Liquid Garden In Roma

I want to highlight the excellent service at this hotel. Our stay was wonderful. We were there as a family, and it was my mother's birthday celebration, which was very special because of the attention from all of you hotel staff. The team is completely committed to making guests feel excellent during their stay. I want to especially mention the attention from everyone at reception, but particularly the person on the night shift on April 7, 2026. I don't remember his name, but I really want to acknowledge his wonderful service. We had to get up early for the Vatican, and breakfast started at seven. We had to leave early, and he was so thoughtful that he helped us have breakfast before leaving the hotel. Truly, everyone was spectacular. Thank you, Meliá.

We were booked to stay for 1 week after The Sanctuary, as we normally stay in Grand Meliá Milan so assumed it would be as good. We decided to pop in and see what the pool was like for the kids. Unfortunately after one drink were not made to feel very welcome. Maybe because we were not eating food. It was not busy. But the vibe was not nice. Not like any other Meliá we have stayed globally. My partner felt very uncomfortable, as the staff kept staring at him. We decided to stay in the Waldorf instead and cancelled this hotel. MUCH better pool. The photography is misleading on the pool size here.

Even our upgraded room felt very small. Breakfast was OK but even basic options like eggs were charged extra! Complete non-sense. Spa water circuit was not included and you need to pay extra per guest/day of use. At this price tag, I’d highly recommend other options in the city. The overall value for money is not good. Staff is very friendly and kind.

A wonderful experience at this hotel: unbeatable location, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, impeccable service. The breakfasts were superb, with high-quality cold cuts, perfectly ripe fruit, fresh juices, eggs, sausages, spinach... the only thing missing was a wider variety of bread. The coffee was delicious. I highly recommend it; the experience was fantastic, we had a great time and made the most of our stay thanks to the location. We were a family with two children. My only complaint is that nowhere before arrival was it stated that the spa is for guests over 16. Our children were so excited, and we were all prepared with our swimsuits and everything, only to be disappointed when it was included in the price. The views from the room weren't great because the building behind it is quite old, but we could see the Mausoleum of Sant'Angelo in the distance. The view from the front of the room was excellent.

Incredible place, you have everything you can dream of in the most beautiful city of the World. Wow!

Fantastic experience, even though we know choosing Melia is a guarantee, our stay in Rome was beautiful despite the challenging weather. I recommend everyone to pamper themselves in the spa, it's amazing, and the fantastic plus is the lovely staff, and Sara is fantastic. She gave us the best advice, and that's exactly what happened. Let Sara pamper you, you won't regret it. The staff throughout the hotel is wonderful, with high-level service. I recommend everyone to try it.
