16/03/2025: Last night we had dinner with the family, I must say an excellent barbecue place given that it is located in the town of Toritto, everything was of top quality, the reception was top notch, the very friendly owner gave us some advice and we appreciated it given the experience, the modern and comfortable location, very warm atmosphere, open kitchen. The advice if one doesn't want to travel a long way is convenient to spend an evening. I recommend

Very nice and welcoming place, quality meat in all its types served, very good starters and desserts too, excellent staff, with the waitress who mostly looked after our table, friendly, kind and helpful, who was able to advise and reassure even one of us who was intolerant. 22/03/2025: Locale situato a pochi passi dal centro di Bari. Il personale ed i proprietari sono persone veramente gentili ed accoglienti, precisi nel gestire le comande, Abbiamo iniziato la cena con una pasta all'assassina buonina, a seguire dei buonissimi antipasti, buono il carpaccio, buonissime le verdure grigliate. Poi ci hanno servito l'angus, le bonbette, trippa, falda, tutto buonissimo. Prezzi molto contenuti. Da provare. Complimenti a tutti in particolare al signor Domenico ed alla signora Graziana.

16/03/2025: Homely and very welcoming place, from the owners to the staff. Excellent quality of raw materials, exceptional guinea fowl burgers, not to mention the bread and tomato, it feels like eating at grandma's house. With a €25 fixed menu there's really a lot of stuff. The house wine is also very good. There were five of us plus a child, who was not included in the bill, despite having tasted almost everything. A truly highly recommended grill for those who want to eat excellent meat and pay the right price!

22/01/2025: Carnes de gran calidad encendido justo en frente de nosotros! Delicioso! Muy recomendable y una gran experiencia tradicional fornello. El servicio es amable y servicial. El propietario nos mostró dónde estaba curando el salamis y nos habló sobre el proceso. Cantina abajo está abierto durante la temporada.

20/02/2025: Ho recentemente visitato questa braceria e, sebbene il personale fosse molto gentile e disponibile, purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Abbiamo ordinato una Fiorentina a 50 euro al kg, ma è stata cotta in modo inadeguato e servita fredda. Considerato il prezzo elevato, ci aspettavamo un piatto di qualità, ma siamo rimasti amaramente delusi. Non torneremo.

16/03/2025: As already specified by other reviewers, the place is small. Let's say that it is not really suitable for a dinner where you want to share secrets. Apart from that, the place is well-kept, the service adequate and never intrusive. As for the dishes, among those I took, I must unfortunately say that the brasciole (and their sauce) were without personality (without salt, without any predominant flavor other than that of bare meat) and with an anonymous sauce. The (meat) meatballs with sauce were good (in this case the sauce had already been prepared better and the meatball mixture had a bit of character). The strips with a side of grilled vegetables are good. The gnumirelli (or torcinelli, if you prefer) were very small; as they say "not even time to say my goodness" and they were already finished. Selection of wines consistent with the gastronomic offer. As a first experience I wasn't thrilled but I wasn't terribly disappointed either. On average acceptable. We should definitely give him a second chance. Prices are slightly below the average in the area and the variety of the menu is undeniable.

22/02/2025: We had ordered a buffalo with black olives and a lactose-free margherita, no one knows what they had understood and they had brought us a normal buffalo and a pizza with rocket and cherry tomatoes. After having corrected their mistake they made another mistake, bringing a lactose-free margherita with raw ham on top and again a normal buffalo, reporting the absence of black olives. After correcting their mistake again, we asked them to remove the ham and put raw Bari style ham on top of the buffalo. After finally bringing the correct pizzas they were a little soft and tasteless. While we were eating calmly, a waiter dropped coffee on us.
