16/10/2025: A very nice place where you can find excellent food and special people with big hearts. Napoli pizza with friarelli and sausage isn't good... but it's amazing. Chicken al mattone... divine. Then there's the owner and the head waiter, Pasquale, with a heart as big as a house, the pizza chef with golden hands, in short... a pizzeria restaurant discovered by chance on a Thursday in October 2025... that will remain in my heart ♥️ The negative reviews certainly refer to a place with the same name but in another location.

29/07/2025: I can only applaud the lead actor's great performance. I'll start by saying that a few years ago we went to Cocis in Pizzo, near the shopping center, and twice, even though the chicken and pizza were good, they always treated us the same way: a higher bill, and when we asked for a detailed receipt, they added other dishes. We arrived on July 26th, 25th, and we ordered chicken and pizzas for a group of about 15 people. The first thing I said to the friends I was sitting with was that a few years earlier in Pizzo, they had tried to cheat me with the price twice. I have to say that the food is good, both the pizza and the chicken, but the bill remains the real price. When it came time to pay the bill, the man who had greeted us showed up with the classic handwritten note: TOTAL 300 euros. After a quick calculation, we immediately realized there was a problem, and the waiter who did the calculations told us that we hadn't even been charged for the children's first courses (2/3 penne with tomato sauce). So, already with our previous experience, we asked for the itemized bill, and then, like magic, the first courses appeared again. To avoid unnecessary words, I looked at the menu and realized that the wines we ordered had been increased in price to bring the bill to the round figure of 300... APPLAUSE for the third time... COCIS, BRILLIANT IN THE KITCHEN AND PHENOMENAL AT COUNTING... Of course, as soon as we pointed this out, they justified themselves by saying that the menus had been poorly designed and the bill had been adjusted... OBVIOUSLY. With this I just want to make a note to the managers of this place, you are good at cooking and you have a beautiful place, so you absolutely must not risk incurring any fines or anything else, to recover a few more euros it is not worth it and ABOVE ALL THE CUSTOMER IS SACRED... he is the one who goes where he is treated well and does not deserve to be cheated

25/11/2025: Great B&B. What an exquisite view. I spent a few days with my son and we had a fantastic time. We are not fluent in Italian tet we communicated perfectly with Francesco and Michele the owners. Recommended 100%

05/09/2025: Just a few meters from the Sangineto exit is this excellent home-cooked restaurant. This family-run business offers a fixed menu consisting of an appetizer, two small entrees, a first course, a second course, and dessert, which in our case was a panna cotta with fig honey. The fish served is truly top-quality, cooked in the simplest way possible to bring out the best in its flavor. I recommend this establishment to everyone; I was truly satisfied.

29/10/2025: Terrible service! Friendly waiters, but terrible organization (the owners' fault). Payment with the POS never works, invoice requests that they promptly say they'll do, but they never send!

05/07/2025: We made a reservation, but when we arrived, there were no chairs or a table available. After about 20 minutes of standing around, a member of staff informed us that they had to take our table away because they couldn't handle the situation due to staff shortages. A disappointing and unprofessional experience. If you can't guarantee service, you shouldn't accept reservations.

13/03/2026: I read good reviews and reached the place with enormous difficulty given the many roads in Catanzaro that are currently closed for extraordinary maintenance (March 2026). Although the place was listed as open on Maps, it was closed on the evening of March 2nd. I find this extremely rude.

21/12/2025: Excellent vegan platter and sandwich, paired with Calabrian craft beer. Super friendly staff and a great selection.
