There was no response to requests to turn the music down.
Wait times between meals can be up to 1.5 hours.
The service is mediocre.

24/08/2025: This morning I came to have breakfast with my family and I found myself serving the tables a lady with little desire to work. I waited for half an hour. I asked if I could order and she told me that she had other tables to serve and was going to receive orders from customers who came after... in that case we had to get up and change bars... Oh... I forgot, my table was left dirty with what the previous customers had ordered.

I won't go into the food review. It bothered me to see this new reality in a takeaway place that I have always considered valid... SERIOUSNESS IS THE BASIS OF ANYONE'S WORK

I really don't understand how anyone can give a five-star review... besides the fact that not everything has to appeal to everyone's taste buds... it's really... well, people: cold meat, stale bread, ketchup and mayonnaise... that's the whole concoction... it ended up in the trash - I didn't want to waste a day of my vacation on the possibility of feeling bad after eating that lump of fat... So I definitely don't recommend it.
01/11/2025: We decided to eat there because there was a long line and everything else was already closed. And that was a mistake. The food was incredibly poor, and I don't understand the appeal of this place. The meat was tough and tasteless, the toppings were incredibly weak, the fries were raw—nothing about it was right. If I couldn't eat it after drinking in the middle of the night, it was truly bad.

12/07/2025: An experience not to be repeated at all! Terrible management, we have never seen pizzas brought with fried food. When we pointed this out, the owner's response was that it was not possible to bring them back later. We sent them back asking for them to be remade, and they brought back the same ones reheated. We left but they charged us for the appetizers plus the beers for around 150 euros. Starving, change your profession, catering is not your thing. Failed.

20/09/2025: Fantastic pizza, tasty and easy to digest. Compliments to pizza chef Silvio. The fries were also excellent. Erminio's kindness, friendliness, and hospitality accompanied us throughout the evening. A wonderful experience, even more so when it's less crowded. We'll definitely be back.

07/11/2025: We ordered 3 gelato and 2 espresso- 33€.
Not worth at all. They said there was an error in the bill, but we think they're just fooling around because they don't give you a menu and they just write out any bills.

Among the dishes ordered: rice noodles never arrived even after I pointed out they were missing, ravioli arrived after the reminder, and the highlight: soy noodles with shrimp, crab, and squid... that is, 3 shrimp, 3 surimi, and cabbage.
I thought: perhaps the surimi symbolizes the crab and the cabbage symbolizes the squid...
All the dishes were soaked in low-quality oil (the kind you never digest), and the spaghetti was very oily and broken... it felt like pasta.
But pasta is known to be much tastier and healthier!

25/11/2025: The 24/7 hours of service was literally a savior. I had arrived at 3 am, awaiting the first train to take. The reception was very kind and the arancini was very delicious.

20/08/2025: Touted as a must-see location, but sadly disappointed. The service was quick, nothing to write home about. The sailing ship would probably be better seen during the day. We ordered fried food and tuna, but due to the smell and cooking, we didn't eat them. Terrible.
19/08/2025: Good morning, I feel compelled to give one star.
Unfortunately, I dined at this restaurant, but it was a terrible experience. After ordering pizza, I had to wait 45 minutes. To tide me over, I asked the waiter for some bread. It never arrived, despite the staff chatting among themselves. When it arrived, the pizza was burnt. I asked for a new one, but after another wait, the new one arrived with ingredients that weren't as described, and the dough hadn't risen properly. When it came time to pay, I pointed out the various mix-ups, but the fact remains that nothing changed, and they still charged me for the pizza. The price was too high for two pizzas and a water. If you want to come to this place, it's best not to order the pizza.
