09/03/2025: Gone are the days when we ate excellent meat, mixed grill arrived cold, after pointing it out we were told that the food warmer or I don't know what was not working, without asking if it could be remedied in some way, my hamburger...embarrassing, a dry disk with a neutral flavour, a sole between two slices of bread, at the checkout after having complained about only the cold dish, not even an apology or a euro discount but the usual high prices, which if you eat well we will they are, in this case I would say no, there had already been other stumbles with the service but the quality of the dishes filled the gaps. speaking with various people, several noticed the extreme worsening of the food compared to some time ago, we will not give other opportunities.

02/03/2025: Classic McDonald's, extremely courteous and helpful staff despite the amount of people passing through, few seats (many people prefer takeaway) but well kept. The concept of fast food is elevated to the nth degree, from the moment you order, they hardly take more than 120 seconds to serve you. A negative note however is the taste of the food, although the chips are the classic ones found in every MC Donald's, the sandwich had a negligible hamburger... We also had a milkshake, which was probably the worst I have ever tasted in a fast food restaurant. The kindness and availability of the staff was the most positive note of the evening, the place is very central and perhaps a little chaotic, but it still has a scenic impact.

18/02/2025: My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant on Saturday 15th February. We had a good time, in fact we don't understand the many negative reviews. The menu is quite broad, ranging from appetizers to meat dishes with also lighter choices, such as sliced ​​chicken, to burgers and some special dishes. By downloading the application you can also get some discounts. Very normal staff welcomes you well with a smile, not intrusive. We took the mixed grill option for 2 with a side of baked new potatoes and water for a total of €40, we couldn't do less than that. Good meat obviously not exceptional but you must also understand that this is a chain and not a private restaurant. Overall, however, a positive experience. Clean and quiet place, the lights are also dim so it creates a nice atmosphere.

27/02/2025: I was there for my son's birthday and a year ago for my nephew's, everything was excellent! Francesco very good with children and good at managing everything. The rest of the staff were friendly and the place was clean. There is a room for children to play and also a slide at the entrance which is excellent for children. Thank you for making birthdays special!

28/02/2025: Staff always very friendly, even when there are a lot of people. Every now and then they get the order wrong... I'd say at least half the time. The service is however very quick, and the opening hours are fantastic, especially at the weekend they are open until very late, when everything is closed. I recommend checking the envelope carefully before leaving, if you go to McDrive, and telling the staff.

28/02/2025: I took 2 chickenburgers without sauce and they gave me 2 burgers, I wasn't able to have lunch and having taken the chips I spent 9 euros... on the wrong sandwiches

24/02/2025: I've been going to this place for years now, the service has never been the best. Lately, however, I often happen to witness very unpleasant situations, which should not happen in a bar. One of the waitresses, who have never been particularly polite, uses to rant and scream in front of all the customers to reprimand certain behaviors. Ok they could have been wrong, but I think it's very rude to shout and ruin the atmosphere of the place. I was hoping it was an isolated incident but it has happened several times and I'm sorry to admit that I will never return to this place again.
