12/03/2026: The average between service, atmosphere and food is 3. The staff is courteous and makes up for the food which is not the best. Average burger and dry but not very crispy fries, as they should be.

10/03/2026: I haven't been here in a while: I have to say, the situation has gotten significantly worse. Cold and soggy fries. 7 euro CBO cold and thrown in the box haphazardly. This is the last time.

24/02/2026: The usual McDonald's, convenient because it's open until late.

18/02/2026: I must say, the place is very bright and spacious. A waiter helped me place my order because it wasn't very practical. There weren't many people at the time, and I had a great time.

24/01/2026: Tonight I was craving a good sandwich, so I went with my family to try this new management. The meat was excellent, the service was good, and the beer was good. Unfortunately, some parents should keep their children at their tables instead of letting them run around the place, causing inconvenience to the staff. Overall, I had a great time!!! I'll definitely be back.

24/12/2025: Nice place on Wednesdays. They have comic book and movie character-themed karaoke with statues of the characters. The staff is always ready and attentive. The tables inside and outside the building are a bit difficult to find parking, especially on busy days, I think. But they specialize in burgers, which I haven't tried, so a more thorough review is needed. The second time around, it was positive, anyway. Updated December 23, 2025. Always pleasant in appearance. It's under management. I hope they bring back the karaoke. They no longer had finished fried foods. I ordered the unique spicy arrosticini that were available; they weren't very spicy, but they were pleasant. Light beer, reasonable prices. Nice place.

23/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because it's not possible to give less. If I could, I'd give it -10,000! This Burger King absolutely must be shut down! The only positive thing is that thanks to them, I'll never eat at that chain again. My worst fast-food experience at the age of 35... for a chain as well-known as BK, it's unacceptable. We arrived at 9:15 PM. They were closing at 10 PM. They were practically unhappy that we came to order 45 minutes before closing time... I know that Italian hospitality is completely absent and that they're incredibly lazy. (When you see that in some restaurants, 20 minutes before closing, they won't even take you for takeout...) No professionalism whatsoever, INCOMPETENT. THERE'S NOTHING TO DO IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY!!! They're incredibly lazy, not just lazy, they're incredibly lazy!! And now I come to the hygiene issue… I got food poisoning that very night, I was bleeding profusely, it was awful, just before I had to leave to go back to France. As I told you, there was absolutely no courtesy, and when I gave my order to what I think was the "manager" because he was wearing a gray shirt while the other staff were dressed in black, he looked behind me in the kitchen. His colleague opened a drawer where the meats are probably kept, I think, and he took about a minute to accept my order, only for me to end up with a terrible case of food poisoning!!! Please, Burger King, do something and close this place down!!!!! It's damaging your reputation. UNHEARD OF!!!! I'm of Portuguese origin and I live in France, and I can assure you that neither in Portugal nor in France have I seen anything like this with my own eyes. It's outrageous! I hope karma gets what's coming to them. A bunch of incompetents! 🤮🤮🤮 In the kitchen, they didn't even have a hairnet or gloves. I should have turned right around and left, but well, it's very rare for me, but I was naive. NEVER AGAIN!

14/09/2025: The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was well-maintained, the decor was beautiful, and it wasn't huge but it was well-used. The pizza was excellent! We'll be back!

02/03/2026: Update, March 2nd: Again today, due to the usual "technical issues," opening was delayed by 30 minutes. The same notice was on the door. Even though it says open on the website... Update, February 23rd: Again today, at 11:15, despite the fact that the restaurant is listed as open on the website and app, there was a notice on the door saying, due to technical issues, they would open at 11:30. It would be better to definitively define the ACTUAL opening time so customers can plan accordingly. Update, February 12, 2026: Three times now, despite the fact that the opening time is listed as 11:00, even arriving at 11:15, I can't get in, even though I see staff inside. I ring the bell, they see me, and they don't come to the door to explain; and there are no written notices on the door. Today they opened for me at 11:30, again without apology, and just because I asked for an explanation, they said, in an apathetic tone, that there had been technical problems??? 3 times in a month??? All very strange... Too bad. If this happens again, I'll stop being a regular customer like I have been in years past. Furthermore, the last two times I've noticed lettuce in my sandwich isn't as fresh as usual.

26/02/2026: This isn't a criticism, but rather an attempt to make lunch more enjoyable... Perfect sandwiches, courteous and smiling service. The only flaw was the radio on full blast, making it impossible to exchange a few words. The table was full when we entered on the left, with the speaker overhead blaring. We didn't ask the staff so as not to disturb them, as they were all working at a good pace.

21/02/2026: Just ordered a double plain menu at the drive-thru, and the fries were FROZEN and the meat was really old. I'm sorry, but after charging €6 for an average menu, you expect at least some basic quality.
