16/08/2024: Really terrible place! The staff are all pissed off and stressed out, you ask them a question and they don't even answer you! I had a schnitzel sandwich, very badly done, ordered a vegetarian poke and the girl didn't even know what it was! She had a hard time answering me. The girls are very rude, I'm very sorry to write this review, the place is very nice! I thought it was much better but horrible! Stay as far away as possible! Never come back!!!!!!!

17/08/2024: Monday evening for dinner in this place in Forlì. Large room furnished in obviously American style, good welcome and young, helpful staff. I ordered a Pulled Pork Club Sandwich: it was the first time I had tasted it...really very good, ingredients well blended and very pleasant on the palate and the accompanying chips were also good and not greasy. Also loved the gluten free hamburger bun. Good value for money. Advised.

06/08/2024: The food was excellent, the place was very nice, even if when I went the air conditioning wasn't working, and between the heat and the place almost full it was impossible to breathe. The negative thing was the staff, no one who smiled at customers, we were served hastily without being almost listened to. We found the only kind and smiling person at the checkout.

12/05/2024: A little more than decent steakhouse. Definitely sufficient, but definitely overrated. Quick and efficient service, with friendly and polite staff. Not bad atmosphere, even if a little cold. But the food is not particularly high quality. And the actual dishes don't look much like the photos in the advertisements. After all, a restaurant with high quality food does not need to invest much in advertising.

08/05/2024: The meat dishes taken by friends (rib steak) are good. The salmon dish was decent. A bit of a wait. We hadn't booked but the rooms are large

16/08/2024: They have a vegan menu (although they charge extra), they close late (ideal for people from Spain), one of the waitresses knows Spanish.

16/08/2024: Not bad food, but not great with a little high prices, but the problem was the staff, slow, rude and unpleasant. I can understand everything, that it's hard work, that there can be a bad day, but all the staff with this attitude is not good, also because the customer comes to bring money and doesn't eat for free.

31/08/2024: Beautiful place, fantastic food, a slightly less enjoyable experience... the pastas were delicious and the savory dishes too. A totally negative note was a very rude blonde waitress, who in a rude and haughty way at the checkout made some inappropriate comments about my image and my way of doing things, for no apparent reason. Look a little personal!!

20/08/2024: Ho sempre frequentato il locale con amici e il servizio è sempre stato perfetto. Personale cordiale e simpatico. Purtroppo l' ultima volta, con personale completamente diverso, è stato un servizio veramente spiacevole. Il personale non può deridere il cliente, se ti faccio notare che ho ordinato un filetto e mi arriva una classica bistecca, non ti puoi arrabbiare col cliente. Se ti dico il tiramisù non lo voglio perché è alla fragola, non me ne porti uno tradizionale (non ordinato) dicendomi che lo pagherò comunque. Inoltre si sentiva il personale "sparlare" dei clienti! Veramente un comportamento pessimo!

22/08/2024: I was there this evening, the environment was very dirty, there was everything on the tables and on the floor and people were slipping..... the service was terrible because the operators seemed angry with the customers and didn't offer help to those who asked for it, in fact while I was talking the cashier he turned his back to me without answering and to top it off the sandwich was dry, the hamburger was very cold and looked like a shoe sole.......I will definitely never go back there again

17/08/2024: I never thought I would get robbed on the MC Donalds parking lot. After a year of sacrifice and it's not true that the fear you made my family feel is the same, it will have to be reciprocated a thousand times. Yes, now you can celebrate with money and glasses and the cable but you didn't realize that this car also records the inside and outside with a Daschcam where you can see who did it. To the group of young people with the blue VW Passat dressed as Mirabilandia workers, pray to God because if it was you, tomorrow morning I will contact your employer immediately.

30/07/2024: Nice place, convenient as it is right in the center, ideal for grabbing a bite to eat without having too many expectations.

10/08/2024: It's a very busy place, there's a line in the toilets, and it's poppy. The burgers are packaged incorrectly, upside down, and completely fall apart. for this 2 stars.

23/07/2024: All good except that when I was with some friends of mine eating a kebab through Just Eat, I asked for no onion, lettuce, spicy, mayo, just meat and ketchup. As soon as the orders arrive (chips, asking for popcorn (delicious) etc...) I take my kebab and inside there was onion, lettuce, mayonnaise... and since I don't like onion and mayonnaise at all I didn't eat it and my friends ate it, but the first bites didn't contain much I noticed that the meat is particular, very good So yes, apart from the mistake in the kebab seasoning, the rest is very good
