Aside from the pulled pork sandwich, I didn't like the other sandwiches. The Tex-Mex portion was also very disappointing. The fried foods were acceptable. It would be nice to have a non-all-you-can-eat option, with a little more quality sandwiches.

We went for lunch with the AYCE plan. The food wasn't great, but for the price, it was to be expected. The worst part was that when we asked if the sauces could be removed from the sandwich, the waiters said no, but that you could remove the bread or cheese.

My boyfriend and I went there tonight. The food was very good, but after a while the menu got monotonous because there wasn't much variety. Overall, it was good, though. I wanted to compliment the staff; they're always very kind, and anyone who criticizes them in reviews has never done their job. In particular, tonight we were served by a guy who seemed the youngest of the entire staff, a dark-haired man with baggy gray jeans and full lips. He was truly polite and very nice from start to finish. Kudos to the guy, who, despite being young, is very talented!! Tip: I suggest having dinner nights with movies on the big screen!!

Friendly... Nice and well-kept atmosphere... Very friendly staff and fast service. Extensive menu, and I must say good quality, especially the Tex-Mex. Must try.

Great experience, we ate very well and everything was good, non-stop burgers and a great selection of fried appetizers, all you can eat. Fantastic and especially suitable for large groups and young people. Reasonable prices, especially from Monday to Friday at 11.90. We will definitely go again.

Great variety of food, tasty dishes. I was a little disappointed with the strawberry cheesecake, because even though it's seasonal, they didn't use strawberries, but the usual industrial syrup. Excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Tip: Be careful with cracked plates/bowls, as splinters/ceramic parts can be swallowed.

20/11/2025: We went there for a quick bite on a Sunday at lunch time so the place was really quiet. We tried chicken wings, falafels and kebabs and really liked all of them! A place to keep in mind!

05/05/2026: I want to highlight the excellent service at this hotel. Our stay was wonderful. We were there as a family, and it was my mother's birthday celebration, which was very special because of the attention from all of you hotel staff. The team is completely committed to making guests feel excellent during their stay. I want to especially mention the attention from everyone at reception, but particularly the person on the night shift on April 7, 2026. I don't remember his name, but I really want to acknowledge his wonderful service. We had to get up early for the Vatican, and breakfast started at seven. We had to leave early, and he was so thoughtful that he helped us have breakfast before leaving the hotel. Truly, everyone was spectacular. Thank you, Meliá.
24/04/2026: We were booked to stay for 1 week after The Sanctuary, as we normally stay in Grand Meliá Milan so assumed it would be as good. We decided to pop in and see what the pool was like for the kids. Unfortunately after one drink were not made to feel very welcome. Maybe because we were not eating food. It was not busy. But the vibe was not nice. Not like any other Meliá we have stayed globally. My partner felt very uncomfortable, as the staff kept staring at him. We decided to stay in the Waldorf instead and cancelled this hotel. MUCH better pool. The photography is misleading on the pool size here.
