02/07/2026: the place looked clean and the food was ok, good portions, price was ok too, but there wasn’t music on the place, the tv was out loud so we kind of had to speak high each other to understand, the waitress was literally a kid. the enviroment feels like dark and down inside, but good thing is that there was an air conditioning.

28/06/2026: The pizza was delicious; we chose three different kinds, the diavola wasn't spicy, and with drinks we paid 41 euros. The only downside was the lack of English, but you can get by by showing the menu.

I remember it as far back as 1976, and for over 50 years it has been part of the story of the town itself and part of the memories of generations of families returning from abroad. When families from Pianopoli gathered in New York, its name often came up in conversation. It became one of those places that everyone seemed to know and remember. During my recent stay, I was reminded not only of the warm hospitality and excellent service, but also of the important place this hotel holds in the life of the community. It represents a chapter of modern Pianopoli that so many people remember and cherish. A special mention goes to the pizza. After years of eating pizza throughout Italy, it is rare to find one that is so light and digestible. Even eating it late in the evening, I slept comfortably and woke up feeling great. It is easy to understand why people return year after year. For me, this was more than a hotel stay. It was a return to family memories, local history, and a place that continues to welcome people with genuine hospitality. A special place with a beautiful story behind it.

10/03/2026: I could say a lot, but it's not the place it once was. I can't forgive the fact that the knives, forks, and glasses were really dirty and unsightly, and I wasn't the only one in the dining room to complain. It's a shame because the food wasn't bad. The pizza is good. The appetizer needs a rethink.

03/04/2026: A very Italian and Calabrian place. We loved it. The staff was super friendly. The pizza was delicious. Don't miss this place if you want to experience typical Calabrian places and mingle with the locals.

23/02/2026: In an area with exorbitant prices, this pizzeria is a rare find: fair prices and accessible to everyone. The place is simple, not your typical "Instagrammable" spot, all lights and design, but it's pure substance. I was skeptical due to some negative reviews, but luckily I didn't pay attention: the pizza was truly good and rich in toppings. If you're looking for a modern place to take photos and pay €15 for a pizza (often of inferior quality), look elsewhere. If you want good food at an excellent price, this is the place. Highly recommended!

21/03/2026: We spent an incredibly warm and delicious evening here ❤️ The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, just the right way to slow down and enjoy the moment with your loved one. The cuisine was a special treat. The seafood was simply amazing: fresh, perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. 12/02/2026: It seemed like all the dishes/courses tasted the same, a strange flavor. After a few pieces, I lost the desire to continue eating. The cooked food was awful, and it tasted equally peculiar, ugly, and unpleasant. Furthermore, some of the dishes we wrote about were brought to us after we requested them, and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I don't recommend it.

29/07/2026: If you look American the boss will literally tell staff to stop helping you to help someone who walks in behind you. I speak some Italian I ordered 2 pre-made panini. Instead of ringing me up they prepared 3 other orders.

29/06/2026: I was annoyed because I gave 50 eur instead of less for change. It was dirty and not very clean. Didn't look like they wanted customers in the cafe.

17/08/2026: Replacing Raffaella and Stefano wasn't easy, but Raffaele and his team succeeded! The experience was beyond positive: the food was delicious and traditional, with generous portions, perfectly cooked despite the interruption due to the storm. The service was adequate, and the price was fair. We'll be back!

16/08/2026: A truly pleasant experience! ☀️🏖️ Warm welcome and always smiling staff, with a helpful lifeguard attentive to guests' needs. The beach is clean, well-organized, and made even more enjoyable by discreet, relaxing background music. The seafood lunch was also excellent: qualified staff, attentive service, and excellent quality food, prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients. 12/08/2026: If you can't handle a table of 21 people, it's best to decline the reservation (as other places have done). Waiting two hours for a pizza, only to receive this product, is unacceptable. Notifying customers when ordering that "it will take at least an hour" because the oven is small isn't their problem. We should have sent the pizzas back, but after all that wait, we just wanted to leave. Two stars for the kindness of the staff, but the rest needs reconsidering.

29/07/2026: Good kebab and portions worthy of the name, as they are truly XXL. Downside: too much waiting, one person serving is not enough, at least in summer.

24/06/2026: Best kebab in CZ and the surrounding area. Excellent, filling, fresh. The food deserves 10 stars!
