19/03/2026: The sandwiches were served cold, which was already disappointing. However, what made the experience particularly unpleasant was the staff's inattentive and uncourteous behavior. On one occasion, an employee walked behind me with a tray over her head, brushing against me, without any apology. Later, while I was at the cash register asking for a simple takeaway bag, the manager, after serving the customer in front of me, walked away, completely ignoring me. I believe incidents like this are unacceptable in a public place, where a minimum level of attention and respect for customers is expected. I hope greater attention is paid to both the quality of service and staff training.

18/03/2026: We've ordered from Glovo three times now, and we're always missing something. If only it were just one item. Always more than one! Speechless!

16/03/2026: I read the reviews and was quite hesitant. I was afraid they'd get the orders wrong or the food wouldn't be good. We ended up going anyway. I have to say, everything went well. The order was complete and everything was correct. The nuggets and fries were hot and tasty, and the drive-thru service was very quick and efficient.

26/02/2026: This isn't a criticism, but rather an attempt to make lunch more enjoyable... Perfect sandwiches, courteous and smiling service. The only flaw was the radio on full blast, making it impossible to exchange a few words. The table was full when we entered on the left, with the speaker overhead blaring. We didn't ask the staff so as not to disturb them, as they were all working at a good pace.

21/02/2026: Just ordered a double plain menu at the drive-thru, and the fries were FROZEN and the meat was really old. I'm sorry, but after charging €6 for an average menu, you expect at least some basic quality.

02/03/2026: Update, March 2nd: Again today, due to the usual "technical issues," opening was delayed by 30 minutes. The same notice was on the door. Even though it says open on the website... Update, February 23rd: Again today, at 11:15, despite the fact that the restaurant is listed as open on the website and app, there was a notice on the door saying, due to technical issues, they would open at 11:30. It would be better to definitively define the ACTUAL opening time so customers can plan accordingly. Update, February 12, 2026: Three times now, despite the fact that the opening time is listed as 11:00, even arriving at 11:15, I can't get in, even though I see staff inside. I ring the bell, they see me, and they don't come to the door to explain; and there are no written notices on the door. Today they opened for me at 11:30, again without apology, and just because I asked for an explanation, they said, in an apathetic tone, that there had been technical problems??? 3 times in a month??? All very strange... Too bad. If this happens again, I'll stop being a regular customer like I have been in years past. Furthermore, the last two times I've noticed lettuce in my sandwich isn't as fresh as usual.

15/03/2026: Absolutely terrible for your health, avoid it at all costs! It's a disgrace in France to have all these disgusting fast food places that ruin your health, especially your children's. I think you can find places that make homemade burgers that are 100 times better in terms of ingredients and taste, and much better for your health. So run away from all this fast food crap! 😡

01/03/2026: A classic example of the well-known fast food chain. The place is clean, with plenty of space outside, including a children's play area. They have a bar area. They often organize events and children's parties. The bathroom is heavily used, but not always spotless.

06/03/2026: I knew this place because I worked nearby and used to frequent it often. Since I was in the area for a while, I was happy to take my partner to eat there. I have to say that, aside from the prices having gone up slightly, I was disappointed to find the place very, very dirty. I'm at least heartened by the fact that the service was friendly, courteous, and fast. As for the food, I have to say that the quality is evident, and thank goodness, since that's their trademark. But it's a shame to find the place dirty and the bathroom so disgusting! Let me start by saying that we went on a Sunday for lunch. I understand the Saturday night before, but cleaning is required if you open at 12:30.

16/12/2025: But who do the staff talk to, given that they constantly wear earpieces with microphones and DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS, thus serving them terribly? The woman at the bar who was chattering into her earpiece (and clearly wasn't listening well to customer requests) did everything wrong: someone asked for a cappuccino to go, and she put it in a cup on the tray, and when the customer tried to remind her, she just didn't understand! In the end, he gave up and consumed it on the counter. Another person asked for a teaspoon, but couldn't be heard at all, so he ended up having to get it himself; another asked for a piping hot cappuccino, but it arrived tepid, almost cold... And she was constantly chattering into her earpiece! Is this intentional? A guy remotely in their ears to DISTRACT the staff so that the (paying!) customers are served poorly? Booooooooh

07/12/2025: The place is spacious, the service is fast, the food and cleanliness are ok. Cons - I ordered a McFlurry Baci and got vanilla ice cream with just chocolate sprinkled on top.

12/08/2025: My wife and I entrusted Simone and Sara with the open bar service at our wedding. Nothing to say except... Fantastic! They're two young, but already very experienced and very professional guys. They pampered us and made everything right. The cocktails were delicious, and they were always kind and courteous.

09/03/2026: The most unpretentious McDonald's I've ever had, but the standards aren't high. The restrooms are reminiscent of highway rest stops from the 90s. Horrible conditions, dirt and unpretentiousness everywhere.

10/03/2026: We've spent a lot of money in the 3 years we've been coming here and today when we went with the small, portable electric scooter they said we couldn't take it up even if it was folded and when we put it down on the ground floor we had put it down wrong and they scolded me.

08/02/2026: Never go to the one on Appia Antica. We placed an order at 12:30 and they told us it arrived, but they left it on the street outside. So it sucks. We were supposed to eat at 1:20, and now we have to eat at 2:10. Unbelievable. Don't order online or by phone if you're not sure.
