23/11/2024: On Saturday evening, two of my friends and I decided to try this restaurant, intrigued by the menu. After a good welcome, they immediately found us a table even though they didn't take reservations. Once seated, the problems began: - 30 minutes to take the order despite numerous reminders (it is not possible for just one person to manage the orders in a not very small place) - once the reservation was taken they made us wait another 40 minutes to bring us drinks, in all of this the food did not arrive - at the end of the waiting hour our WRONG order arrived! - the cutlery arrived after the food was delivered, calmly, and we had to request it ourselves The main problem was the disorganized and uncooperative staff in resolving unexpected issues, because all in all the food was acceptable. It's a shame for a place in such a central location! We will certainly not be returning.

01/12/2024: Ottimo servizio dei camerieri, veloci, cortesi attenti, sopratutto il ragazzo cameriere che serviva di più la nostra area. Peccato invece per l’acqua: dovrebbe essere microfiltrata e invece ci siamo dovuti far cambiare due bottiglie, dato che in entrambe appena portate galleggiavano delle briciole (o residui da lavastoviglie?) nell’acqua. Nelle bottiglie sostitutive, l’acqua era pulita, ma le bottiglie avevano le pareti interne con qualche crosta: non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere da nessuna parte. Anche un tavolo di fianco al nostro si è fatto cambiare la bottiglia. Per quanto riguarda le mitiche costine (mitiche perchè sono stato molte volte in moltissimi Roadhouse di Domenica): tutte arrivate fredde, tranne una (arrivata calda per esplicita richiesta al cameriere, che evidentemente ha controllato che fosse calda prima di portarla), senza parole. Un vero peccato, pensiamo di essere stati molto sfortunati.. ma tant’è purtroppo

29/11/2024: The fast food is from the Burger King chain, it is located in the city center in a very strategic and convenient position. At the entrance there are touch screen displays with which to order food, which you can pay there or at the cash register. If you want, you can also use the app, with which there are discounts. Regarding the food, I don't give more than four stars because it's a fast food restaurant, so the food is the same and the quality is the same. Regarding service, the staff is quick to prepare the trays or bags for takeaway. Table service is not provided. The environment is not very clean, inside the connection is bad even if there is the possibility, after registration, to use their wifi. Regarding the possibility of ordering using the app, we have used it many times and we had a single problem only once, in which the order, even if confirmed by the App, was not confirmed. A probable problem related to the connection is that it was resolved simply by waiting.

04/11/2024: Horrible experience. I order and the receipt doesn't come out.... After a while as I wait, the girl comes and tells me that the beer is missing without telling you where you order... They won't give you your money back but they give you a voucher to spend later... In short, a good fuck... Go to McDonald's... And not here

15/12/2024: The order-displays didn't work so I was asked to come to the counter. When I asked for a menu in any kind of form she just said "what do you want to eat" twice in a bad tone. How should I know what to eat if there is no menu?

07/06/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale per pranzo, eravamo di passaggio. La tagliata è buona così come i panini. Altra cosa non c’è problema per il parcheggio. Ce ne è uno molto grande davanti, a pagamento, ma per i clienti che pranzano al roadhouse e’ gratuito.

14/04/2024: Non amo questo genere di locali ma se si deve andare ad uno spettacolo all’auditorium della fiera e si vuole mangiare un po’ prima o subito dopo questo ristorante è purtroppo una scelta quasi forzata e non certo entusiasmante. C’è poco da recensire: la cucina è standard un po’ come in tutto il resto della catena ed è il format che lo prevede. Posso solo dire che l’organizzazione è buona, il servizio veloce, la qualità discreta, i prezzi a mio avviso troppo alti per il genere di cibo, di ambiente e di tipologia di locale. Quanto meno dovrebbero essere inseriti in menu un maggior numero di proposte che possano consentire anche di pranzare con una spesa complessiva più contenuta a quanti abbiano l’esigenza di non passare nel locale la serata ma di fare solo uno snack-pasto veloce.
