10/08/2026: So, I've already ordered from this restaurant via Glovo twice, and twice they didn't offer ice cream. Then, it's written as Monster and you get Red Bull, no way. This is a mistake that shouldn't happen when working in a similar context. I strongly recommend improving these aspects because it's unacceptable.

02/05/2026: The restaurant was average among other McDonald's. Hosted by rude children, accompanied by their parents, who did everything they could to disturb and annoy you. The staff didn't speak up, didn't protect our privacy, and didn't do anything.

19/08/2026: I've had bad experiences at this place in the past, and for that very reason, I'd decided not to return for a while. Today I wanted to give it another chance, but unfortunately, the experience was even worse. The sandwich and fries arrived cold, and the Fanta was basically carbonated water with barely a hint of flavor. Overall, the quality and service were decidedly disappointing. I'm sorry to say this, but based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

23/07/2026: I joined late my friends and I didn't want to eat anything. I took a coke and they served it in a 0,4L paper cup. I payed 7,50€ (5€ the coke and 2,5 for service. What service? I'm not sure). Unacceptable for a mediocre pub.

19/06/2026: First time at this small, cozy restaurant. The chef and owner are friendly and always present. The meat is excellent. I would have preferred a slightly larger cut of steak. I enjoyed the apple pie with ice cream, but I wasn't entirely sold on the texture and flavor of their cheesecake. Their homemade breads are excellent. Prices are in line with the quality of the products and service. We'll be back to try other dishes.

17/04/2026: Pizzeria restaurant. Excellent service. Everything was taken care of to perfection. The place was elegant, clean, and welcoming. Quality food. Normal prices. I recommend it.

16/08/2026: The place is clean and tidy, but a bit crowded (to be expected, being Sunday). The service (takeaway) was good, with no long waits. The cashier also worked quickly, moving the line as quickly as possible. Special mention goes to Elisabetta, who impeccably supervises the order preparation process. Our takeaway bag was completely neat, with no food spilled outside its packaging. Not only that, Elisabetta, in addition to ensuring everything is running smoothly, is also always available to help customers if the order preparation staff forgets something due to the high speed with which orders are prepared. She always does so in a helpful, kind, and welcoming manner. Thanks to her, the staff works perfectly, also reducing wait times, which are usually quite long on days like Saturday and Sunday. In conclusion, Elisabetta manages the staff very well, especially under pressure when there are many people both at the cash register and waiting, always ensuring the order is placed correctly and making herself available to resolve any issues or even to provide simple information. I consider her the perfect McDonald's employee not only for her work skills but also for the humanity and kindness she puts into every minute of her work, dedicating herself completely to it and making her one of a kind.

17/08/2026: I placed an order from Glovo today at 6:07 PM with delivery scheduled for 8:30–9:00 PM. Delivery is starting to delay until 11:05 PM. I decide to go to McDonald's in person to find out what happened. From the Glovo app, I saw that the couriers arrived at the restaurant and then didn't leave. Once I arrived at the restaurant, there was a very long line of people waiting for over an hour for their pre-paid order. I only have to thank one guy who was at the McDonald's Cafe, who was super kind and helpful and took my order right away with extreme care and professionalism. I'm giving three stars only for him because if it were just for the experience, I'd give it a 1.
