17/02/2025: Food nothing special: without infamy and without praise. Terrible service: we ordered a gluten-free sandwich but they served us a classic sandwich, we noticed it for a second before biting into it. Crazy prices: an average moretti for €8 not even in NY.

09/02/2025: We returned here after the excellent experiences we had in the Modena restaurant but unfortunately we were disappointed. The sandwiches were cold, the meat not cooked well and even the chips had not been cooked freshly. The place is small, however the staff was very friendly although I don't think I will return.

03/12/2023: Cozy place that recalls an American diner. Very extensive menu and suitable for all dietary needs. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Suitable for all types of customers, moderate prices and abundant quantities.

16/12/2024: For the service and the environment, if I could have given zero stars I would have done so. I went to this place to buy "a truly King combo", the collaboration with One Piece. I found a bare and dirty environment, with the automatic checkouts turned off and not dispensing the receipt. We asked a girl in the room for information and she reluctantly informed us that we had to go to the cashier. There we paid and asked if it was possible to choose the shirt offered. The "manager" (?) on duty yells at the employee at the checkout that you can't choose the colors and then leaves. I certainly won't be coming back again.

10/12/2024: The place is in dramatic condition: all the rubbish bins are full, the ordering machines are turned off or out of order, among the few that worked, the one I used did not print the receipt with the number to collect the order. A single black boy was busy preparing all the orders, the other clerks chatted and wandered around the counter aimlessly. An embarrassing situation to say the least.

15/02/2025: Music too loud to the limit of human endurance. Environment not adequately heated, small bathroom, only one bathroom (for one person) and locked, you have to ask at the cashier. Uncomfortable chairs. Lights and colors of the environment that transmit bad feelings, embarrassment in speaking because the environment is small and poorly soundproofed. Absent furniture. You feel like chickens in a henhouse, aseptic environment.

12/02/2025: Much improved compared to the last few years portions are larger, more menu choices from small to medium to large. Good desserts and original varieties. The onion rings have been improved and the chips should also be improved as they are not crunchy enough and you have to arrange the quick cash registers especially for when there are a lot of people.

20/12/2024: Ho mangiato la tagliata di pollo peggiore che abbia mai provato, secca e insapore...e pensare che la carne dovrebbe essere la loro specialità!

03/12/2024: Pessima cena. Hamburger bruciato. Contorni di verdure che sembravano del giorno precedente. Club salad con insalata appassita, sicuramente non fresca. Non tornerò sicuramente.
