03/04/2025: There are plenty of tablets around for children to play on

22/03/2025: We had dinner at this Mc this evening with my husband and my children. Ordering was already an odyssey, there were more broken tablets than working ones, so endless queues. Very slow and poor service, they made us wait more than 35 minutes and then brought us everything except what we ordered. So much for fast food!!!!! To conclude I ask for an extra mayonnaise (it costs 35 cents) and instead of giving it to us as a gift after all the inconveniences they make me pay for it and since I had 50 cents I don't even get the change! Never again!!!!!! Dirty place and the cleaning lady was probably on holiday today!

24/08/2024: Large spaces, easy parking, barbecue, pizza and restaurant. Typical cuisine and a relaxing, familiar environment. Suitable for informal dinners. It would be superlative if they updated the dishes on the menu more with new proposals.

25/08/2024: Hearing the owner swear... you can't. Not to mention the rude response to some (non-Italian) customers who asked if it was possible to change the channel. Finally, there are two of us waiting to be served, on our turn we ask for ice creams as an answer -"there's a fridge, take them". If he said it before we would have avoided hearing him curse🥴.For discreet eating.

22/08/2024: In hindsight I would have taken photos of the dishes but hunger and the goodness of the sandwiches did not allow me to document the dishes!!! Excuse me Slightly out of the way place, we arrived there by mistake, everything was excellent from the staff, super polite and professional with a touch of friendliness, to the sandwiches and clubs served! Try the one with Fassona's joke, a real treat!!!!

07/04/2025: You ask for 5 ribs and they bring you the ones they want, because at the 9€ checkout you will spend 20. So count the ribs. Service consequently zero rating and they will not see me again

10/03/2025: Unfortunately I have to write this review about the service, every time I go, when I order the menu they make a mistake, they put the toast inside the happy MEAL, then the milkshake and the ice cream is not the flavor I asked for. Something like this never happens to me at MC Donald's in Turin.

15/03/2025: I was a little skeptical but I wanted to see for myself, and I must say that I am satisfied with both the quality of the pizza and the waiting times. My rating is very positive, the pizza is good, wood-fired and well made.

16/02/2025: Qualcosa da Migliorare come una location da svecchiare, mura da rifinire, datate. La qualità dei prodotti è apprezzabile, si mangia bene. La ragazza al servizio tavolo, gentilissima e carinissima, affabile. Servizio veloce al tavolo, prezzi un poco sopra la media. Nel complesso fast food apprezzabile.

15/03/2025: It's pleasant because it's a nice way of eating... More than anything else. But then they provide few towels, and when it's crowded the service tends to be insufficient...

15/03/2025: Burnt hamburger.. I ordered a salad, considering that there is no choice of condiments, I was hoping for at least oil with balsamic vinegar.. unicp dressing oil with wine vinegar, on the other hand 4 sachets of salt.... horrible service!!!

15/03/2025: I had a little problem with my order at McDonald's: they gave me the wrong sauce. I went to the counter to change it even though in the end they replaced it for me they made a fuss just because I had a piece of candy in my mouth. An unnecessary and unprofessional observation. They could have told me in a nice way, but instead I perceived an unpleasant tone, as if a customer couldn't even eat a piece of candy.

12/03/2025: Service at McDonald's is usually bad, but this one manages to outdo itself... they refuse to open the 3rd floor even when there are no tables available on the other floors, and you have to deal with it.
