27/03/2024: The place wouldn't even be bad, if it weren't for the very small detail that made my niece (celiac) end up in the emergency room after having served her a sandwich with gluten instead of the one she ordered... and only by chance if SHE noticed after a few bites. Luckily, she is no longer a child and after more than two hours on an IV they got her back on her feet, but certain mistakes in 2024 are not acceptable. Calling them "incompetent" would be a compliment, but the fact that we ended the matter with a very elegant "we won't make you pay for the sandwich" makes it clear what other definitions they deserve and what level of problems they may have. Personally, I would do a lot of concrete and replace it with some parking.

30/03/2024: Well a chain is a guarantee... perhaps more so than in their other places there is a lot of chaos but this is due to the strategic position attached to the motorway toll booth.

06/04/2024: Nice evening. I enjoyed the fake Metallica more in Rimini than the real ones in Florence. Good bassist who plays Steve Harris with his fingers🤟🤟🤟 too bad only the tables in front of the stage. That is, there is a bit of a mess in front of the stage.

24/03/2024: I ordered a takeaway gluten-free sandwich and once I got home I realized that the bread was the one with gluten. I'm lucky I noticed otherwise it would have gone badly, an inattention that could have cost me dearly. Their response: come back and we'll do another one for you. No comment!

14/03/2024: Nice place and location near multiplex and shopping centre. The service was quick and friendly, the sandwiches we tasted were very good.

11/03/2024: We went on Sunday for lunch, the restaurant was quite full but they took us even without a reservation. The staff was courteous. However, several dishes arrived cold including the fried potatoes with bacon and cheese and the chili that is served with the nachos.

04/03/2024: I ordered yesterday for the first time. Excellent sandwich, as were the wings... crispy just right, not to mention the chips... delicious...

03/02/2024: Presi dalla curiosità ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale quasi per caso, devo dire che l’accoglienza è stata gradevole siccome il titolare è sorridente e gentile, abbiamo mangiato l’Hamburger e tutto sommato neanche malvagio, si potrebbe far meglio ma gli ingredienti era buoni, la parte drammatica sono le alette di pollo, a parole è difficile descrivere l’odore e il sapore che avevano, penso siano da eliminare dal menu, hanno rovinato tutto quello di buono scritto in precedenza rendendo l’esperienza altamente negativa.

29/03/2024: Uneducated sales assistant. I asked for simple napkins and if I could get them from the counter next door. She exclaims: "If he was in a hurry he wouldn't have come here." There were no more than 10 people inside. If my daughter hadn't gotten up, the toast wouldn't have been delivered to us.

29/10/2023: We're talking about a fast-food restaurant. It's not clear to me whether it's gourmet, let's say the food isn't bad, although I don't think it's anything particularly exceptional, especially compared to the prices (it seems expensive to me... Sandwich and chips, no drink, nothing else, about 13 €) and considering that the customization of the product is minimal (you can remove what is wrong, an unforeseen addition, from what I understand). There is basically no service, even if you eat there it's all in paper containers; I would also recommend being more eloquent to the cashier (ex: "find photo at the top right", "would you like a drink in addition to ...", etc...). The place is minimal, a handful of seats, it's more of a takeaway place. Parking is only there in theory: I don't know if it's possible to find a hole with reasonable ease. Let's say that I think it's worth trying only if you're nearby, go there specifically, no more than yes.

01/04/2024: Classic MC Donald's in the center of Ferrara, right next to the Duomo. Yes two floors also available tables outside overlooking the square. There are totems available to place orders and shorten waiting times. Table service not available. Small bathrooms reduced to the size of the structure.

06/04/2024: Delicious food.. very kind staff.. in particular the manager who explained to us in detail the dishes we had... Very courteous and helpful..

31/03/2024: The sandwich was good, as were the french fries which were crispy to the right degree and above all not greasy. Average prices. Punctual delivery.

02/04/2024: Excellent table service from the staff, good food. The menu is a little misleading as it creates expectations from the photos which are then unexpected from the dishes.
