01/04/2024: I will definitely return! Really friendly and professional guys, intimate setting and truly amazing food. It was truly a very pleasant surprise. There wasn't a course that wasn't followed by a "this is good!!", not to mention the friendliness of the guys who welcomed us at the last hour. Super recommended, don't have any doubts because you will be satisfied!

09/03/2024: While passing through Corato we wanted to try a meat-based dinner in a "typical" restaurant. The butcher shop with cooking service format is quite widespread in the village, there are several, but on the advice of a friend we went to Rubio's. Once we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a smile by a nice crew, behind the meat counter there was a gentleman who very politely and politely explained to us the different cuts/types of meat and how they were offered and the different specialties. After the selection we sat down at the table and in the space of a few minutes they brought both drinks and food to the table. We liked everything we chose, cooking and seasonings spot on. We spent the right amount in relation to the quality of the meat, the venue, the service and the format. If I return to Corato we will return.
