Hamerica's In Bologna

We visited Hamerica's with average expectations, and overall, the experience was decent. It wasn't bad at all: the restaurant's target audience is clear, and in some respects, it managed to meet it. We really appreciated the portions, which were decidedly generous, and the food overall was tasty. The truffle fries were delicious, although in our opinion, they could be improved to really make a difference. The only real downside was the service, which was a bit distracted. This was likely due to the lack of staff compared to the number of customers present: the two waitresses did what they could, but it was clear they were under pressure. Overall, a place with potential and good food, but the service could use some work to make the experience more enjoyable.

Please put more workers in kitchen to get ready orders on time. Because the preparation time is more as compared to others smash burgers shops

I went here with my boyfriend on Saturday and had a wonderful meal. We ordered sweet potato fries as an appetizer, and they were so tasty that one was enough to keep us coming back for more. I'd never tried them before, so I was very satisfied. I ordered a 212 the One and Only (with fries) and it was delicious! I'm not a big fan of American BBQ sauce, but this was truly exceptional and I loved it. You can tell the products are high-quality, and considering the current prices of fast food, it's better to eat at places like Hamerica's, where the price is perfectly in line with the quality. We went here at lunchtime, early, and it wasn't very crowded, so the service was quick. The service was attentive and very kind. The bathroom was also well-kept, spacious, and clean, and especially suitable for those with small children (the women's bathroom has a changing table). Both my boyfriend and I left the place very satisfied and with full bellies! We'll definitely be back, maybe to try something else on the menu. Keep it up, guys!

Delicious burgers at reasonable prices. Large portions. Friendly, very customer-oriented staff. A place you'll want to come back to.

Location with attention to detail, attentive, kind and knowledgeable staff! As for the food, nothing to complain about, I will definitely be back soon.

The restaurant is located at the beginning of Via Santo Stefano, near Piazza Mercanzie, right in the city center. It's been around for a long time, and honestly, I've never had the opportunity to come here before last Saturday. They don't take reservations, but we found a spot on Saturday night at 8:00 PM, seven of us. We sat inside at the table in the window facing the kitchen. There are also tables outside where young people were sitting. The space isn't exactly large, but the place is welcoming. There are lovely paintings and dramatic chandeliers that make the place feel warmer. The staff is all young and friendly. The burgers are good and the prices are average. Customers are of all ages, from young people to couples with children. There's a children's menu with several options. Worth a try.

Really enjoyed the meal, the waiter was very friendly and service fast. Will definitely come back again!

The sandwich was good, very good in fact, but put a couple of handkerchiefs in the takeaway bags, a little service, but in general a lot of stuff, I think the chips are perhaps the best I've ever eaten, every time better and better

honestly, it’s. really good place for a burger. we ate hamerica’s food two times - one time through glovo, and another time in a restaurant. both of the times we enjoyed our smash burgers. the prices are not low, however the portions are huge. so for a 14-15€ you can get full for a couple of hours. recommend :)
