19/02/2026: Suffice it to say that they make some of the best craft beers I've ever had. For a brewery, I think that's already enough to deserve excellence. The food offers a full menu for a sandwich shop and a very limited one for a restaurant, but it's truly delicious. The place isn't exceptional, neither for its location (parking is a nightmare) nor for the venue itself (too hot and cramped).

18/02/2026: If you want to eat a great burger and drink great beer, then Birrificio Gregorio is the right choice! Personally, I love the location: it has a slightly rock/industrial feel, low lighting, plenty of tables but not too many, making it suitable for both group and couples dinners. The menu offers a wide selection of burgers, each better than the last, with new additions depending on the season. The names are very fun, and the pairings are SUPER and never predictable! The beers are all craft and will please any palate. The appetizer options are also excellent (especially the chicken wings). The staff is young, super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. I recommend always booking (perhaps well in advance if you're with a large group) as the place is always busy and operates two shifts, if I'm not mistaken, to ensure a proper flow of people. The bill is absolutely in line with the type of place and the products offered. Birrificio Gregorio is always a guarantee!

07/06/2026: Excellent quality fish. We had two great appetizers and a mixed grill. There were two of us, and we were full by the end. The service was prompt and attentive. I should mention that I dropped a silverware, and without asking, the waitress came over less than a minute later with a replacement. I find this kind of attention to be highly appreciated. My only complaint is that the coffee affogato at €8 is perhaps a bit pricey, even though it's off the menu. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I chose to order a Coca-Cola refill, thus paying the extra fee to be able to consume more than one drink during the evening. The problem arose around 11:40 PM: when I approached for a final refill, I was curtly informed that it was no longer possible to have the drink because they had already cleaned the system. I find it unacceptable that a regularly paid service is arbitrarily interrupted before closing time just to get ahead with the cleaning. If you decide to turn off the taps early, you should notify the customer at the time of purchase or, at the very least, refund the unused refill amount. This unprofessional behavior ruins the "American Style" atmosphere you're trying to sell. I won't be returning.

12/04/2026: I've been to this place a few times, and I have to say that, unfortunately, out of so many burgers, only one has stuck with me... 1) Americano: Romagnola beef, sliced ​​tomato, iceberg lettuce, stewed onion, cheddar cheese, crispy smoked bacon, and mayonnaise, the best of them all 2) Straccione: Slow-cooked pulled pork, apple, bacon, and horseradish sauce, but honestly, the pulled pork was a bit dry, and I don't know why there was apple because I didn't think it would have been very good 3) Vagabondo: Mora Romagnola sausage, crispy smoked bacon, cheddar, crispy onion, and a creative smoked sauce, not bad 4) Romagnolo: Mora Romagnola burger, caramelized onion, red radicchio, squacquerone cheese, and crispy rolled bacon. I think the radicchio ruins the rest of the flavors a bit. Friendly and friendly staff. All sandwich prices include fries, but from what you've read, almost all sandwiches are... mediocre for me with nothing so exceptional

It's definitely a great place in a very convenient location, given the large parking lot in front of the entrance. Two problems: the first is that they have two sittings. The first is quite short, and having to leave your table rather early is clearly not very pleasant, since it's a restaurant rather than a cafeteria. But they clearly state this, so you know what to expect. The ground floor is very nice, but the basement is rather shabby. It seems like a temporary solution, so I hope they fix it.

04/05/2026: I chose this place to celebrate my 40th birthday and because I love craft beers, the girl who served us even gave me a beer 🥰 ❤️ so everything was perfect, suitable for a young clientele between 30 and 40 years old, very good dishes, shame about the onion rings, good but not as crispy as one would expect, the people who work there are very kind and friendly, maybe because I was on crutches 🤣 jokes aside, very kind and friendly, I'll come back, the price is worth it, McDonald's and many other places should be ashamed of selling €10 sandwiches, they are disgusting here, the price is in my opinion even low for what it's worth, I will return regarding the music, a bit of a flaw, you struggle to hear what the person next to you is saying, it should be quieter
