15/12/2025: A truly excellent experience in every way. The food was excellent, prepared with high-quality ingredients that clearly shine through in every dish. The service was impeccable: the staff was always attentive, kind, and helpful, ready to offer advice and make guests feel comfortable throughout the meal. Although the initial wait was a little longer than expected, the overall experience was more than worth it, making it completely acceptable. The value for money was also excellent: quality products offered at affordable prices, which is certainly not a given. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit and we recommend it without hesitation. Highly recommended!

14/12/2025: Located in a somewhat out of the way area of ​​CZ, a nice and new place, we waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes for 5 sandwiches despite there being few people, sandwiches that turned out to be below expectations for the price they have, friendly staff but I don't recommend, rating 5.5.

17/08/2025: We had dinner with all our relatives at this restaurant and we appreciated the quality of the meat. The tartare, the Alba-style raw meat, and the tagliata were exquisite. The appetizers were average. It's a shame we sat down at 9 PM and finished at 1:30 AM.

04/07/2025: A few hundred meters from the Gallico motorway junction is Braceria Gangemi, a unique place for those who want to spend an evening relaxing and above all enjoying good food. Gaetano is the perfect host. His presence in the room is discreet and friendly and when he leaves his kingdom (the kitchen) he does it to pamper his guests. The experience is that of a family dinner where you know that in the kitchen there is someone who wants to give you the best. But let's get back to the kitchen. A vista, an element not to be underestimated, is the place where Gaetano perfects his creations. Last night we were a group of 12 friends and we opted for a meat menu. The local appetizers (the zucchini flower fritters grown by Gaetano in his garden are out of this world) are exquisite and the courses endless.!!! The pasta with white ragù and black truffle is highly recommended. And what can I say about the meat? The tagliata melts in your mouth, the lamb ribs go away one after the other, the meat rolls melt in your mouth. A gem: the elephant ear cutlet. A kilo of pure goodness. How much did we pay? I'll just tell you that Braceria is one of the few places in the city where you eat well (even better) at the right price. An experience to do and do again!

16/11/2025: An experience to forget. We had lunch at the osteria on a warm and quiet Sunday. To get things done, we ordered quickly, but we already encountered the first problem: the wine arrived after about 15 minutes, and only then was it urge. We waited about an hour and twenty minutes for the first meatballs. Once the first courses arrived, another unpleasant surprise: the pasta and chickpeas were forgettable. They lacked salt, and the legumes were rock hard, even the gnocchi with meat sauce were forgettable. We waited for the mixed grill, but another unpleasant surprise: the meat was practically completely burned and inedible. The sausage was a record-breaking... pure carbon! While we waited between courses, the waiter was wiping down the tables with degreaser, oblivious to the dishes on the neighboring tables. The bill was average; we expressed disappointment at everything that had happened. The owner apologized and deducted the grilled food (the minimum) from our bill.

15/11/2025: I found myself at this osteria by chance with my family. Perfect welcome with an excellent welcome appetizer. Everything we ordered was well explained and served. You can see the care taken with the ingredients, and the flavor is excellent. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I felt pampered. Thank you to all the staff at this place for their attention. 22/10/2025: It was a truly enjoyable evening! The outdoor area is welcoming and elegant, perfect for a quiet party with just the right atmosphere. The piano bar provided an elegant and relaxed background, perfect for chatting and enjoying the company. The food was a wonderful discovery: interesting dishes, beautifully presented, and with a touch of originality. The staff were kind and attentive, always available without being intrusive.

The staff pays attention to every detail and makes you feel pampered. The jazz music in the background made the atmosphere even more pleasant. I will definitely be back!

03/09/2025: This is my must-try every time I'm in Savelli. The owner is friendly and always offers the best recommendations. The menu is typical of the Sila area, with a generous appetizer that changes daily and a variety of courses, catering for all tastes, from cured meats and cheeses to vegetables prepared in various ways. The first courses are delicious. The wine list is extensive, with many typical Calabrian wines. A must-try if you're in Savelli. Excellent prices, around €30 per person, including Pizzo truffles. The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and tastefully presented—you can taste the chef's passion and expertise. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always attentive to their guests' needs. A place definitely worth a try: tradition, authenticity, and Calabrian hospitality at its finest!

04/09/2025: I booked for a weekend with my family and couldn't have been happier. The place was incredibly peaceful, the apartment was equipped with everything; the only flaw was that I would invest in new mattresses, especially the one on the sofa 😅, but I think it's also a question of age, which is getting worse. The staff, who are a wonderful family of incredibly sweet and kind people, chatted over a wonderful breakfast (even gluten-free and lactose-free), really made us understand the value of this peaceful property, despite being on the road, close to everything, including supermarkets, close to Odissea 2000, and a 1.50 drive from Sila. It was a wonderful experience for me ❤️

26/11/2025: With Fio Marino's music, William's cocktails, and the chef's aperitivo... it's delightful to spend time with friends (a few of them to respect the social distancing requirements). Adding the quadra (pizza del cavò) is perfect. The very fair bill... which doesn't hurt!

09/11/2025: The place is very large, well-decorated, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't really like the pizza because I think the mozzarella isn't mozzarella, but rather stretched curd. That was my impression.
