11/06/2025: On Sunday we celebrated our son's communion in this dream location... Beautiful garden, well-kept and pleasant to walk around. Guests were welcomed by the amazing buffet by the pool and then began lunch in the spectacular Cristal luxury room, very well-kept in every detail... polite and professional staff with excellent service. The dishes were excellent with quality products cooked with skill... compliments to the owners who follow all the operations working on the front line to take care of the customer from start to finish... I definitely recommend it

01/06/2025: The owner was very nice and helpful, he was available at all times to help us. Employees on site are very nice with simple good breakfast. He showed us the way in Salerno, good restaurants and gelato spot. There is no restaurants close by, but take a bus to go to the city it’s not very long and worth it. If you want a quiet place, this is ideal. In the mountain with breathtaking views and a pool. Bus stop, grocery store and pharmacy only 7-8 minutes walk.

18/05/2025: On day 2 of our unscripted motor tour from Naples to Florence via the Amalfi Coast, we again found ourself looking for a place to stay. We came across Tenuta Montelauro on Google maps. Having heard and read so much lately about agritourism, I was anxious to give it a try. My guess is that they don't get a lot of walk-in guests, so were probably a bit confused by our unannounced arrival and request for 2 rooms for the night. That confusion quickly faded and their hospitality and cordiality shined through. The entire facility seems nearly new. The rooms are large and comfortable. We had first floor room (one above ground level) that opened onto a large shared patio overlooking heavily forested grounds. This place specializes in their own dry-cured meats. You pick your cut of meat from the curing "closet". Servings are one kilo per couple. Even with the bone-in cuts, this is an ample serving. The table was set with a generous charcuterie board and a small side salad. The entire meal, including desert and 2 bottles of a very nice local wine came to a bit over €35 per person. Breakfast, included in the €70 fee per room was equally generous in size and every bit as delicious. We believe you cannot go wrong with this hotel. I rate it excellent in every regard.

21/05/2025: I went back after a while but the quality of the food remained very high. Mixed antipasto, pasta, meat all delicious. Then on a bet I ordered a calzone, which I didn't eat entirely since it was XXL. But tomorrow I'll give it the coup de grace... Truly a place to recommend!

04/05/2025: Sceglierei questo ristorante 100 volte su 100! Antipasti, primi di terra e secondi di terra deliziosi per non parlare della meravigliosa pizza saporita e leggera. Personale gentilissimo e attento. Quando ritornerò a Mirabella Eclano so già dove andare a mangiare.
