30/04/2026: Clean place with friendly staff. Hot and well-prepared sandwiches and fries (sometimes when the place is busy, you'll find the ingredients in the box). The chairs make a lot of noise when moved, they scrape against the floor; rubber pads would be a good idea. And lastly, customers (especially teenagers and older ones) don't put their trays away after their meal, leaving everything on the table and floor, then making themselves comfortable with their shoes on the sofas. I don't know if these guys and girls do the same thing at home. Truly rude. This means that subsequent customers find the tables dirty and messy. Fortunately, the staff is attentive and quick to clean up.

17/07/2026: I find the policy of applying a service charge (2 euros per person!) to a fast food restaurant where the placemat is a printed advertisement and the napkins are paper, on tiny tables, to be reckless and counterproductive.
The food is good and plentiful, though not cheap.

11/06/2026: You eat with the Duomo in the background... Truly beautiful!!! Furthermore, despite the large number of customers, the staff is very fast, so the waits are short.

The service is very efficient and friendly, and the place is very clean and tidy.
A special thanks goes to Asia, who gave us excellent advice on both the meat and the desserts, and was also very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended!!!

02/08/2026: A truly scandalous experience, to say the least. Since the Nocera Superiore location opened, I've been to Drive-Thru five times, and on five consecutive occasions, they've managed to get my order wrong.
The last time was the final straw: out of three menus ordered, one was completely missing a sandwich, and the drink was completely wrong. Making the experience even more stressful is the parking management bordering on chaos, lacking a shred of organization.
Poor service, total disregard for the customer, and shocking disorganization. With management like that, they'd be better off closing down. Never again.
24/07/2026: Congratulations to the staff on duty last night at the mecdrive for the extreme politeness shown towards a lady, if you can call her that, quite rude, arrogant with boorish manners, not to mention the lack of respect for the work of others, I, who work in the restaurant sector, would not have let her order... congratulations again to the employees for not having given in to such baseness.

08/07/2026: A great place to try meat and meat sandwiches, but not only that. I'm happy to return because they also offer excellent vegetarian options (upon request, although I wish they were always available), so it's a pleasure to share a place that's very inclusive. It would be nice if the atmosphere were more welcoming, but otherwise, I highly recommend it. I hope you continue to improve.
16/06/2026: It's an experience I wouldn't repeat. The ingredients weren't very good, and the place could use a makeover.

10/08/2026: Large, well-served...the bathrooms are a bit lacking, but you know, it's not the staff's fault if people are disrespectful and uncivilized...gluten-free service for celiacs is essential for us, but it's time for more choice like abroad. Parking and disabled access and outdoor games for children...excellent...I sincerely hope they think of celiacs with the Happy Meal box and the little gift because it's not nice to have so many children taking it and two not...after all, a gluten-free sandwich, chips and a drink is still a menu...

14/08/2026: A culinary experience simply to fill your stomach because the food quality is really poor (almost Burger King level but with decidedly high prices). Bored staff. The place was empty when we went. I honestly don't know why they keep it open. Highly not recommended!

But the atmosphere is decidedly below average for the group's restaurants; it feels like walking into a kebab shop, which also happens to share the space with another restaurant owner who sells pizzas and other dishes.
11/04/2026: 0 attention to orders. 0 attention to how the food is prepared. They forgot half the things I ordered, and since the bag was sealed, I didn't open it until I got home.
