20/03/2026: We booked dinner for 9:30 pm, and they forgot the reservation first thing. They didn't even bother to bring us their Coke, so we had to go to the counter and get it ourselves. They didn't even bring napkins. The food arrived after a very long time, and it was also inaccurate, and not for everyone at the same time, as it should be for a normal dinner. This is a place that is highly discouraged for anyone visiting Piazza Bologna.

18/03/2026: Terrible service. My boyfriend and I are regular customers, but this last visit was the worst ever. The guy who served us was incredibly unfriendly; it's clear he has no experience in customer service, or maybe he had something against us because otherwise I can't explain the awful service we received. The fries were covered in recycled oil. We won't be back, and I certainly don't recommend it. We're very sorry because it used to be one of our favorite places in the capital.

21/03/2026: We had a table of more than 10 children screaming nonstop, as if they were on a playground. Unfortunately, rude parents often lead to equally rude children. We also waited a long time to order. Being a professional, I clearly listed the courses: what we wanted as an appetizer (to be brought out first) and what we would have as a main course. Despite this, only one appetizer was served before the main courses, forcing us to let our sandwiches and meat dishes cool. The service was decidedly disorganized and inattentive.

06/03/2026: I don't know why, but I only find truly good MC when I go here: at other places, you'll find cold fries, disassembled sandwiches, long waits, wrong orders... But here, everything is always hot, tidy, and delicious. Everyone is kind and helpful (most of the time), and they've never gotten my order wrong.

25/02/2026: We ordered two pasta dishes. It was early so the restaurant was empty. The pasta dishes arrived cold. The waiter was nervous. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant; it's awful.

04/02/2026: Franz Burger is a small place offering both sit-down meals and delivery. For the sandwiches, you can choose both the type of meat and the type of bread, an unusual and much-appreciated option. The smash burgers are usually excellent, as are the plated versions. Tonight's sandwich was a little below their usual standards, but knowing the quality of their other experiences, I recommend it. A place I'll happily return to!

16/03/2026: I went to this place to celebrate my graduation. The location is beautiful, and the food was truly delicious and varied; each course was different from the last, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only small flaw was the service, which was a bit slow: even the drinks we ordered took about 15–20 minutes to arrive. We were also brought an extra drink because a friend of mine had reordered a drink that hadn't arrived initially. Otherwise, however, we had a great time, and the overall experience was positive.

11/03/2026: Great place for an all-you-can-eat experience. The food is good, with generous portions, a wide selection, and spacious dining rooms.

11/03/2026: Visited with group of friends to celebrate a birthday. At the time, I didn’t say much because I didn’t want to spoil the celebration, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The food quality was not good at all. The fish nuggets had a very bad smell, the special beef tacos and burgers were also very disappointing, with almost no flavor. The nachos were another letdown—they arrived completely covered in yellow cheese that had already hardened and stuck together into one big clump by the time it reached the table. The only positive was the chicken wings, which were actually quite good. I’m not sure if this is the restaurant’s usual quality or if it was because we chose the all-you-can-eat option. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

12/01/2026: I came back a second time and it was a good experience! The London sandwich and the super homemade fries were really good! Excellent and well-organized service, perfect for a work lunch break.

14/01/2026: What a perfect spot to get some great meat and amazing burgers. The price range I put is because we took advantage of the half-priced burgers they offer on Tuesdays. The burgers were fantastic (coming from an American). Great environment and service, everyone that works there is involved in helping and serving! Be sure to arrive at 19.30 because it fills up quickly, by the time we left there was a line outside. If you're in the area, don't miss out!
