We went to Rome to celebrate my friend's birthday and we stayed 4 nights in this beautiful hotel. With a beautiful garden, a complete breakfast, the very attentive staff always making sure that nothing is missing. Federico from the Amaro bar, very friendly, house keeping for the room care, the reception and guest experience team for the recommendations and management to make that day unforgettable. Thanks to the deputy director Paula for her kindness and professionalism, she recommended several places (trastevere area, viewpoints and restaurants) highly recommended. A wonderful hotel.

The lighting system is as ridiculous as it is complex. Dozens of very small buttons needlessly doubled (one is pressed only to turn on and the other only to turn off), the heating one equally incomprehensible. Waiters who knock on your door, alarming you, at any hour to find out if you want something changed. Or they come in when you are not there, moving things that you have already placed in the place that best suits you because they have to tidy up everything or even prepare the room for the night, closing curtains and toilet seats that perhaps were fine for you like that. The seemingly Indian staff greets you with their hand on their chest which feels like you are in an Agatha Christie film during the English colonies. When "too much is not enough" a perfect example.
