29/11/2025: The place looks well-kept and really cute. I came here after seeing a TikTok video with aperitivo options that seemed interesting. I have to say that the reality was different and I wasn't entirely satisfied with the video, but overall their offer was good. The one in the photo includes five well-made appetizers and a drink is included. The staff is kind and attentive. The quality/price ratio is good.

24/11/2025: I'll leave aside the sloppy service—I even had to ask for a knife to cut a steak—but the surprise came with the bill, where I paid 4 euros to top up my phone for 20 minutes, and without any prior warning when I asked if courtesy was possible. Terrible.

06/12/2025: For about ten years, these guys have been doing an excellent job in terms of the quality of their ingredients and their hospitality. Franz Burger isn't your typical grab-and-go burger joint; in a way, it's a full-fledged restaurant. It has about seven tables indoors, and in the summer, you can also dine outside. If you go with at least two or three people, the experience gives you the chance to try more options, such as the oven-baked croquettes with bacon and provolone, accompanied by their fabulous accompanying sauce of nduja and honey, or the naggets stuffed with porchetta and the croquette stuffed with pulled pork. I tried the former, the croquette with bacon and provolone and the honey and nduja sauce. It was a real treat. The coarse breading was excellent, and didn't overpower the flavors of the other ingredients. That sweet, yet slightly spicy, sauce enriched it quite a bit. Let's get to the sandwiches. Here you can choose from three types of meat: beef, horse meat, and chicken. You can also choose between bread, a whole grain version, or the classic version I chose. I chose their double smashed burger with cheddar bacon and their Franz sauce. The sandwich is simply perfect, where the meat is the real star. You can taste the quality of the meat, but also the skill of the chef. The meat was nicely browned at the edges and juicy at the same time. What I appreciated was the light use of sauces. Let's be clear, if the meat is quality, it should be enhanced and not overpowered by unnecessary sauces. The bread was also good; it didn't fall apart, and the size of the bread and meat was just right. The bacon was good, slightly crispier, but that's just a small thing. For what I mentioned, plus water and service, I paid €23. They also have desserts, but I didn't order them. Maybe next time. I forgot something important except for the smashed burgers, for the other burgers they ask you to cook the meat which is not a given

18/11/2025: I've been eating at Old Wild West for years and have always had a good experience. I've never been to this one as I've only recently moved to Rome. It's an excellent place, with very fast service and efficient staff. The only general flaw is that the prices have gone up considerably.

06/12/2025: My boyfriend and I went there last night. The staff were VERY KIND, everyone was smiling, and we felt welcomed right away. The welcome alone surprised and satisfied us. The food was excellent, everything made by them, or at least I think most of it, you could taste the quality. We will definitely be back with great pleasure.

I'm not a gluten-free customer, but I immediately appreciated all their products, from sweet to savory...literally, I'm licking my lips! I eat there at least once a week! Kudos to the restaurant and all the workers who give us wonderful gluten-free delicacies every day!

07/12/2025: Unfortunately, I have to give one star. Everything has changed: no table service, no cutlery, no plates. The appetizer arrived with the sandwich (cold bread and crumbled hamburger). It used to be one of our favorite places.

18/11/2025: I was here for a class for 2 days. They served pizza and pasta the first night. Pizza was very good. I didn't have the pasta. Others said the pasta was okay.

22/10/2025: Had dinner with my wife last night she got pizza I got chicken riggies. Normally good overall but last night was different. Despite the waitress doing her best to give good service and for the most part she did, there must have been only one cook in.. my wife's food came out and I watched her eat a salad and half her pizza before I got my riggies 20 minutes later witch by then were not hot and bearly warm. All this while a party of 20 sat in the main dinning front room I made it hard to hear conversation will my wife or my waitress. If they are going to have a party that size they should put on more cooks because it ruined our experience of a place we USE to really like to go😞.
