Excellent roadhouse; one of the first to open in San L.
I found the waiters very friendly and professional.
The all-you-can-eat meat menu was also fantastic, with very little wait between courses but without ever compromising on quality.
I'll definitely be back.

The building is different from the usual restaurants in the chain.
It appears to be a restaurant remodeled to reflect the new brand, but that's just an afterthought.
Plenty of parking, although very dusty.
The food is standard, in line with the chain.
Friendly service, neat and clean restrooms and common areas.
I'd say it's in line with expectations for a business lunch or a quick dinner near the ring road and highway, with good quality.

A wonderful evening at Roadhouse in Caselle, San Lazzaro.
The atmosphere was pleasant, with the separation between the rooms creating a quieter atmosphere.
The staff were always ready to accommodate any needs; we ordered quickly and easily, and they paid close attention to any additional requests (sandwich modifications or sauces requested for an extra fee).
Reservations are highly recommended, although not required.
Compliments to the blond staff member: excellent service and he was extremely friendly, even though we asked for an extra glass of ice, which we ultimately didn't use.
An experience definitely worth repeating, perhaps returning for the new inserts that change every three or four months.

Welcoming atmosphere and very professional staff. The food was delicious and the prices were excellent. We were impressed by the speed of service and, most importantly, the cleanliness of the place. A truly wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back.
