19/06/2025: We were last Sunday and this evening at the Pomigliano d'Arco point... what can I say, the toast was good in itself but the problem was the invasion of cockroaches outside (some even tried to climb in to get in... they came out of the manhole immediately outside the entrance to the place! I am aware that it is not a problem created by the point of sale but they cook and sell food there (among other things it has tables outside for consumption on the spot) and the municipality should be required to remove cockroaches and sanitize the area concerned or at least do it at their own expense! This is not allowed and in my opinion makes the service lose points

14/07/2025: The best Old Wild West on the coast!!! Very good food and a fantastic Wild West-style setting! Attentive and friendly staff. Reservations recommended.

19/05/2025: I went to JR Elnos and Nuovo Flaminia which have now closed. The hamburgers were not bad, they were bigger than those of Mc and the quality slightly better, but the cost was higher. For the uncompetitive price it is better to go to the artisanal hamburger places where the quality justifies the price.

06/07/2025: We have always frequented this place and have almost always had a good time, but tonight absolutely not. We brought our 2 medium-sized dogs with us and already at the entrance they made a fuss and explicitly told us that "if they hadn't had a table in the corner they wouldn't have welcomed us". When it was time to go and pay, we went with our dogs tightly leashed and in front of the cash register there was a table with a dachshund that as soon as he sees ours runs away from the owners and is about to attack ours (who absolutely didn't react as they are trained to interact with their peers). At the cash register, I hear the cashier complaining to her colleague about "the big dogs". I clarify the situation and the cashier replies "ok, but still the big dogs..." I hadn't finished hearing that I ran away and I will hardly return. We felt and were stigmatized from the entrance. When it comes to such famous chains, in my opinion what makes the difference is the staff. In this case we had a bad experience, at times very bad.

24/07/2025: If we'd been greeted by a robot, perhaps it would have been nicer. 45 minutes for a cold sandwich, no way. The entire staff seemed like it was their first day on the job. It's a shame because it used to be really good.

19/06/2025: Nice and well-kept Ludopub, with a wide selection of games and many different events, in the heart of San Lorenzo. Excellent selection of beers and tasty sandwiches; the staff is kind and helpful, and in no way exploited or mistreated. I would also like to point out that the owner is absolutely not a psychopath or an alcoholic. Recommended.

07/04/2025: Great place to spend time in, but the food isn't too great, the tomato on top of the pizza was still uncooked. It's still worth a visit if you get a burger or something else, the board games assortment is endless!

10/07/2025: We arrive at 8:15 PM with a reservation inside for 8:30 PM. We find ourselves outside in the freezing cold, not dressed appropriately for the evening. Then we notice that ours is the only table without cutlery, a remote control, or sauces. We order at 8:35 PM, and the food arrives (nachos that are already ready) at 9:15 PM. And right when the nachos are delivered, which are thrown on the table, a friend of mine ironically says "chill out," the blonde waitress has the brilliant idea of responding "your mother chill out." Then, instead of apologizing, another waitress comes to complain about our behavior. The waitresses continue to act arrogant and pissed off for the rest of the evening. Moreover, the sandwich arrived to one of our friends after we had all already finished eating. At the end of the evening, they complain again for no apparent reason. By the way, we'd like to add a truly embarrassing detail: while one of the table was going to the bathroom, passing by the register, he heard the same blonde waitress say she'd welcome us. This is an unusual place, and I hope the blonde gets fired. Thanks for reading, have a good evening.

07/06/2025: Very nice place and kind waitresses. There were however several things that could certainly be improved: the hamburger bun was rather hard (maybe defrosted), there was neither polenta nor cutlet, they did not serve bread or breadsticks with the salad, in the onion rings the internal onion separated from the breading. So overall good, but not great. Good ingredients, but a bit of carelessness.

30/07/2025: I had lunch on Monday, July 28, 2025, with a friend. I feel truly cheated. I ordered two Fassone steaks, costing €36.00. They were served two thin slices of meat, cut like tagliata, tough as shoe soles, so much so that my friend barely tried to eat it, only to reject it whole from her plate. I reported the serious problem to the lady serving us, who apologized, telling me it was due to the cut. If this is an excuse, let the restaurant's managers judge. Serving simple grilled steaks instead of tagliata, which were inedible to boot, I don't think is very serious. I, for my part, made a terrible impression on my guest. Dear managers, never again. Kind regards.

14/08/2025: I waited quite a while at the bar. To use the bathroom you have to ask for a ticket (which expires) at the cashier, to get in it doesn't open immediately, inside the spaces are very narrow and there are additional doors inside, very difficult to open (you have to push very hard, an elderly or frail person wouldn't be able to do it at all) and which close automatically with force immediately afterwards (also difficult to reopen). The inside of the bathroom is very small, if you have a dog in tow (even a small one) you have to make inhuman efforts to keep the door open (very hard) so as not to crush the dog, the experience was completely negative.

09/08/2025: I've often enjoyed the cafeteria service, which I find to be high-quality and affordable, both in terms of prices and menu options. The location is smaller than other McDonald's, but it does have a few tables outside. It's centrally located, well-connected to public transportation, and lacks parking. I've always found the staff friendly, polite, and professional. The place is always clean.

17/07/2025: I was craving a hamburger but opted for the advertised haliburger. The Halibut burger was deliziosa! For me, it was large enough to share so I ended up taking 1/2 to go. You definitely get your moneys worth. I will go back to try their pulled pork & Korean beef rice.

15/07/2025: They dont have any vegetarian meals on the menu. The only thing you can order are regular fries or the basic small salad with tomatoes. The 2 other salads are with chicken, and special fries are with bacon.

12/06/2025: I love this place and its delicious pastries. We went there for brunch: I ordered a bagel and it was very hard. We were sitting on velvet chairs that were wobbly and had the sides of the backs very damaged on the inside. The service is great and the prices are a little higher than average
