27/03/2025: I went today for lunch I ordered the sandwich with bacon But 0 bacon, a miserable little piece. Tray delivered to the table with the number 30 by a girl (with very full lips) who almost threw the tray on the table, without even telling me to enjoy my lunch.

02/04/2025: I was there a few days ago for the first time.. The place (very welcoming), left me speechless...what can I say? Wonderful!!! I felt like I had been catapulted into the West 🤠. Excellent hamburger!! Very kind and attentive staff. I absolutely recommend it!! I will be back soon 😁

23/03/2025: I returned after 1 year and waited 1 hour to get 2 recycled salads, I sent them back and got a sandwich. The coffees were frozen because the waiter didn't even know who to bring them to. I made a huge impression on whoever I had with me at the table and I had praised this place well. I paid a huge amount for what I ate. Check what you bring to the table. Highly recommended.

23/03/2025: I had to give one star because you couldn't do less, we ate a pizza asking if there was brewer's yeast in the dough, due to intolerance problems, the answer was categorical, we don't use brewer's yeast, resulting in a sleepless night due to itching and blisters all over the body, never again in this place. n.b. I hope you close as soon as possible, don't mess with your health to collect €20 more

06/04/2025: We are talking about a chain that I would never usually frequent, I go there once in a while when I can't find options in a city. It wouldn't even make sense to write a review in which I talk about the products or the quality of an Old Wild West restaurant but I would pay a compliment on this one in Bolzano in particular. Twice out of the three times I've been there I've found quite satisfactory products, but you have to be lucky that it goes like this. In fact, as has always happened in the 7/8 times I've been there in my entire life, one Saturday in Bolzano I decide to eat here and I get fake dishes, chewy nachos and hard sandwiches. But only here in Bolzano did I happen to go there a couple of times and be happy with it, so here comes this review of mine in which I give them this credit.
