03/04/2026: If you're looking for a carpaccio steak (meaning "fridge-temperature"), this is the place. We paid €60 for a 1.5kg piece of meat, frozen to the core. The icing on the cake? The waiter told us it was normal for it to be cold because it was rare. Professionalism and customer service clearly aren't the order of the day, as not a cent was taken off our bill despite the poor service. First and last time.

02/05/2026: The restaurant was average among other McDonald's. Hosted by rude children, accompanied by their parents, who did everything they could to disturb and annoy you. The staff didn't speak up, didn't protect our privacy, and didn't do anything.

06/04/2026: Excellent place, friendly and helpful staff, unlike the competition larger sandwiches with tastier toppings in my opinion. Even for children in the box dedicated to them, the gift is a real toy that varies from time to time. I find this chain closer to the American style, it's a shame that they no longer have Pepsi but have standardized on the classic Coca cola.

04/04/2026: Rude staff, they don't honor app orders, and they lack the slightest bit of customer problem-solving skills. Other, closer locations would be much better. The restaurant should be permanently closed, and the manager should be fired immediately.

10/04/2026: I often go to Mc's in the Trevi Fountain for breakfast in the morning. The staff is friendly, attentive, welcoming, and very patient, which is a big plus: if you breathe in the fresh air and the atmosphere is peaceful, you'll always want to come back! The cappuccino is excellent, perfect for those looking for an Italian-style cappuccino: just the right amount of creaminess, with quality coffee!

28/03/2026: Four times in a row they forget something in the order, you get home and find something missing. Just today, the Happy Meal was missing the toast with the crying baby.

04/05/2026: I came to Italy and really wanted to eat bistecca, so I looked it up and came here. It's delicious and reasonably priced. The wine is great too! I went to the wrong branch and it was far away, but they were happy to accommodate me.

30/04/2026: The steak was fatty and fairly tasteless, it is not a good cut of meat, the side of spinach was unseasoned , the service was good and a decent bottle of house red but shame about the quality of food served

16/12/2025: But who do the staff talk to, given that they constantly wear earpieces with microphones and DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS, thus serving them terribly? The woman at the bar who was chattering into her earpiece (and clearly wasn't listening well to customer requests) did everything wrong: someone asked for a cappuccino to go, and she put it in a cup on the tray, and when the customer tried to remind her, she just didn't understand! In the end, he gave up and consumed it on the counter. Another person asked for a teaspoon, but couldn't be heard at all, so he ended up having to get it himself; another asked for a piping hot cappuccino, but it arrived tepid, almost cold... And she was constantly chattering into her earpiece! Is this intentional? A guy remotely in their ears to DISTRACT the staff so that the (paying!) customers are served poorly? Booooooooh

07/12/2025: The place is spacious, the service is fast, the food and cleanliness are ok. Cons - I ordered a McFlurry Baci and got vanilla ice cream with just chocolate sprinkled on top.

30/03/2026: I always get diarrhea after eating a bucket of fried chicken, but that doesn't stop me from giving you a bucket of 20 chicken legs and wings for only 10 euros. Thumbs up!

08/04/2026: I saw a review by Samira and I think my problem was with the same person, a woman with graying hair and a medium build. On Easter Monday morning, I stopped for breakfast. I usually place my order on the screen or directly at the cash register. I went to do it at the cash register and this rude person answered me without even replying to my "Good morning" and without a smile. I'm a poor Critas employee. GO TO THE SCREEN!! If your employees are forced to come to work, in my opinion, they should stay home and make room for younger people who need to work. This rude person doesn't understand that there are thousands of bars around that care more about the customers who come in to start the day with a smile, not just for a coffee or croissant. After this taste, I immediately went to another bar instead of SCREEN. Note: This isn't the first time.... Once, she delivered my drinks (Sprit) without carbonation; it was just water and sugar, and I realized after I got home....

06/04/2026: The product we ordered and paid for wasn't available; they gave us something different instead. They only managed to prepare a simple order in 20 minutes.
