20/06/2026: I feel sorry for the band that played because it wasn't bad, but apart from that, they'll never see me again. 5 euros each for the concert evening, considering it's not stated anywhere, plus 2.50 service. 17 euros for a piadina and some chicken with two sauces, 6 euros for each medium beer, and when I ask for the bill at the cashier, since you listed an extra small beer, in the end they charge me the same as the medium (6 euros); to top it off, water, not bottled, but probably purified from the tap, was 2 euros each. Moral of the story, I spent almost 50 euros. No comment. You'll never see me again!!!!!

The sandwiches aren't great, the ribs are served cold, and the prices are exorbitant. A Caesar salad costing €15 for a ridiculously small portion is embarrassing. Fast food quality, and you pay double. I'd rather go to McDonald's.

25/05/2026: I went to Hamerica's last weekend and was impressed by the hospitality. Besides the food, which isn't much to say, the service really made the difference. The waiters were friendly and, above all, very cheerful, greatly enhancing the experience.

06/05/2026: We visited Hamerica's with average expectations, and overall, the experience was decent. It wasn't bad at all: the restaurant's target audience is clear, and in some respects, it managed to meet it. We really appreciated the portions, which were decidedly generous, and the food overall was tasty. The truffle fries were delicious, although in our opinion, they could be improved to really make a difference. The only real downside was the service, which was a bit distracted. This was likely due to the lack of staff compared to the number of customers present: the two waitresses did what they could, but it was clear they were under pressure. Overall, a place with potential and good food, but the service could use some work to make the experience more enjoyable.

The burger size is disappointingly small (like McDonalds small), but they fill the plate with loads of fries (which doesn't improve the dish for much). The burger tastes ok but the meat was a bit dry. The chickens are way too small and in few numbers only. Do not recommend chickens. A bit too expensive for the quality and portion they offer you. Not satisfied.

14/04/2026: I arrived eager to eat the cockerel, which I've had in other restaurants in Pesaro and Rimini, and it's always excellent. Here it felt like a completely different restaurant... the cockerel wasn't great quality, the meat was tough... the fries, which included, had definitely been reheated... a shame for such a local brand... The restaurant wasn't heated.

09/07/2026: My visit to this McDonald's was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The wait time for my order exceeded 40 minutes, and despite that long wait, I didn't even receive half of my food. This is completely unacceptable. When I reported the issue, instead of trying to resolve it, the staff merely repeated, "Listen to me, boys," which was disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should be helped, not ignored. Furthermore, the food I received was rubbery and felt stale. At this price and from this brand, I expect basic quality and ordinary service. I definitely do not recommend this place. The organization, customer service, and food quality all need immediate improvement.

04/07/2026: I tried the coffee service, ordering a decaf. The price of €1.20 is average, but the quality is truly awful, significantly inferior to that of a vending machine. The quantity was tiny (less than a finger), and the coffee tasted bad, as well as having a decidedly unappealing color and texture. I was strongly tempted to throw it away. Consequently, the quality-price ratio is very poor. I won't be returning.
