21/01/2025: I often come here to eat and every time my friends come to Rome I bring them here to eat, the food is very good, it has never disappointed me... we always have a wide choice on the menu, today I had chowmein, it was simply delicious 😋

22/02/2025: Classic fastfood hamburger. You can order easily and quickly... varied and easy-going menu. Excellent sandwich, meat a little burnt, but I like it that way! Delicious chips with cheddar sauce and bacon. We'll be back for a quick dinner/lunch. The environment is small and very smart, in spring/summer you can also eat outside and maybe it's nicer. To return.

20/03/2025: The portions are generous. The burgers are convenient, the premium cuts are more expensive, but that's okay.

15/03/2025: Ridiculous 2 hours for service. 1 hour for wine after dinner. Forgotten coffees. Not to mention the 2 hours of waiting outside for not taking reservations and going on quantity giving a shitty service. Avoid like the plague.

20/03/2025: In zona Cinecittà est sorge questa griglieria che vanta dislocazioni in tutta Italia. Menu pranzo a 9.90 comprensivo di alcune pietanze a scelta, acqua o soft drink e caffè. Morbido il petto di pollo ben cotto. Servizio abbastanza approssimativo con attese bibliche nonostante la gran parte degli avventori vi si recano in pausa pranzo.

02/03/2025: We went there on Sunday for the all u can eat ribs and it was really excellent, very friendly and helpful staff but what pleasantly surprised us was the brainy quiz game which made us have a lot of fun making the environment even more welcoming

At the counter the boy makes an amazing cappuccino, a young atmosphere, the staff always friendly and kind. Finally the price of a breakfast that meets the quality of the product. This is a classic format that always maintains a very high level of quality. Well done

10/02/2025: Good sandwiches, fast and helpful service. The only complaint is that the coffee was made badly, practically all the residue in the cup and the table near the entrance was really uncomfortable, even compared to other places of the same brand.

22/03/2025: It is not possible that every time you place an order they consistently make a mistake, yesterday crispy mcbacon with half a slice of bacon, consistently a pack of large chips but with an average quantity that does not correspond to McDonald's standards, not to mention that every time you ask for a special sandwich they continually make a mistake.

21/03/2025: Location particolare, staff e gestore gentili e attenti al cliente, ma a fare da padrone è il loro menù. Vantano un'ampia scelta: dagli appetizers, alle spade di carne, per non parlare delle carni e dei loro hamburger. Lo smash burger più buono mai provato! E che dire della rib eye se non che fosse cotta alla perfezione? Un paradiso per gli amanti del cibo made in USA. Ci torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare qualcos'altro dal loro favoloso menù!

24/01/2025: Food as good as in the other fast food restaurants in the chain, the king drive is also available to order and/or collect directly from the car. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not do justice to the name of the chain, very dark and with few staff which makes the service much slower. However, ample parking is available.

21/03/2025: I had lunch for the 1st time for San Giuseppe with my wife and my 11 year old nephew. We asked for lasagna for my wife and my nephew and I took 1 grill mix menu. The waitress didn't even smile. After 2 minutes she came back saying that the lasagna wasn't there, I don't remember, she asked for something else on the menu but that wasn't there either so she took 1 grill mix menu like me while my nephew asked for the cockerel with chips. The waitress still with a pissed off face left. The cockerel for an 11 year old child so full of chilli pepper 🌶 a professional waiter advises the customer to change it!!!!!!!!! But does OLD WILD WEST do special courses before hiring staff????!!!!

20/03/2025: I am a Asian and I visited here with my wife for dinner. But one of employees made me angry. Because he just threw a spell to the table. I am so unsatisfied with that behavior. Before that behavior, there is nothing between us. I will NEVER visit here again.

25/03/2025: I made a special trip to be amongst "my own" in a bar thats supposed to be Irish Owned" "Irish Staffed". What you have here is an Theme pub much like Hard Rock Cafe. Lots of Irish things on walls. Staff are all from Italy. Live music playing has nobody singing and the people playing are all from Italy. Drinks are triple the price of the Ireland. To add insult to injury I have yet to see a bar with worse customer service. Flat coke out of bottles. There is 3 nice bars next door that will be glad for your business spend your money where it is appreciated.

24/03/2025: Rip off Rome at its best. In Rome for a rugby weekend we went for a drink on the Sunday night we were charged 28 euros for a pint of light beer and a Schweppes lemon. What was served was a warm glass of white lemonade from a cheap label big bottle.it was both flat and warm. In keeping with rip off Rome but regrettably with an Irish connection .
