Ho ordinato un cheeseburger e una porzione di patatine,insipide, e dopo circa mezz’ora ho iniziato a sentirmi male, tanto da dover tornare a casa. Dopo un’ora anche il mio compagno ha accusato dolori di stomaco. Considerando anche il costo di questi panini, consiglierei di utilizzare prodotti di qualità superiore o di verificare lo stato di efficienza di essi. Sconsiglio il fast food a chi non vuole passare tutto il giorno sul gabinetto.

12/02/2026: Strangely, there's no friendliness or customer service here: you're just the number on your order. At 3:30 PM, there are few customers, but they still managed to mess up the takeout order: the macchiato became an espresso, with sugar but no spoon; the Happy Meal didn't include the carrots you ordered, but fries; the croissant was placed in a paper bag, without even a napkin... And if you say hello, no one answers! Never again.

31/01/2026: We spent a delightful afternoon celebrating our son Ciro's name day. Excellent organization and excellent service. Our special thanks go to the entertainers Federica and Sara. They were sweet and attentive, and they engaged the children and made them have fun! Highly recommended.

14/01/2026: We visited the MC on Via Merliani for a guided tour with the class. Prejudices, bar talk, and negative reviews were all ERASED AWAY by the quality of the facilities. Director Francesca and assistant director Luigi led us through the rooms "hidden from the public." The cleanliness of the facilities, the meticulous organization, and the attention to every detail were truly remarkable. The students were guided step by step through the world of MC. Alessia, in the dining room, managed the experience with professionalism and a wonderful smile. The quality standard is truly high. Finally, they even celebrated me with a freshly baked muffin cake. A special day. Thanks to all the staff.

25/10/2025: On Saturday evening, I decided to book a table at this restaurant and enjoy an excellent sandwich. I have to say, however, that I wasn't completely satisfied. Despite having a 9:30 PM reservation, I waited outside for half an hour. After being seated, I waited another 45 minutes for my sandwich. The food was excellent, but the staff was inconsistent and unreliable in respecting the timetable. I can say that despite the excellent quality of the food and the excellent quality of the ingredients, I would never return to this place. I appreciate the frenzy of Saturday evenings, but perhaps it would be more respectful to customers not to accept reservations on that day of the week to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

01/03/2026: An exceptional experience; the beef tagliata was incredibly tender (perfectly cooked, exactly as requested). You can immediately sense the attention paid to the meat selection and preparation. The atmosphere is also pleasant and relaxed. The highlight, however, is the service: fast, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The entire staff is available to offer recommendations and ensure everything is to your liking. In short, you feel like you're being looked after with care, which unfortunately isn't always a given. I'll definitely be back!

21/02/2026: We went for lunch. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it for Mexican cuisine. The nachos were a single block, and the chicken wings were extremely dry. They weren't the usual chicken wings you normally find, but four whole wings. Inedible. I'll give you a €2.50 discount. Not recommended.

01/03/2026: A classic example of the well-known fast food chain. The place is clean, with plenty of space outside, including a children's play area. They have a bar area. They often organize events and children's parties. The bathroom is heavily used, but not always spotless.
