15/05/2025: I regret not reading the reviews before booking. It would have saved us a wasted day for our children and saved us adults hard-earned money! In fact, I agree with all the negative reviews: no welcome, independent tours of the farm (calling it that is an insult) without any form of guidance or enthusiasm for the children, dusty toys, dilapidated and unsafe playground equipment throughout the grounds, and no care. Nothing that was advertised matched the reality. The only ones who were smiling were the rats (I said rats, not mice) that ran around undisturbed, even near the kitchen area! Anyone who denies this is lying!

18/05/2025: pleasantly surprised, given the old negative reviews. With the new management the place seems comfortable with a family atmosphere. the room is well kept, the meat is on display in the fridge in the room. the staff is extremely helpful (they, at my request, "invented" a table to accommodate me) good food for quality and price. discreet and politely engaging piano bar. outdoor tables. I recommend it for those who want to spend a carefree evening. small flaws, which I am sure will disappear with time.

During the Christmas holidays, their artisanal panettone is a must: soft, fragrant, and made with quality ingredients and lots of love. Aside from their skill, what's always impressive is the kindness and helpfulness of Danilo and his family: they always welcome you with a smile and make every request possible. In short, a must-try for anyone who loves delicious, authentic desserts made with love.

23/09/2025: A few days ago I got a mille-feuille cake for my birthday, an experience I absolutely WON'T repeat. It was a negative experience from every perspective, especially the appearance: when I opened the box, the cake was donut-shaped and drooping on one side, but that's okay... not even the hint of a decoration. I had asked for one flavor and was given another. I had asked for no more than 1.5 kg and it was over 2 kg, not to mention the exorbitant price. Total disappointment.

02/05/2025: Il posto è carino ed è alla moda etc etc. Purtroppo il prezzo è alto. Un aperitivo con 5 polpettine 1 triangolino di pizza 1 pugno di patatine fritte 1 bibita ( cola o birra) 26.50 Purtroppo a casa abbiamo dovuto cenare di nuovo. Viaggiano anche blatte rosse giganti. Non applicano mai sconti Prendono anche i 25 centesimi. Comunque x chi è a dieta ed è coraggioso è molto consigliato

17/08/2025: The organization was nonexistent, improvised, and lacking in enthusiasm. We were asked what we wanted, but everything was verbal. There were no menus, and the information was almost chained together. We ordered an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. We ordered, and after 30 minutes, the appetizer arrived, but on a plate covered in fingerprints. The appetizer was good and in sufficient quantity. After 45 minutes, the grilled meat and the first course arrived. The grilled meat was meager in quantity, with a tiny piece of dry sausage and a skimpy veal steak that looked like a shoe sole. The pork shoulder was practically a bone with skin around it. The first course was approximately 70g, sufficient in quality but truly meager in quantity. I immediately pointed this out to the waiter, but they didn't care at all. Totally disappointed, we decided not to even ask for dessert or anything else. I'd like to point out that the timing wasn't dictated by overcrowding; we arrived ahead of the other customers. The disorganization and almost smug attitude is what disappointed me the most (for their own sake). Unfortunately, I can't recommend it, especially since the €39 price tag certainly didn't reflect adequate quality and quantity. I don't recommend it.

14/10/2025: But he loves it, and jamu, ma andu jamu, a nero in Calabria....and then we go to a melisma singing lesson, in ecstatic confusion. And it even seems like a song 🫡

13/08/2025: We've been a couple of times; the cocktails aren't great, and the breakfast is decent. A classic tourist spot.

23/10/2025: At the end of October, the only open spot. €20 was way too expensive! Campsite with one shower and one toilet with a shower. A bit of dog poop scattered around the site. Roosters and dogs are annoying after 4 a.m.!! Pretty dead place. Lots of empty houses in the village (enough space for refugees). Beautiful beach

25/08/2025: Very convenient rest area with a very high potential, very kind and helpful owner, however there is a lot to improve, I had a very good time, there is infinite peace, very down to earth services, however I am sure they will do something to improve, I will definitely return

15/12/2025: No complaints! My girlfriend and I were very satisfied, so hurry up and go.

06/12/2025: The pizza was delicious, but the service was incredibly slow. We waited a long time for the pizza, which, in addition to arriving late, also arrived at different times to people sitting at the same table, so some were eating, others were watching, and vice versa. The kitchen service could be improved in terms of timing, but the quality of the pizza was excellent.

08/10/2025: Terrible in every way. I'm not a local, I'd been away for 16 years, and I decided to buy some slices of pizza/focaccia from them out of kindness to someone I hadn't seen in a while. I made a terrible impression because the pizza was very hard and dry. The people the focaccia was intended for didn't like it.

19/08/2025: There was nothing panicky about it. After asking them if we were late and that's why there aren't any calzones or panzerotti, she replied that they don't have time to do that. They're a bakery, so we don't have time.

16/08/2025: TRATTORIA LUPEN!!!! I went with my wife tonight! We ordered a substitute first course consisting of paccheri with pistachio cream (it was definitely not from Bronte) and prawns! I was expecting fresh prawns, especially since the dish cost 20 euros, but alas, I found myself served frozen cocktail prawns! YOU ARE RUINING TOURISM IN CIRÒ! NEVER AGAIN!

29/06/2025: I would like to put Zero Stars but I am forced to put one, it is an indecent scandal and a disgusting place both for the spoiled products on the shelves and for the dirt that is there, half of the stuff on display even products with a long shelf life already have mold or are spoiled. I have lost count of the times I have had to throw away products that I thought were fresh when I bought them because if you are not careful you buy spoiled products and risk going to hospital. There should be a good health inspection, or it would be better if it closed. Next time I will contact the competent authorities, or start not selling moldy products or eat them yourselves. An absurd disgrace, you should be ashamed!
