10/11/2025: #Discrimination Against Asians# We were sitting outside, and the table next to us was empty. We asked to sit at the table inside, but the owner was very rude and said it was already reserved. So one person from our table was forced to sit in the aisle. Then, when the waiter brought the plates, he just threw them on the napkins and laughed, saying, "Anyway, you Asians won't use them, right?" I still remember that very rude, discriminatory laughter. By the time we finished our meal, the table next to us was empty.

24/10/2025: The location is beautiful and the cuisine is from many years ago, still to be improved, today the restaurant offers, in addition to the courtesy of the staff, a good quality cuisine
11/10/2025: We celebrated my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. Even though we chose a simple dinner, they took great care in everything, from the table settings to the customization of the menus to the beautiful cake.
The service was top-notch, very helpful and kind.
The food was a guarantee.
The cold cuts were of excellent quality, the two excellent first courses and one tagliata was really good.
I recommend it.

10/10/2025: The chicken meal was dry. No sauce. Not even butter. I asked for oil which I got. The French fries were weak.
I do not recommend after this experience.
Where is the Italian cooking skill.

Excellent burger place on the outskirts of Florence.
I had a great time, the burgers were excellent!! You'll want more, even the fries and the various types of bread!!
I recommend it to everyone!! Wide selection of beers

02/11/2025: At Ciccia e Briciole, I took a dip into the past.
The burger I found before me was exactly the one I ate as a kid: giant, juicy, and even beautiful to look at (which never hurts).
The service? Fast and friendly—and for a vegetarian like me, that's not a given. I asked for a few ingredients to be changed, and the kitchen obliged with a smile.
In an age where fast food seems designed by Photoshop wizards, Ciccia e Briciole serves exactly what it promises: authentic flavor, good bread, and guaranteed satisfaction.
P.S. We had two eggplant parmigiana burgers: a classic one with a spinach bun and a vegetarian one with a turmeric bun.
The result: chewy happiness.

13/11/2025: Good, tasty food. The rooster is good, as is the chicken, etc. It's often noisy, but it's okay for an evening, even with a lot of kids.
11/11/2025: Our last experience was terrifying. A window couldn't be closed because it was broken, we ate in our jackets... well, one might say we could have just left, and it would have been better, considering that both the sandwiches and the Mexican nachos were reduced in size, the usual sandwiches we usually order are smaller, and the quality has also deteriorated. Highly not recommended, we're on par with a fast food restaurant.

09/11/2025: The food was good, and the service initially seemed attentive, but unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the rush with which they tried to clear our table. We hadn't even finished eating, and already four waiters approached us, one after the other, to ask if we were finished and to clear our plates. It was really annoying and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we had to hurry and finish.
I understand the need to rotate tables, but a little discretion and consideration for customers' time would really make a difference.
09/11/2025: We had a great time as always, and the fact that there weren't just tables of families with children made it clear right away!

31/05/2025: Amazing location, super friendly staff and Marco is a fantastic cook. Worth a small detour from the via degli Dei and take a rest day by the lovely pool if you have time. There's a fishing lake down the hill you can catch trout for lunch at!

30/11/2025: Given the constant advertising on Facebook, we decided to head to this lovely place for pizza with friends one Sunday evening. We drove 35 km on winding, bumpy roads, and upon arriving at 9:45 PM, we were shocked to see the closed restaurant in front of us. Everything was closed, the lights were off. The hours said until 1:00 AM. How can you call yourself a restaurant if you close more than three hours early?
06/11/2025: The atmosphere is dated, reminiscent of a 1980s youth hostel. The food isn't worthy of a Mugello location, and the prices are typical for big city restaurants.
It's not worth it.

23/09/2025: The food was impeccable. We saw the chef and told him everything was delicious, but he didn't seem to understand. He told us his food is only for Italian palates, not for foreigners.
Too bad, he doesn't seem to understand that his restaurant's main source of income is from the surrounding hotels.
So we can avoid repeating it and let the owner have a chat with his chef.
