10/10/2025: A quaint place, very good burger, and truly excellent steak. The only downside is that, despite it being 8:45 PM, the place was inexplicably empty. If you read my review, go there, you'll be satisfied. The staff deserves it.

28/08/2025: I had the Jalapeño 2.0, very spicy but good. I went on a Monday night and the place was practically empty. The decor is simple but elegant, with a Tex-Mex feel. The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Overall, a good experience. I'd go back perhaps on a busier night to see the atmosphere with more people.

06/10/2025: The quality has dropped significantly over the years; it wasn't excellent before, but it was still acceptable. The sandwiches aren't great, the ribs are served cold, and the prices are exorbitant. A Caesar salad costing €15 for a ridiculously small portion is embarrassing. Fast food quality, and you pay double. I'd rather go to McDonald's.

19/09/2025: Rude staff. They forgot about our table order. When I approached staff they were unfriendely and offered no apology. Also forgot a spoon for a mcflurry. When I asked for one they threw it at me.

19/09/2025: The McDonald's in Vomero, compared to the others in Naples, is always clean and quiet, making it a very pleasant stop. Lately, the coffee shop staff (one in particular, very complaining) has been inattentive and often over-eager. The croissants are cold, served like bricks. The cappuccino tastes like water. A little more desire would be enough; you're not even surrounded by people... that said, other than that, it's fine.

27/10/2025: Very nice place, and above all, the meat was truly excellent. It's a shame there were some issues with the service: my sandwich wasn't cooked properly, but luckily they replaced it. Also, we were asked at least three times if we wanted dessert, even though we'd already said no. Overall, a good place, but I recommend ordering the meat separately instead of in the sandwich.

19/05/2025: I'd been to the JR Elnos and Nuovo Flaminia, which have now closed. The burgers weren't bad; they were bigger than the ones at Mc Donald's and the quality was slightly better, but they were more expensive. Given the uncompetitive prices, it's better to go to the artisanal burger joints where the quality justifies the price.

The restaurant is spacious, has parking, and is family-friendly, with well-organized interiors. Despite a few reports of minor inconveniences, it generally ensures a pleasant experience, with friendly staff, affordable prices, and the unmistakable flavor of its products.

15/11/2025: Experience to forget. The POS were blocked, only cash payment, the totems for ordering did not issue receipts, with which we would have had to go to the cash register to pay exclusively in cash. Orders arrived with food missing! The only positive note is the employee Nicolò, who assisted us very well, immediately remedying the errors very quickly, with friendliness and a smile, unlike the other employees, who were evidently too stressed!

15/07/2025: They dont have any vegetarian meals on the menu. The only thing you can order are regular fries or the basic small salad with tomatoes. The 2 other salads are with chicken, and special fries are with bacon.

26/09/2025: Always crowded, right for its category. Today I change my review, it has lost a lot since the last time, very long wait, you can't wait for a fast food 50 minutes!!! I understand the season but it's too much, I can wait that long at a restaurant and not even, anyway poorly served food, I had to get up because the stuff was missing, dirty environment, unmotivated waiter, what can I say, I won't go back there again, if someone in charge of this mac reads this, hire more staff, too much waiting like this is not good.

19/09/2025: Tell me if this isn't scamming customers! We ordered two mixed family pizzas and two mixed Specials over the phone. The Mixed Specials, as you can see from the menu in the photo, were supposed to include: chicken wings, onion rings, chicken croquettes, panelle and croquettes, and mozzarella balls, for a total of 30 pieces! Judge for yourself from the photos whether what we received corresponds to what was described! A huge pile of fries, a few panelle, and a few croquettes! All for €22!!! Do you think that's €22 worth of fries?!? We called them back to ask for an explanation and were told, "But the Just Eat menu is something else." What the hell kind of response is that?!?!? I didn't make a fool of myself with my guests for dinner, but you guys who burn out customers like this! But don't worry, it's just a matter of time...people who work this way don't last long! Absolutely avoid!

17/07/2025: This American-style burger restaurant really surprised me, both for its unique decor and the quality of its food. It's located in San Salvario, near Corso Marconi, in an area with difficult parking. That aside, everything else is worth it: the girl who welcomed and served us was friendly, the food was quality (a plate of nachos with a delicious cheddar and cherry tomato sauce, four large and tasty American sandwiches with a side of well-cooked fries, a slice of "out of this world" cheesecake, and the coffees were good too). Inside, there are tables for 2, 4, and 6 people, seating about thirty people, I think, and there's also an outdoor terrace. The bill is definitely more expensive than conventional fast food chains, but the quality justifies it; it's worth it. For four of us, we spent about €25 each. I highly recommend it.

10/08/2025: Ieri sera siamo tornati in questo ristorante, dove in passato avevamo avuto ottime esperienze e di cui anche i nostri amici ci avevano sempre parlato bene. Purtroppo, questa volta l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative: abbiamo ordinato due antipasti e due primi, ma dopo un’ora e mezza di attesa, chiedendo informazioni, ci sono stati serviti solo i primi. Tra attese e piatti mancanti, la cena non è stata soddisfacente. Detto ciò, va riconosciuta la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, che si è scusato sinceramente, ci ha applicato uno sconto e si è offerto di offrirci un caffè, un dolce o un amaro. Può capitare a tutti una serata storta e apprezziamo il modo cortese con cui hanno gestito la situazione.
