I paid €9.80 for a thin piadina with two strips of peppers, two of courgettes, the onion I don't even know if it was there and a spit of something which, reading the menu, had to be fondue with scamorza.
A whole different story compared to even the idea that one can get by reading the menu. Terrible!! Really, really BAD!!
30/03/2024: I went for lunch on Wednesday with my son: service was slow even though the place wasn't crowded, at the end of lunch I asked for a coffee at the counter otherwise we wouldn't have gotten up again, the hamburger bread was terrible, it looked like it was three days old; in general throughout the chain I noticed smaller sandwiches compared to some time ago. Very greasy fried.

05/11/2023: Bel posto e come tutti gli oww cibo buono ma personale terribile. Mi sono imbattuta in un orario sicuramente difficile in quanto pieno orario di pranzo, ma con tavoli vuoti e non prenotati nessuno del personale ci ha degnato di uno sguardo. Solo dopo aver fermato una dipendente, dopo circa 30 minuti di attesa, chiedendole il motivo per il quale non ci facesse sedere nonostante i tavoli vuoti ci ha chiesto in modo spacciato e arrogante “mi mostri quali tavoli” è una volta indicati ci risponde dicendo che non erano pronti (in questi ristoranti apparecchiare significa mettere come tovaglietta il menù cartaceo e le posate con un tovagliolo sotto). Al momento dell’ ordinazione cameriera non troppo educata ma è il meno.
