Interesting dishes offered, including the fried "pessetti" (fry) increasingly difficult to find, which I tried and was excellent and abundant. The service of the staff, friendly, fast and cordial and the price average, given the fairly sophisticated menu. I will have to return to try other interesting dishes on the menu 👍well done 👏, I recommend booking.

The pizza is particularly noteworthy: The dough is made with a biga starter and given plenty of time to mature – the result is a wonderfully aromatic, wholesome, and perfectly baked pizza with a unique texture. The pasta dishes and other dishes also taste authentic and are prepared with love. Here, the cooking isn't just done; it's done with passion. You immediately notice that quality, naturalness, and tradition are paramount. 04/06/2025: We visited after reading the positive reviews were quite disappointed by the food - ok at best and the Rossini steak had a very tiny foie gras piece. The service was lovely, and the wine list impressive (although with most bottles above €100) - but we were literally the only customers in the room for our whole dinner. Overall we got charged €150 for average food and not great atmosphere - so would recommend heading to other restaurants in the city.

01/06/2025: The perfect café for a tiramisu break! Homemade and made to order, a real treat. Historic location, period decor, and excellent service. A little out of the way of the touristy center, it's exactly what we were looking for, and we got what we needed.
