22/06/2025: La Lucciola is a very pleasant restaurant, located in an enviable position right on the Latina seafront. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a dinner overlooking the sea. The menu offers excellent dishes. The service is courteous and attentive, even at peak times. The prices are average for the area, justified by the quality of the food and the location. The only small flaw: on weekends it can be a bit crowded and noisy, but nothing that ruins the experience.

24/02/2025: Questo posto è perfetto nel caso in cui vedi il proprietario trattare di m***a un cameriere di appena 20 anni.. non è proprio possibile che mentre mangio io devo subire scenate del genere, va segnalato. Cibo discreto ma da abbassare i prezzi e aumentare le portate per quello che ti danno.

09/07/2025: I ate here on Sunday evening, the service was excellent. I was greeted by a brunette with a ponytail, a beautiful smile, and a kindness that I don't find in twenty-year-olds anymore. My heartfelt compliments to the entire staff for their attentiveness and friendliness, frequently moving between tables to ensure dinner goes as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend it to everyone! Well done, keep up the good work!

30/06/2025: Very alternative place with a prison setting from the TV series Gotham City. Both the owner and the collaborators are cheerful and helpful people. Very fast service and very tasty dishes. Normal prices in addition to a wide selection of beers not so commercialized in the Ke area make it increase the points.

13/08/2025: Bad, very bad beyond all expectations. The place is always dirty, the garbage bins are always overflowing and smelly, and the service is slow as sloths. The takeout order is even worse: extremely slow, disorganized, rude, hot drinks and cold food, no one speaks a word of English, and it's embarrassing how they couldn't even manage each other. And it's not the first time. Oh... You know that charging more than three euros for an EMPTY "krapfen" smaller than a button is THEFT, right? even your competitor with the big M is better...and that says it all...

11/08/2025: But how can you think of leaving 4 people to manage a place like this in the middle of lunchtime... 40 minutes to get a menu... the person preparing the trays who threw the food, the... I don't know manager who hid and a poor girl who cooked alone for 30 angry people... then don't complain if McDonald's which makes worse food is more successful than you... terrible experience

26/07/2025: The photo showed a plate with a steak, potatoes, and a slice of chicken. They brought me 2 pieces of meat, 2 pieces of chicken, and unlimited potatoes. The price and quality aren't worth it.

10/07/2025: I took a The Peach King and then realized that it had a bitter, almost chemical aftertaste. I went to the counter to tell the girl who served me and she very kindly changed it for me. I asked her to make it with lemon because I thought it could only be the peach one, but even the lemon had the same aftertaste. I say all this by stating that I also work at Burger King and I know how the drink spouts are treated and above all SANITIZED, and I, like other customers, would not want to drink a drink that practically tastes like chemicals.

10/08/2025: Ieri sera siamo tornati in questo ristorante, dove in passato avevamo avuto ottime esperienze e di cui anche i nostri amici ci avevano sempre parlato bene. Purtroppo, questa volta l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative: abbiamo ordinato due antipasti e due primi, ma dopo un’ora e mezza di attesa, chiedendo informazioni, ci sono stati serviti solo i primi. Tra attese e piatti mancanti, la cena non è stata soddisfacente. Detto ciò, va riconosciuta la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, che si è scusato sinceramente, ci ha applicato uno sconto e si è offerto di offrirci un caffè, un dolce o un amaro. Può capitare a tutti una serata storta e apprezziamo il modo cortese con cui hanno gestito la situazione.

13/07/2025: Order placed at 9.52pm, it's 10.15pm and I'm still waiting even though my order has been ready for 5 minutes as the monitor says. There are 8 orders and there's only one person at the counter who unfortunately divides his time between the cash register, preparing the trays (with potatoes that are there waiting under the lamps but always there waiting and waiting and for someone to place the orders, obviously potatoes taken back because they were cold and dry, not to mention the sandwich, I had asked for double bacon but it didn't arrive, plus it was raw, the chicken anything but crispy, cold and full of oil... terrible situation)

16/06/2025: Unfortunately, the situation gets worse with SquidGame sandwiches. The wait lasts for over half an hour, but randomly SquidGame sandwiches are served for subsequent orders, in the absence of a valid explanation. The justification is always the same, we are waiting for his sandwich (the same as others already delivered with subsequent numbers). The advice remains if you order in the App, notify the operators of your presence, otherwise you will be ignored. After ordering from the app, and waiting for 6 orders that arrived on the display after me to be served before mine, I ask for explanations. I am told that orders made at the totem at the same time as the app are received and served in advance. Now specifying that there are only 4 totems at La Cartiera di Pompei and that I had finalized the order from the app indicating my presence in the facility, I would like to understand how it can happen that more than 4 orders made from totems arrive at the same time as those made from the app. Note that during the wait, the operator personally selected the orders to be prepared from her display (certainly according to a logic of efficiency), but why this punitive policy towards those who use the app?
