Reservation accepted by phone for 30 people and they were very kind. Table ready upon our arrival, everything ok. There were 4 of us because we only had an hour to have lunch. Only advice: check with reservations whether the workforce is sufficient for the commitment made. Anyway we will return. Thank you

I've been a customer for a long, long time, I like the format, the food and the place. Precisely because I have been a customer for a long time I have seen many many many managers and employees pass by. Today for the umpteenth time after several problems such as a second course that never arrived, a side dish that never arrived etc., the manager's response made me lose patience!! I understand the lack of staff and the resulting inefficiencies, I am aware of the problem, but at least don't respond badly, don't respond as if everything was due!

Last night I had dinner with my girls I must say that everything was good.. Even though the place was very full they let me sit without a reservation and the staff is very knowledgeable, what can I say I had a great time, I'm sure I'll be back!

Ho cenato con mia moglie in questo ristorante, un ambiente molto carino con un menu vario e piatti accurati e gustosi . Non appena saremo di nuovo in zona torneremo senz'altro.

Esperienza molto bella come sempre, la catena roadhouse non mi delude mai, adoro sicuramente la tagliata di manzo, una delle mie preferite, e le fritte buonissime. Personale molto disponibile

02/04/2024: I've been coming here for years Monica is her colleague a few minutes ago, as well as being VERY KIND as usual, they offered me a FREE Shake I will also return to Romania in another 20 years Always fast and professional. Even when it is packed with people, the staff does their best to please the customer. Of all the Burger Kings in Italy, I would recommend Bologna without a doubt as the best. See you next time 🙏

30/03/2024: I went for lunch on Wednesday with my son: service was slow even though the place wasn't crowded, at the end of lunch I asked for a coffee at the counter otherwise we wouldn't have gotten up again, the hamburger bread was terrible, it looked like it was three days old; in general throughout the chain I noticed smaller sandwiches compared to some time ago. Very greasy fried.
23/03/2024: I highly recommend excellent meat, really clean place and friendly staff. Also excellent for those with children, there is a wide choice for them too. We had a really good time and will definitely be back.
