16/07/2026: Excellent street food in the heart of Borgo Roma. I ordered a panino and two arancini, both very good and prepared quickly. The friendly, welcoming atmosphere is typical of the Sicilian-Calabrese area. I like the selection of arancini and panini. The decor could use a bit of a makeover, and I'd turn the music down a bit, as I couldn't hear or make myself understood while ordering.

09/02/2026: I expected better! The location, unfortunately, feels like a bar, but as for the food, there's a limited selection of meats to choose from, and it's definitely more focused on burgers than grilled or specially cooked meats. In the end, I opted for a slow-cooked ribs burger, which wasn't bad, but unfortunately, it was full of tough meat, which was obviously unpleasant. Overall, it's not bad, but coming from a 30-minute drive, I wouldn't come back here on purpose. It's a shame, because the idea of ​​a real smokehouse wouldn't have been bad!

The atmosphere was McDonalds-level, an iced coffee shaker tasted like dirty water, cold but with a sour ghost inside, and ZERO coffee flavor. Uncomfortable seating, service bordering on disgusting, barely perceptible air conditioning. Never again.

12/02/2026: Strangely, there's no friendliness or customer service here: you're just the number on your order. At 3:30 PM, there are few customers, but they still managed to mess up the takeout order: the macchiato became an espresso, with sugar but no spoon; the Happy Meal didn't include the carrots you ordered, but fries; the croissant was placed in a paper bag, without even a napkin... And if you say hello, no one answers! Never again.

17/06/2026: Reluctantly, despite it being a place I've always gone to since college, I have to leave this negative review. I have nothing to say about the food or the location, which is nice, but I called weeks in advance to reserve a table for 20 people for my graduation and requested to be seated outside. When I arrived, the table was inside, and I was arrogantly told by the owner that he had no record of my request. In the end, we stayed inside so as not to wait for a table to become available and they could prepare a new table outside for us. I've always gone to this bar, and even with 10-15 people, everyone would get their drink and for €10, they'd get their aperitif. We got there and they asked me to select four pitchers (one for every five people) "because that's how we do it at graduations," they told me. I replied, annoyed, saying that this had not been made absolutely clear on the phone. In short, four pitchers of Spritz washed down with water to pay not €10 per person, but a whopping €15 per person just because "it's a degree." A truly negative experience. I would advise the staff to reevaluate the whole situation.

16/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, had breakfast, and then stayed to work at Smart. The breakfast was good, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff were friendly.

01/07/2026: Dated location... but welcoming. Friendly and efficient staff. We had a good warm salad and an edible octopus salad. The baby octopus was really over-poached, but the fish was good. The paccheri with swordfish was also passable. My advice is to eliminate the sauce, which really floats on the plates.

The outside area was dirty, but fortunately, a very kind young man came to clean the greasy tables at our request. The rest of the staff were quite rude. This location doesn't meet the usual Mc Donald's standards at all.

18/05/2026: After booking, they sat us at a cold, windy outdoor table. When ordering, we told the waitress we'd stay if they lowered the awning, and the waitress agreed. After a good half hour, with no waiters in sight, I went to the cashier to insist that they at least turn on the stove, but the cashier ignored me as well. The Spritz was brought to us in a broken glass, and we waited for our pizzas in the cold for over an hour. We didn't leave, just out of politeness.

10/05/2026: I was there on Saturday. The service, needless to say, was terrible. It took them thirty minutes to take my order, even after I'd said I wanted to order several times. The pizza is also good. We also ordered a large Coke and got a large Pepsi.
