31/07/2024: When I go to the cashier I ask to have the hot chips they tell me they are freshly made when instead while waiting there on the spot they serve me the chips I taste them immediately and I feel that they are lukewarm and point it out they tell me no but they are hot after which they changed them for the nice ones hot but without salt guys satisfying the customer is a difficult thing I imagine but by paying you have to do it thanks

22/06/2024: Today I'm at the Euroma2 burger King eating with my daughter. The guys are fantastic, very kind, but the best people are the manager Mario and his "helper" Massimiliano. Two fantastic people, smiling, super helpful and super kind. I hope that the Burger King chain doesn't miss out on those two fantastic people, but above all I hope to always find them at Euroma2. 08/08/2024: The choice of board games is really wide and is a plus, the prices seem good but... we waited several minutes before being considered, in a somewhat surreal atmosphere given the absence of music and the furniture improvised. The glasses were disposable, not suitable for drinks. Despite this, my girlfriend ordered something that was a cross between a Margarita and a Moscow Mule and when I tasted it I have to say that it was good and well executed. However, not knowing the history of plastic, I saw a Cosmopolitan on the list and ordered it with a disastrous result to say the least. I knew that I wouldn't get something memorable, since "blueberry" and not cranberry was written among the ingredients and the lime juice was missing, but I couldn't imagine receiving it in a poorly made plastic cup, with the ingredients that together covered yes and not a quarter of the glass, and practically hot; because such a glass could not be cooled. I don't see any reason to include a drink like that on the list, I "fixed" it by adding an ice cube, but it certainly wasn't enough. The crème brulée was good despite the burn not being at its best, given the circumstances I would have generally appreciated more elasticity, perhaps applying a small discount which would not have meant much economically but which would have made me walk away more calmly. However, I wish good luck to the place and to the young people who work there, because I believe that with some forethought it can have good margins for improvement

19/08/2024: The night we went the griller wasn't grilling.... unfortunately two rounds of raw burgers.... but the service and the managers were wonderful.... in addition to apologizing for what happened, they didn't put us on the bill the raw meals..... thank you so much for your kindness and care.... maybe next time I'll get the tacos 😁😁😁

28/08/2024: In Formia, both in via Vitruvio and at the Itaca shopping centre, among the various shortcomings the one that I would like to underline most are the ridiculous portions of chips! Once upon a time the cardboard bag was filled to overflowing, with the chips falling out on all sides... now the portions are half that, sometimes half the container is empty. But put in 50 cents more and fill the container with chips until it explodes like it used to, that half-empty paper bag is embarrassing, bordering on mockery! But you actually have orders to make half portions of chips... are you in that bad shape??? And you even call them "large chips"... imagine if they were small!

23/08/2024: What can we say about this place except that the products do not comply with Mac Donald regulations, that the place is clean (the table always remains clean after asking to clean it) and the height of all this I am fell ill the same evening (knowing that I had not eaten anything since the day before) Absolutely avoid

21/06/2024: The mc drive is extremely slow, fast food is nothing. They always take those 10 minutes at the drive-through even if there isn't much turnout, even the other day there were 22 minutes of waiting at 37 degrees with no shade and in the end they even forgot to put the chips in the bag. Very bad.

The cuisine is also disconnected, with overcooked and cold meats. A smash sandwich with zero pecorino sauce, a hint of postcard bacon sauce. Lump sandwich rating 4 minus minus Coca watered down 90% water Decent onion rings The guys are also good and fast but the food is really rubbish. At the King in Velletri I ate divinely because it's not that the food is bad at the B. King... The food is bad in Aprilia 2 and for a 12 euro menu is UNACCEPTABLE.

15/08/2024: With my husband we enter the restaurant, and astonished we find some lively kids doing hide and seek around the tables... however we move away from them, but a very lively and screaming little girl approaches the waitress who comes to our table to order. I politely ask if the little girl can stay away from our table, in response she tells me that it is impossible because she is her daughter and that the father is at a table near the cash register... so we say goodbye and go out in search of another place where we can eat in peace..

14/08/2024: Terrible service Sandwich shop without particular pretensions, menu with a wide choice of burgers, meat, also at average prices Little trained girls deliver the dishes to the table. We ask for sauces, bread etc... and oh well, no one runs out of beer and that's okay, the change of chips with salad as a side dish costs 1.50 and that's okay. The bill arrives, I point out that from the menu I ordered a beer for 0.50 but instead I get a 0.40, first response from a gentleman at the checkout "the price is the same anyway" I point out that in addition to the price it is a question of clarity, second answer "the 0.4 glass is supplied directly by the beer supplier" yes but you make the menu I reply, third answer we always put an extra finger, it's not true but at that point I understand that there is nothing to make someone who doesn't want to understand understand.
