I often go to drive thru... but tonight was crazy... I arrived at 10:00 PM, with four cars ahead of me, each 10 minutes ahead of me, and I managed to order at 10:45 PM at Dettomil. The coupon is hard to get wrong, you have to read it... I was served (like the previous cars) in 10 minutes, and that's fine if the place is full; the wait would be fair. She quoted me 14.35, and I was pricked up trying to get my change. I got there, and I gave her 14.40. She didn't say, "Look, I made a mistake, the total is 14.85. Give me my change back, plus the rest..." Okay, let's forget about this one too. I got home and the sandwich was wrong. It was spicy, never eaten spicy, and it was thrown away just as it was. I understand the chaos, I understand the young girls, maybe new ones, but be careful, an hour of waiting and I haven't even eaten.

I went to dinner at Mc and was particularly impressed by the professionalism, politeness, and kindness of a woman named Sofia who served me the HAPPY MEAL. Congratulations, Sofia, for the image you leave of this restaurant! I highly recommend this Mc, everything is delicious!

Clean place with friendly staff. Hot and well-prepared sandwiches and fries (sometimes when the place is busy, you'll find the ingredients in the box). The chairs make a lot of noise when they're moved, they scrape against the floor; rubber pads would be a good idea. And lastly, customers (especially teenagers and older ones) don't put their trays away after their meal, leaving everything on the table on the floor, and then they sit down on the sofas with their shoes on. I don't know if these guys and girls do the same thing at home. Truly rude. This means that subsequent customers find the tables dirty and messy. Fortunately, the staff is attentive and quick to clean up.

Quick service. The staff is courteous and friendly. Few people speak English, but we still managed to understand each other. The place is extremely clean. I've never seen such a well-maintained fast food restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back.

22/03/2026: I recently visited this bar/restaurant and had a truly excellent experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, refined, and perfect for both a quick break and a relaxing evening. Special thanks go to Luca and Giuseppe, who ensured impeccable service. Always smiling, attentive, and helpful, they made us feel immediately at ease. Their professionalism and friendliness truly make the difference. Great credit also goes to chef Milan Šećek, who demonstrated talent and passion in every dish. The preparations were excellent, beautifully presented, and meticulously crafted, a sign of a cuisine that pays attention to quality and flavor. I'd also like to mention Mattia, Francesco, Miras, and Shek, who helped make the experience even more enjoyable with their helpfulness and attentiveness. The wait times were also more than satisfactory, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, courtesy, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!
21/03/2026: There were 6 of us, and after a good 10 minutes of no one coming, we went to the cashier and were told to sit down again and the waiter would come. After another 10 minutes, we went back to the cashier where they told us we could leave it there while we ordered. The fries arrived and they were good. They made a mess of the sandwiches. Missing ingredients and not communicated beforehand. There's some confusion about what's included and what's not. What can I say? It's 2026 and there's no bathroom, so you need one here at Aniene. A one-of-a-kind experience. I absolutely don't recommend it.

21/04/2026: Post-gym stop for a savory breakfast. "Splinters" is an understatement; I didn't even have time to order at the counter before the tray was ready. Kudos to Valerio and the girl at the coffee machine on duty today, April 21, 2026, around 7:50 a.m. I apologize, but I didn't get her name in time. Fabulous!
