31/03/2025: bel locale molto accogliente , staff molto igentile, si mangia bene dagli antipasti ai panini e i dessert, anche la pizza è stata apprezzata. Per i costi si potrebbe fare qualcosa in più a livello di quantità delle pietanze.

22/06/2025: La Lucciola is a very pleasant restaurant, located in an enviable position right on the Latina seafront. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a dinner overlooking the sea. The menu offers excellent dishes. The service is courteous and attentive, even at peak times. The prices are average for the area, justified by the quality of the food and the location. The only small flaw: on weekends it can be a bit crowded and noisy, but nothing that ruins the experience.

24/02/2025: Questo posto è perfetto nel caso in cui vedi il proprietario trattare di m***a un cameriere di appena 20 anni.. non è proprio possibile che mentre mangio io devo subire scenate del genere, va segnalato. Cibo discreto ma da abbassare i prezzi e aumentare le portate per quello che ti danno.

23/06/2025: My female friends went inside and had to leave, the selection is merely based on personal dislikes so the place is not professional. Rome has many awsome places, no reason to waste your time and money in such a toxic environment. P.S. It’s telling that instead of addressing my genuine concerns, the management chose to respond to this review with slanderous false accusations. My review stands on real facts, and anyone can verify it by reading most recent previous reviews—several guests , particularly women, have like Vanessa reported feeling unsafe in this establishment. Yet, the new management choose to ban an impeccable customer like me that in 15 years never caused any trouble, not for any wrongdoing, but out of personal envy or dislike from the new manager, while allowing actual troublemakers to remain cause they are his friends. Their response speaks volumes—not only about their arrogance but also about their bullying attitude. A professional business would address criticism with grace, not petty attacks. This is exactly why bad management ruins good places.

22/06/2025: My experience in this bar have been a nightmare unfortunately. It all started already before to enter with the security trying to make a job that probably is not theirs, bad reactions to costumers from a guy with brown hair and beard staying at the door. When inside it was like enter in a sauna, u can’t breath is very hot and no AC, at least the drinks were okay. We were there for a little due to that impossible temperature and boys with very pushy behaviour so we didnt even finish it. But the best has yet to come.. Me and my group made some friends inside and a friend of them living in the hostel of the bar was left locked inside of the elevator. If the elevator is old should be closed and unfit for use without cause any risk for the costumers that can otherwhise pass a very bad vacation. The managering of the Yellow square was uncapable to avoid risks and solve them, in that situation in the end the firefighters arrived because a costumer called them, the organization never tried to call any help. We were there and they didnt care, they were just laughing and didnt know what to do. All the people were shocked, luckily those in the elevator were rescued. If u come in Rome take my suggestion and go somewhere else where u can enjoy for real your time, the city is beautiful there are amazing other bars and pubs that deserve your money.

02/06/2025: Very bad experience, place with a strong unpleasant smell, with 30 degrees outside no air conditioning we were forced to take away and eat in the car! Tables outside all exposed to the sun !!!!!!!

28/05/2025: on 05/28/2025 at around 1:00 pm I went with my son to your office and as per the email sent by the head office to take advantage of a coupon for two menus of 7.50 euros each medium. Instead I was given two small with the rest of the menu not given. The cashier at first did not understand what I was saying and then dismissed me by telling me that even if I had used the QR code from the self-service checkout I had made my wrong choices and he could not do anything else smiling with his colleagues speaking in a foreign language. It is true there is a lot of talk about racism towards us and then we suffer it. The disappointment of my 10 year old son and then the teasing towards me. I strongly do not recommend this office I have deleted your truly squalid app and I will never go there again.

26/06/2025: Courteous, professional and friendly staff, very hot environment, not even a fan to move the air, the sandwiches have increased in price and decreased in quantity regarding the filling (tomatoes, vegetables etc), good meat. The French fries were too thin and bland, small portion. The fried chickens are good.

16/06/2025: The best sandwiches in Rome.....once upon a time...now the price increase and the reduction of ingredients is not a good choice... Attention, there are no more free choice sauces in sachets....not organic

12/07/2025: Ordered breakfast through Deliveroo. I ordered three freshly squeezed orange juices and received three Tropicana. If I pay and order something, I'd like this to arrive. If there were any difficulties preparing that product or it was out of stock, I'd appreciate being notified.

23/05/2025: Fui allí a buscar el pescado con patatas fritas que vi en su menú por 13 euros. Cuando llegué y pedí pescado con papas fritas me dijeron que ya no las hacen y que ese era el menú antiguo. ¡Ofrecieron hacerlos de sardinas! ¿Quién quiere comer pescado con papas fritas hechas de sardinas? Cuando los rechacé, me dijeron que me harían camarones fritos con papas fritas y porque estaba cansada y hambrienta y ya eran más de las 9 de la noche, dije que sí. Cuando llegó, que estaba en un tazón pequeño, tuve que encontrar los camarones entre las papas fritas que eran más como papas fritas que papas fritas. Solo había 5 camarones pequeños. Cuando llegó el momento de pagar, sí mencioné el hecho de que había muy pocos camarones para el precio que pagué, y no dijeron nada. Tal vez debería haberles preguntado cuántos camarones me iban a dar por los 13 euros primero antes de decirles ok? No creo que en un restaurante muy respetable tengas que hacer eso. Si vuelvo a Roma definitivamente no volveré a ir allí de nuevo.

23/06/2025: I arrive at the place at 11:45 pm and they tell me it's closed, but on the internet it says closing at 00:30, or 45 minutes later. Once they told me this they turned around and laughed at us for our arrival time. Never again

11/06/2025: 16 minutes for a small chip, 2 sachets of ketchup and 2 bottles, they forgot to put ketchup, little experience in managing orders
