BEST BURGER IN BOLOGNA!!!
I had the opportunity to eat in about 15 hamburger shops in Bologna and its province, BUT THIS ONE BEATS THEM ALL.
All the raw materials are of the highest quality and everything is made by them, from the bread to the potatoes which many buy frozen..
The owner Riccardo is a bold person who loves his job and tries to convey his passion burger after burger and beer after beer😂.
Pairings with truly amazing burgers, try the Rock & Roll and their craft beers, from now on when I want a burger only Osteria Colle Ameno💪🏽

We were there during the "Sdaz" Fair which is held every year in September. All organized by the municipality of Sasso Marconi Bo, which gives various restaurants in the area the opportunity to offer visitors their own menu made of local products always with traditional Bolognese cuisine. There are also many exhibitors of artisanal products, costume jewellery, sweet clothes typical of the place. Which is no small feat and has ample parking.

Uniquely kind guys and extraordinary food. I recommend the octopus sandwich, very fresh, we would have eaten one after the other. The variety of beers available is also disarming, we took advice from them and every pairing was perfect

We went there on our last evening because a lot in the area was closed or fully booked. Burger is bland but with nice toppings. Quite expensive at 12.50 for just a burger and then fries and drinks when ordering + covert. Service was friendly and hospitable and with the bears it looks a bit like our "the Bears" in the Netherlands.

We had a good time, the food is very good and the very beautiful place is rightly supported by well-trained staff, even if perhaps slightly too fast, as if they wanted to hastily free up the table for others. Overall I recommend it (despite appearances, it doesn't cost that much!), we will return

Battuta di manzo molto buona e buone anche patatine e hamburger. Non mi è piaciuta la salsa di accompagnamento della battuta, ma in generale ci tornerei.

Dopo anni che non tornavo, il posto si conferma il migliore per mangiare un hamburger gourmet in zona. C'è tanta varietà e gli ingredienti sono tutti di alta qualità. Patate al forno sopraffine, locale molto carino addobbato a tema orsetti ultimamente. Il prezzo sarà un po' più alto ma rispetto ad altri posti ne vale assolutamente la pena! Tornerò ancora e ancora.
