McDonald's In Cesena

In short... usual problem... half empty chips, cold food although consumed immediately in the car after receiving it.... the wrap was frozen and the meat inside looked like a frozen hamburger from the discount store.... with an invisible piece of bacon to the naked eye and ice cheese....oh well it only happens at McDonald's.... mess at management level of entry and exit from the building which is why we opted for the MC drive but.... alas.... the music is always the same... that is... change places... worse and worse....

Position Top: Truly a strong point! Very convenient motorway exit, with ample parking and McDrive. Perfect for a quick meal on the go or for those who don't want to look for a parking space in the centre. Service Too bad: The staff often appears stressed and unsmiling. The atmosphere suffers as a result, appearing a bit cold and impersonal. A smile and a warmer greeting would make a difference. Local: Anonymous: The interior of the restaurant does not stand out for its originality or attention to detail. Standard furnishings and without particular attractions. In summary: Recommended for: Those looking for a quick and convenient meal in a strategic point. Not recommended for: Those looking for a welcoming atmosphere and particularly attentive service.

2 star service because table service was not present even though it was available from ordering in the app.

The location is super strategic, motorway exit immediately on the right with attached parking and mcDrive if desired. Over the years I think that management has gotten a little worse for some things and improved for others, let me explain: -Staff always angry/stressed perhaps because they are forced to work due to lack of staff(?), I don't know, but their expressions are clear; -Prices have risen considerably; -Gluten-free sandwich there's only one and it's not who knows what (I wasn't expecting Carlo cracco obviously but he's a real chemist) and above all it's been the one for years. Perhaps we would also like some news for celiac/intolerant people. The good thing is that at least there is one, there are places where there isn't even that -Times, years ago I remember that it was open until unthinkable hours (on shifts so I imagine) but now the closing is early. For someone like me who works on a shift, it was convenient to have something open late, but this isn't a problem, more of a reflection.

I find this Mc Donald's to be of a higher level than the others due to the excellent cleanliness, the super visible kitchen and the truly polite and responsible staff, also the manager who is always attentive and concentrated, then the place is super comfortable, less full during the week compared to the others and the food served really hot this McDonald's is my absolute favorite and I hope it evolves even more in the future

Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di ordinare e pagare tramite schermo. Avevamo però selezionato il servizio al tavolo, invece poi abbiamo dovuto ritirarlo noi al bancone. Qualcosa non ha funzionato. Per il resto, tutto ok!

McDonald's subito fuori dal casello di Cesena, molto comodo, con parcheggio.

Rimodernato con un mac- drive da asporto. Si possono fare anche ottime colazioni. Aggiungo che recentemente sono aumentati molto i clienti e i prezzi con loro ...nuova grafica al self service.

Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di nostra figlia pochi giorni fa. Festa riuscita, con un ottima organizzazione,hanno pensato a tutto, agli addobbi alla torta. Seguiti in tutto e per tutto in maniera superba da Marika, la ragazza si è presa cura dei bimbi dettando i tempi per apertura regali, giochi e foto per la torta. Brava!👏
