17/01/2025: Good American breakfast, if you want something more than the typical Italian breakfast. We had to wait outside for a while but it was worth it. The service was friendly and quick.

15/01/2025: I visited during my trip to Europe in December :) There were many delicious restaurants during my two week trip, but if I had to choose one restaurant that was the most memorable, I think it would be this one! I visited for brunch and ordered a quick meal, but the owner said he really likes Korea and gave great service. I was full, but the food was all so delicious that I ate it all!! If I go to Florence in the future, I definitely want to go again!! I finally get to write a review. Thank you so much, Rooster owner, for leaving me with good memories♡

15/01/2025: The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. As for the food: I ordered a double smash with bacon but the burgers were not smashed, they were just two burgers a little thinner than average and therefore the typical and tasty "crust" of this type of cooking was missing. Then, although I appreciated the quality of the ingredients, I didn't like the sauce on the sandwich and it was a lot, so much so that it covered the tasty flavor of the meat which emerged with difficulty from the parts with less sauce. Good chips, I liked that they were particularly crunchy. I don't know if I had bad luck but the beers in the fridge were a little warm. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the sandwich but I recognize the good quality of the raw materials, attention to the customer and cleanliness, hence 4 stars.

11/01/2025: I asked for a table for two and, even though the table was free, they asked me to wait outside because the person who was supposed to join me hadn't arrived yet. If we were 7 people, but 2? Can't I sit if the other one hasn't arrived yet? Policies of the place were truly ridiculous, I left astonished also because something like this had never happened to me. My boyfriend and I wanted to give the Vespa a "second chance", since the last time the avocado puree on the toast was sour and inedible (evidently it wasn't fresh, but full of lemon/citric acid to be kept in the fridge) - it seems clear to me that he didn't deserve a second chance. What can I say, we will happily go elsewhere, where we are treated like customers and not like numbers.

01/01/2025: Today for the first day of the year we went to eat at this restaurant. They told me good things about it so we tried it too. The restaurant is in a street with few parking spaces but there is a car park a few hundred meters away. Inside the place is simple but clean; but the real strong point is the service that makes you immediately feel at home and the menu with abundant and delicious dishes. Today we had the sliced ​​rump, the peposo, the mixed 4, baked potato, spinach and a salad. To finish we had a tiramisu and cheesecake. As for the price I would say excellent, we will definitely return

08/01/2025: Yes, we really did eat fried chicken in Italy. Great customer service and surprisingly good chicken. This place kind of reminded us of a good hometown Waffle House in America. Highly recommend when you need something a little different.
