Offer of local wines, we took a valuable primitivo from Alberobello. Absolutely recommended for those who love the typical meat of this area or for those who want to try it for the first time!

08/08/2024: I gave 2 stars for the salad and potatoes, I do not recommend! The pork neck was full of fat, it could not be eaten and the sausages had a strange taste.

31/07/2024: More than delicious bombettes... absolutely worth trying! Incredibly breezy and shaded spot in the main square of very sunny Alberobello. Very fast service and very kind and friendly girls. Even though the heat made me hesitant (I was about to opt only for the salad)... the sandwich with bombette was the right choice!

25/06/2024: Usually it is a place where you are served in a reasonable time, but last night during the Italian national team match it showed the weaknesses of a place that is not used and organized to receiving so many people who had booked anyway. We were served after almost two hours and not all at the same time. Truly unacceptable! Not recommended during large events.

22/07/2024: A peu près correct jusqu'à l addition, nous avons opté pour de l Angus à 35 euros le kilo. Nous avons commandés 600 g et on nous en a facturé le double, une note de 60 € !!!Endroit fréquenté par des Italiens ce soir là , nous avons payé et ensuite en faisant les comptes approximativement, nous sommes retourné au restaurant pour leur demander des explications, la personne s est excusée nous a rendu 10 euros , mais nous étions loin du compte. Nous avons visité de nombreuses regions en Italie et c est la première fois que nous avons été pigeonne de la sorte.

15/07/2024: Ormai questa macelleria/braceria è diventata una vera e propria istituzione a Bari. Si va in macelleria, si sceglie la carne (Manzo, agnello, pollame etc), si passa al ristorante e da lì inizia un’esperienza incredibilmente gustosa. A seguire i tanti antipasti (sono straordinarie le mitiche polpettine) arriverà, cotta alla perfezione, tutta la scelta fatta in macelleria. Con il contributo della simpatica Emanuela si beve, per noi, un ottimo Primitivo da 14,5°. Rispetto alla nostra prima visita (due anni fa) è sparito il Dehors esterno ma con 34° forse non è stato neanche un male…

08/08/2024: Ci siamo capitati per caso e oltre a consigliarlo ci torneremo! Accoglienza cordiale, menzione speciale per Saverio che ci ha coccolati e consigliato per il meglio. La terrazza è bellissima, il locale pulito. Le ordinazioni sono state veloci. Una vera poesia gli spaghetti alla chitarra cozze, cacio, pepe e l’aggiunta del lime rende il piatto perfetto. Freschissimo il pesce al forno, leggera e croccante la frittura. Abbiamo preso un rosato pugliese dall’ottimo rapporto qualità, prezzo. Conto in linea, giusto, 40 euro a persona. Ci hanno offerto un limoncello che abbiamo gradito molto! Grazie davvero, abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata

27/08/2024: The place works, the service and times are good. The condiments of the sandwiches we took were excellent, the only problem was that the meat was lukewarm, almost cold which ruined everything.

15/05/2024: Torniamo sempre con piacere da Mangiafuoco...i proprietari competenti e affabili ci fanno sentire come a casa....qualità delle carni eccellente....consiglio le polpette cacio e pepe...straccetti impanati...le tartare..e le costate...ottima anche la scelta dei vini...x gli amanti della buona carne è un punto di riferimento.

14/05/2024: Total disappointment, I expected much more. The place is quite nice if we want, the sore point is that you can't eat completely in the dark with only one light on the table. The mise en place is very limited from the placemat to the strictly disposable napkin, not to mention the plates and cups all chipped, in some cases downright UNRESENTABLE. Varied menu, but due to my habits not of the highest quality both in the choice of raw materials and in the preparation. Pre-cooked bombette served not even after 5 minutes, meat nothing exceptional except for the fact that it arrived completely cold. Prices for the service and quality offered far above the norm. In a similar barbecue/place, yes we would have eaten better, of better quality and in a more varied way. To put it mildly, ALL SMOKE, BUT NO ROAST. It sells well, but it's not what it seems. I went there with high expectations but it turned out to be a disappointment. To you the choice!

16/06/2024: Organizzatissimi, puliti, gentilissimi e... Si mangia pure bene e si spende il giusto. . Un menù completo per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche. Per gli appassionati di eventi sportivi, poi c'è la pay TV, con monitor posizionati in modo strategico da favorirne la visione da ogni punto del locale. Una rarità nel centro di Bari. Ah, dimenticavo: bagni pulitissimi.
