16/10/2023: The staff is EXTREMELY rude! They were so disrespectful to us, I honestly NEVER in my life encountered such a bad service before. And on top of all that, they are so overpriced. How the owner replied to my review says it all, YOU ARE RUDE! The way they treated us and talked to us was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. You just confirmed that I was right, you need to learn about customer service. You are mad because I walked into your restaurant and asked for coffee outside what you call breakfast time? I’m sorry but I’m on vacation, I have the right to drink and eat whenever I want to and if your restaurant is open, I don’t think it’s rude to come in and ask for coffee and food, is it? Isn’t what a restaurant is supposed to serve? Food and drinks? If you don’t have food and drinks then close your doors. I’m confused. I treated you like what? a doormat? Are you kidding me? Grow up and learn how to treat people.

14/09/2023: Ate very well! The two of us ate octopus with potatoes and Taggiasca olives cooked at low temperature in a glass jar, spaghetti with a lime and ginger-based sauce, and spaghetti with squid ink and lobster ragout. Drank an excellent rosé from the Di Sante "Illa" winery and finished with an exquisite dessert made in a glass like a sort of "moretta", a local coffee blend. All excellent, well served by a room manager, exquisite in her kindness. All while sitting in the beautiful central square of Fano. A beautiful evening! It was Wednesday and the atmosphere was very quiet.

09/10/2024: Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service leider bescheiden. Trotz wenigen Besucher, warteten wir mehr als 20 min, bis unser Geschirr abgeräumt wurde. Wir wurden quasi ignoriert. Schade, Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus.

14/09/2024: Che dire… ci andiamo da anni e mai come sta volta sono rimasta male. Partendo dal mangiare: mangiare in generale sfiora la sufficienza, fra tutto lo spaghetto allo scoglio. Spaghetto precotto, arrivata in 10 minuti dall’ordine, come sapore nell’insieme sapeva di poco, completamente slegata e senza quel sughino formato dall’amido della pasta. Menu con immagini che rende tutto molto turistico considerando poi che dalle immagini (per qualità foto e grandezza) non si capiva neanche quali fossero i piatti. Infine cuscini sulle sedie sporchi. Se li tieni , li tieni puliti, altrimenti li levi. Candela sul tavolo spenta, chiesto di accenderla e la risposta è stata “vedo se trovo qualcosa per accenderla). Non mettetela. Nell’insieme non ci tornerei.

18/12/2024: Ristorante consigliato da amici per la presunta qualità della carne. Arriviamo e pur essendo Agosto il locale è stranamente semi deserto. Servizio pessimo e con una tempistica davvero esasperante. Una proposta di carne varia ma a prezzi allucinanti. Personale non pervenuto, capace solo di abbozzare scuse improbabili per il ritardo. Non ci siamo gustati praticamente nulla perché le portate sono arrivate ai commensali in tempi diversi e biblici, creando disarmonia e disagio nella tavolata. È stato tutto talmente squallido che non mi sono sentita di scattare nemmeno una foto ricordo. Una esperienza davvero da dimenticare!!!!! Il conto semplicemente folle.

21/10/2024: Esperienza pessima. La proprietaria ci ha servito due bicchieri di vino rosso sfiatati, chiaramente aperti da giorni, se non da una settimana. Era praticamente aceto, ma nonostante l’evidente cattiva qualità, ci ha fatto pagare dieci euro a bicchiere. Un vero abuso, soprattutto considerando che non ha fatto nulla per rimediare. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto.

28/01/2025: A surprisingly good meat restaurant in a special location. The furniture matches the surroundings, but the taste and quality of the food are excellent! The service speaks some English and is friendly and attentive. Definitely recommended for lovers of good food.

29/09/2024: Posto consigliatissimo! Siamo a Cagliari per ferie e siamo entrati per caso per una birra e siamo rimasti volentieri per svariate ore! Ci si accorge subito che l'attenzione al dettaglio e la cura del cliente sono al primo posto per il Phoenix Pub. Personale top, professionale e gentile! Domani torneremo sicuramente! Continuate così ragazzi!

25/08/2024: Elegant and peaceful environment. Very good food, we had a starter of cured meats, generous portion. As a second course we took the sliced ​​Fassona rare, top cooked, together it was accompanied by fried chips and an express barbecue sauce, the latter had a particular and excellent flavour. Congratulations for the service, excellent quality/price. All accompanied by a bottle of house red wine. To conclude we had the mojito semifreddo, which was also very good.

30/05/2024: Perfect first communion lunch. Abundant and delicious. Excellent service.
