02/05/2026: The restaurant was average among other McDonald's. Hosted by rude children, accompanied by their parents, who did everything they could to disturb and annoy you. The staff didn't speak up, didn't protect our privacy, and didn't do anything.

06/04/2026: Excellent place, friendly and helpful staff, unlike the competition larger sandwiches with tastier toppings in my opinion. Even for children in the box dedicated to them, the gift is a real toy that varies from time to time. I find this chain closer to the American style, it's a shame that they no longer have Pepsi but have standardized on the classic Coca cola.

07/05/2026: Even though the restaurant was empty we had to ask for the sandwiches over and over again, it's a shame they weren't like that.

04/05/2026: The place is renovated and very nice, and the food is McDonald's-like. The service and the staff are rude, though. I waited for my Dubai Chocolate, which I ordered before the others who came with me, only to be told, after several requests, that it was sold out. When I pointed out that the gelato had been served to people at my table who had ordered after me, they served me a mess made from the leftover gelato, trying to make me believe that was the gelato I'd ordered. Truly awful and rude.

10/11/2025: DINNER OF THE YEAR, HANDS DOWN! I've been a fan of this place since it opened, but having moved away, I hadn't dined at Patties since before Covid. Yesterday, for dinner, I found myself in a place that had undergone a complete overhaul—in terms of menu, interior design, and style. A meat restaurant so beautiful and exciting that I decided to spend a few more words in this review. Let's start with the meat: a few years ago, Patties had become incredibly well-known in the city for its gourmet burgers delivered in sneaker boxes, but now it offers specials (premium cuts of meat not found everywhere): I shared a Fassona tartare, an Argentine Black Angus entrecôte, and a Sant'Ambrogio cutlet (a Milanese cutlet made to perfection). Every dish was served to perfection, and the ingredients were of unquestionable quality: every bite brought me to tears. The location, to quote Alessandro Borghese: the place itself is already very nice, but Damiano suggested we sit in the closet for our private party. A closet leads to a separate room with a late-19th-century barrel vault: practically a speakeasy-style secret, very, very charming. The bill was fair and reasonable for what we ate and drank. We even treated ourselves to dessert! Special mention for the attention Damiano personally gave to our table and to another small group at the secret bar. I will recommend it to all my friends from Taranto or anyone passing through town!

30/05/2026: We waited for the ice cream, but then they told us that it was called and we asked for a refund and they didn't give it to us.

23/05/2026: Fantastic birthday party! 🎉 Yesterday I celebrated my daughter Bea's eighth birthday here. We were a huge group: over forty children with their mothers! I want to compliment the entire staff for their impeccable management, but a special shout-out goes to Elisabetta and Jessica. They were incredibly kind to us mothers and extraordinarily sweet and affectionate with all the children, especially birthday girl Bea, making her feel special. Despite the myriad of different requests and the inevitable chaos of such a large group, all the staff remained smiling, patient, and super efficient. A wonderful experience, thank you so much to everyone! Five well-deserved stars.

25/04/2026: We ordered a Florentine steak for two of us, weighing about 1.2 kg. They brought us the Florentine steak, cooked on the outside and frozen inside. We pointed out to the waiter that the Florentine steak was cold, and they said it must be raw on the inside. We had them touch it with their finger because it was really frozen. So they apologized, took it away, and recooked it. Obviously, it turned out awful. Despite all this, we went to pay, and they didn't even give us a €1 discount. €100 for two to eat a Florentine steak straight from the freezer. Highly discouraged.

17/04/2026: Discovered by chance, thanks to the Fork app, for logistical reasons, Foscolo Tre truly surprised me, even though I came here without much expectation. Minimalist chic, with a warm, noir-inspired design, natural touches, thoughtfully designed soft lighting, and wines on the walls, a cultural symbol of food and wine art. Refined, fine-fusion cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients, essential dishes, excellent table settings, a balance between classic and creative dishes, and a focus on seasonality. Delicious homemade breads and desserts, thanks to experimentation with ancient flours, with a good moisture/maturation ratio. Superlative selection of aged, marbled, and premium meats. Comprehensive wine list, featuring regional and international selections, with excellent champagnes, Franciacorta, and Metodo Classico. Friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Chef, mentor, and guide, acting as a gentlemanly "management de salle," offering comprehensive explanations of each dish served. Good value for money, thanks also to the The Fork discount, which was initially not applied to the cover charge, but was promptly corrected later.

17/04/2026: Pizzeria restaurant. Excellent service. Everything was taken care of to perfection. The place was elegant, clean, and welcoming. Quality food. Normal prices. I recommend it.

10/05/2026: The dishes were good, but the prices weren't entirely fair. For example, a fried fish platter was served with a huge portion of just fried vegetables, and there were about four pieces of fish. Plus, we waited about an hour and there were very few people. We were a little disappointed because we'd been there years ago and liked it, but this time, unfortunately, a little less. The starters were good. The waiter was kind.

The increasingly frequent "technical problems" that are delaying the opening continue, even though the website says it's open. 😉 Today it was the turn of the cash register issues. 😀 Update, March 2nd: Again today, due to the usual "technical problems," the opening was delayed by 30 minutes. The same notice was on the door. Even though the website says it's open... Update, February 23rd. Again today, at 11:15, despite the website and app saying the place was open, there was a notice on the door saying, due to technical problems, they would open at 11:30. It would be best to define the ACTUAL opening time once and for all, so customers can plan accordingly. Update February 12, 2026. It's already been three times that, despite the fact that they say they open at 11:00, even arriving at 11:15, I can't get in, even though I see the staff inside. I ring the bell, they see me, and they don't come to the door to explain; and there's no written notice on the door. Today they opened for me at 11:30, again without apologizing, and just because I asked for an explanation, they said, in an apathetic tone, that there were technical problems??? Three times in a month??? It's all very strange... Too bad. If this happens again, I'll stop being a regular customer like I have been in years past. Furthermore, the last two times I've noticed lettuce in my sandwich isn't as fresh as usual.

14/09/2025: The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was well-maintained, the decor was beautiful, and it wasn't huge but it was well-used. The pizza was excellent! We'll be back!

A wonderful cinnamon scent permeates the place, with seating both inside and out, fast service, and competitive prices (from €3.50 to €6). Delicious, hot, freshly baked cinnamon rolls with toppings that make them even better 😍
