11/01/2025: Very good food, right portions, clean environment (a little less the bathroom). Very fun because there are also shooting galleries. It took them a while to take the order.

02/05/2025: Attese lunghissime e personale pessimo. Dopo aver mangiato il pranzo abbiamo ordinato caffè e ginseng, il cameriere ha fatto cadere il caffè sul disegno della mia sorellina, il ginseng sembrava acqua sporca e il cioccolatino sciolto.

02/05/2025: Personale sgarbato, locale buio. Attese infinite. Ci sono stata a pranzo con mie figlie perché ci trovavamo di passaggio. Mai più... Sconsiglio a chiunque capiti nella zona.

Disappointing and poor, ordered online after an hour of waiting they start moving the order via app because they can't find riders... so I say... if you don't have the service don't offer it... if you don't know how to work don't work... really disappointing service. I should point out that I live 6 km from the restaurant.

21/05/2025: You absolutely have to check when they deliver the order to the mc drive, THE STUFF IS MISSING!! The sauces almost always, the last time a sandwich was missing!! When I noticed it, however, it was too late!! I called and they told me that I could come back with the receipt to complain about this thing and they would give me one right away, too bad that when I came back and tried to tell the girl what had happened, she closed the door without even listening to me and answering me rudely!!

14/06/2025: I had lunch at MC DONALD'S in Marcon (VE). After lunch we ordered 2 cold macchiatos, they gave us the two coffees together with the metal milk pod with the lid. We noticed that the lid and the handle were completely dirty, covered entirely in honey and encrusted jam and obviously sticky. At which point I went to the waitress/barista who gave me the coffees and told her that the milk pod was dirty. Answer: NO, IT'S NOT DIRTY, LOOK INSIDE IT'S CLEAN IT'S ONLY THE LID AND THE HANDLE THAT ARE STICKY. Consequently I replied that there is encrusted stuff all over the lid and the handle and that if they are sticky it means they are dirty and therefore unhygienic and that I have no intention of touching it and pouring milk from that contaminated pod. She reiterated that it is not dirty, it is clean, it is just sticky.... But it is clean!!! I ask her kindly if she can change it for me and she angrily replies: it's fine even if I don't understand why since it's clean inside!!! She takes the grain and instead of putting it to wash she puts it back in the fridge and puts the milk in a paper cup for me. In theory they are required to take courses on these things and not only that. Hygiene and food contamination are important for places that provide food. Why do they do this bullshit even though they know that they can seriously harm people and when someone points it out, they deny the evidence and don't care??? It's not right to behave like this, because the people who come to you to eat and maybe spend some moments of serenity are the same ones who contribute to your salary. Question to the waiters at MCDONALD'S: If you go out with your families to eat and they present you with dirty and encrusted plates with the food you have to eat and the waiter denies that it is dirty but tells you that it is just sticky, do you eat it anyway or do you feel disgusted by eating on dirt? THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU DO TO OTHERS.... BECAUSE YOU SURELY WON'T WANT IT TO BE DONE TO YOU!!! It was truly SHAMEFUL and DISRESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS AND THE FOOD. (PS I'M SORRY THAT I DIDN'T THINK OF TAKING A PICTURE, BUT IT WAS SO DISGUSTING THAT I DIDN'T THINK OF IT)

30/05/2025: Ho prenotato la cena di classe per 60 persone due mesi fa. Siamo arrivati alle 19,30 alle 22 molto non erano stati serviti nel del bere ne del cibo. I camerieri portavano piatti a caso e dopo 2 ore e mezza di attesa molte persone hanno rinunciato al piatto ordinato. Il tutto in un locale senza aria condizionata con un caldo insopportabile. Ora di pagare il conto ci hanno fatto uno sconto del 10% per il disservizio, ridicolo. Ci avete rovinato la cena di fine anno!! Un locale così mal gestito a mio avviso dovrebbe essere già chiuso da anni!! VERGOGNOSO 🤮

01/06/2025: Horrible experience, I do not recommend it to anyone, especially celiac people. They charge full price even if they do not bring you what is on the menu, plus when we were at the cashier, they were not able to handle the requests. Incompetent staff. Now I understand why the place was empty.

23/05/2025: My girlfriend and I went to the All You Can Chick night. We arrived around 8pm and it's true that we waited a bit before entering but it was all perfectly normal given the crowd. Although there were some small problems due to the amount of people that made everything very confusing, the waiters handled the situation as best they could and in particular I want to thank the waitress named "Julia" who literally made us change our opinion about the whole night towards the end, when we were losing hope. Despite everything it was pleasant, the price was convenient and the food was always quality!

23/05/2025: Il locale propone spesso promozioni diverse come ad esempio “XXXL” oppure “All you can chick”. Le promozioni sono volte a invogliare i clienti ma sono FALLIMENTARI. Promozione ALL YOU CAN CHICK: chiamo per prenotare e mi viene riferito che non accettano prenotazioni perchè si aspettano una grande affluenza. Va bene (quindi si presuppone organizzazione) Mi reco quindi al locale all’apertura ed entro tra i primi clienti. Ordino la formula ALL YOU CAN CHICK e arriva un cartone con del pollo sopra ad un quintale di patatine fritte che ovviamente è difficile da finire. Ordino una seconda porzione di pollo e arriva almeno un’ora e un quarto dopo. (Sottolineo che sono entrato tra i primi clienti alle 19). Il pollo è buono e per questo merita una stella (anche se veramente molto, molto unto ed è stato pesantissimo da digerire) Ordino acqua, dopo ulteriori 25-30 minuti continua a non arrivare e decido quindi di andarmene. Più che ALL YOU CAN CHICK potrebbe chiamarsi “all you can WAIT” perchè portano veramente allo sfinimento il cliente che dopo 2 ore di attesa se ne va. Ultimo particolare, appena tornati a casa i vestiti vanno messi immediatamente a lavare per la puzza di fritto. In conclusione, se ti “aspetti grande affluenza” come riferito telefonicamente, e non sei in grado di prepararti, allora queste promozioni forse non fanno per il tuo locale.
