The attention to detail, the services, and the friendly and welcoming staff make this five-star hotel exceed all expectations. Guests feel pampered and cared for without ever feeling their privacy and intimacy invaded. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and equipped with every comfort.

21/01/2025: I often come here to eat and every time my friends come to Rome I take them here to eat, the food is very good, it has never disappointed me indeed... on the menu we always have a wide choice, today I had chowmein, it was simply delicious 😋

11/12/2025: Quiet place and really good burgers. It's been a while since I've been to the roadhouse and I don't remember them like this. Plus, on Thursdays, the classic burgers are half price.

I booked a table for four plus a small child. I arrived and the table was in full sun. I mentioned it and they told me to go upstairs... well, let's try it...
I went upstairs with my whole merry band and they put us in a shack. I was annoyed and told them, and they put me back at a table in the sun! The fantastic manager exclaimed, "What's the problem?" The problem, my friend, is that you can't work in public.
I advise against it for any parents with small children.

Fast service and friendly, helpful staff
12/10/2025: The restaurant is well-kept and clean. I found the staff extremely helpful and courteous. This isn't often the case at a fast food restaurant. A special mention goes to Carlotta, who tried to keep the wait as short as possible while preparing my order.

The owners and staff are always kind, professional, and available to customers.
I've been coming here for breakfast and aperitifs for years.
Often in the evenings, especially on weekends, you can listen to good live music.
I forgot...
they also welcome dogs with kindness and cuddles.
An added value.
11/09/2025: A very nice Italian bar with no tourists, but with friendly staff. The cappuccino is excellent. The prices are very reasonable.

McDonald's, as always, fast, efficient, tasty, and friendly service, which is what you need.

Breakfast was especially enjoyable, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff.
Clean
The nice thing I found was both the breakfast and the welcoming interior of the building in winter.
And in summer, sitting outside for breakfast and admiring the Roman landscape.

31/07/2025: Nice place on Wednesdays they do comic book and movie character themed karaoke with statues of the characters the staff is always ready and attentive tables outside and inside the building a bit difficult to find parking especially I think on busy days but it specializes in hamburgers which I haven't tried so a more in-depth evaluation the second time for now positive anyway

28/11/2025: What can I say? It's probably the most popular McDonald's in Rome. Especially at night, it's a classic for anyone out for a night out, while during the day it's packed with kids coming home from school for lunch. The biggest problem is that it's incredibly chaotic: orders arrive late and employees seem to explode at any moment. There are very few bathrooms (four in total) for the crowds, but the absurd thing is how dirty they are. I don't think I've ever seen a McDonald's with such disgusting bathrooms.

11/12/2025: Monday, December 8th.
An evening to forget. During the height of dinner time, with the dining room packed, the manager on duty saw fit to turn the place into a stage for shouted reprimands. The employees were visibly uncomfortable, and so were the customers: it's not exactly pleasant to eat with someone yelling just two meters from your table.
I understand the stress of rush hour, but staff management shouldn't become an embarrassing spectacle. If there's a problem, it's addressed behind the scenes, not in front of the entire restaurant. A little more professionalism wouldn't hurt, especially out of respect for the workers and those paying for a quiet meal.
