Lately I have seen a notable decline in the care taken in preparing sandwiches, often undercooked and not served hot, even though it wasn't a busy time.

Last night, around 8:00 PM, I went to McDonald's on Corso Francia and was lucky enough to meet Diletta: simply extraordinary.
I had asked for something a little unusual, and she provided it with impeccable professionalism. But the real added value came later: she spontaneously came back to ask if everything was okay, attentive, thoughtful, and smiling. A welcome like that is by no means a given, and it truly makes a difference in the customer experience.
Diletta is the definition of a top worker and top hospitality.
