23/04/2026: I booked a table for a bachelorette party. They contacted me again to ask if I was interested in the concert, and when I said no, they said they'd put us in the smaller room. We were under the stage. We found out on site that the menu for the evening was limited, no big deal, and that the concert service cost €5 per person. We asked if the chicken wings were spicy, and they said no, but surprise, they were, and we weren't able to finish them. It was my friend's party, and we had other setbacks during the evening, so I didn't want to make a fuss at the venue. The next day, however, I texted the number that had contacted me, saying it would be more appropriate to let them know about the €5 charge, especially since it was clear we weren't interested in the concert, and the response was "🤦"

29/03/2026: I swear I've never eaten at such a precise and good MC. The bread has been super perfect lately in Bologna. The bread hasn't been good lately, often dry. I have to say I'd like to go back tomorrow, it's so good.

14/03/2026: Considering it's a fast food joint, I think this is the best place in Bologna and the surrounding area. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, and the food is always hot, even at the drive-thru, which isn't a given at all. I absolutely give it 5 stars. A special thanks to Marianna.

25/05/2026: One of the last remaining unfortunately, but every time I go there it's always like the first time, I'll never get tired of it all, every time you go in it's like being in the USA, the food is always delicious I took the opportunity to try the new smash by America Graffiti and I have to say the meat is really good, juicy and with that crust that flavors everything and the staff is nothing short of wonderful, they satisfy you in everything, I asked if they could make me the mc and cheese since they once had them on the menu but now no longer and without problems they accommodated my request and I must say that those too are really good as I remembered them, keep it up guys you are fantastic, I will never tire of coming to visit you.

06/05/2026: We visited Hamerica's with average expectations, and overall, the experience was decent. It wasn't bad at all: the restaurant's target audience is clear, and in some respects, it managed to meet it. We really appreciated the portions, which were decidedly generous, and the food overall was tasty. The truffle fries were delicious, although in our opinion, they could be improved to really make a difference. The only real downside was the service, which was a bit distracted. This was likely due to the lack of staff compared to the number of customers present: the two waitresses did what they could, but it was clear they were under pressure. Overall, a place with potential and good food, but the service could use some work to make the experience more enjoyable.

14/04/2026: The portion sizes are not enough for the money you pay. The burger size is disappointingly small (like McDonalds small), but they fill the plate with loads of fries (which doesn't improve the dish for much). The burger tastes ok but the meat was a bit dry. The chickens are way too small and in few numbers only. Do not recommend chickens. A bit too expensive for the quality and portion they offer you. Not satisfied.

14/04/2026: I arrived eager to eat the cockerel, which I've had in other restaurants in Pesaro and Rimini, and it's always excellent. Here it felt like a completely different restaurant... the cockerel wasn't great quality, the meat was tough... the fries, which included, had definitely been reheated... a shame for such a local brand... The restaurant wasn't heated.

18/04/2026: The ordering screens didn't work; you couldn't even order from the app, nor use the red offers (which were 80% of them). Rude staff. I didn't even have lunch.

03/04/2026: My favorite hamburger brand, wherever I go the taste doesn't change. What's more, the toilets are free.

07/05/2026: I had to abandon the order so as not to miss the train and therefore I also lost the money. I advise you to fire the manager and the entire shift on May 7th at 3.30 am, an impossible menu.
