (maritozzo, baba, cornetto) regular prices, nice staff, speaking some English if you need. Been there twice already and we really like the place, espresso is very good as usual in Naples, cappuccino could be more into the coffee and not milky side, also as usual in Naples - nice place in general.

13/03/2025: An incredible pizzeria that definitely deserves 5 stars!
The pizzas are simply divine, with a well-aerated dough, cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven, which gives it that slightly smoky taste and a texture that is both soft and crispy.
I tasted a gourmet pizza topped with melted mozzarella, generous slices of grilled pancetta which bring a nice touch of indulgence, and perfectly cooked fragrant mushrooms.
Each bite is a blend of comforting flavors, enhanced by a light touch of cream or mature cheese that ties it all together.
The calzone, for its part, is a real gem!
Its dough contains a generous heart of stringy cheese, tasty pieces of meat (probably ham or pancetta), and mushrooms which provide a melting texture and a slightly woody taste. The opening at the top reveals the richness of the ingredients, making this dish even more appetizing.
We really feel the care taken in the selection of products and the preparation.
An essential address for lovers of authentic and generous pizza!
I will come back without hesitation.
