The place doesn't have anything to sit on but has a long pink granite counter and small mirrored alcoves where you can eat standing and chat. I would add that I think they are the only ones left in Mestre to sell their pasta at €1.20

28/08/2025: Simply wonderful. Da Aurelio gets it right at every level. A beautiful location with great staff and fantastic food. It was full of locals today celebrating a variety of events. Luigi and his team are absolutely charming and friendly. The gnochetti were delicious and the fillet steak stunning. A really good wine list and plenty of grappa to try at the end made for a thoroughly memorable experience.

25/07/2025: Siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla bellezza della presentazione dei piatti e dalla qualità del pesce,un gioco di sapori ed un abbinamento particolare tra portate e vini , perfetto. Molto soddisfatti anche dal servizio , ragazzi giovani, discreti e comprensibili nella spiegazione dei piatti! Ci ritorneremo!

07/07/2025: Il ristorante ha vari ambienti, anche un piccolo dehors. Noi siamo seduti in una piccola stanza con tre tavoli. Poco rumoroso, confortevole. Servizio molto attento Carta dei vini top, soprattutto champagne con tutti i dettagli che ti aspetti (dosaggio, area, vitigni) Tutti i piatti hanno avuto un unico filo conduttore, il pesce cucinato in modo originale, ma senza stravaganze. Su tutti ho apprezzato il black cod, piatto armonico e saporito Interessante il granchio con riduzione al melone, un piatto con tendenze ovviamente doci, ma molto piacevole d'estate Apprezzata la possibilità di cenare sin dalle 19.00

11/07/2025: We had such a superb lunch we went back for dinner! We got lucky and were able to get a table without waiting both times (we went early)! Sitting in the courtyard was lovely. Superb pastas. Excellent fritti misti. My son who doesn’t eat seafood ordered the green peppercorn steak and it was unexpectedly great.

23/07/2025: Everything was perfect. We tried the chef's menu and it was delicious. Not a single false note. We were even lucky enough to have the chef bring us the dishes. Bravo for the cuisine and also for the impeccable and very friendly service. One of the best restaurants.

Scelta di vari menu, dell’orto, di terra, di mare, serviti con Verdure autoprodotte del loro orto sinergico. La trattoria è immersa nella natura a poca distanza dal paese di Piovene Rocchette. Il locale è rilassante per nutrire il corpo e anima. Complimenti Mauro e Bari, per la vostra passione e dedizione al servizio degli altri. Sicuramente consiglierò ai miei clienti di non perdere l’occasione di venire a trovarvi e noi… ci vedremo ancora.

08/08/2025: A must-visit for Friday aperitivo, delicious spritz at a fair price, always accompanied by appetizers. The atmosphere is lovely, intimate, and well-kept. The staff is young and friendly, and Melissa is always on point, considering her young age!

05/08/2025: Authentic restaurant with truly regional cuisine. The place is frequented by locals, which is generally a very good sign. The waitress gave us excellent advice, namely that the dishes are quite generous, so no first or second courses. So we ordered an antipasto with an aperitif, a main course, and a dessert, and it was more than enough 😁. We tried the polenta and cod, a must-try in the city, the truffle pasta, the sausage pasta, and the tagliata; all were very good value for money.

26/07/2025: A true osteria, one that has a homey, authentic flavor, almost impossible to find these days. The atmosphere is simple, like a tavern. The service was very prompt. We tried two appetizers, of which I highly recommend the cod, and a first course, the bigoli with duck ragù, which were truly excellent. A culinary experience not to be missed.

23/08/2025: We took a class to learn how to make traditional pasta & tiramisu the right way :) It was an incredible experience and probably the highlight of our vacation period this year! The atmosphere, food and most importantly, the people, were outstanding. Of course, we returned for the delicious traditional food. Absolutely recommended, even with a baby! We will definitely be back next time we are in Italy, and shall bring more family members with us to share the experience and make memories. Grazie and until next time!

20/07/2025: At this Neapolitan pizzeria in Follina, I had one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The place is quaint and well-kept in the Neapolitan style, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The menu includes a few Verace pizzas, but they're exquisite, and you can tell from the first bite. Once you order your pizza, they always bring you a welcome appetizer of fried pizza. Reservations are recommended because it's very busy! I'll definitely be back.

10/08/2025: Excellent pastry shop with a good variety of high-quality, tastefully prepared products. I've always found the service fast, and all the staff friendly and helpful. The prices are fair. The only small flaw: the croissants are really small; one would expect them to be slightly larger. The flavor, however, is excellent. If you're looking for a quieter place, avoid peak hours (due to limited seating inside). Overall, a highly recommended pastry shop!

11/07/2025: A total disappointment. I expected much more from such a renowned pastry shop: I was served a tiny croissant, almost buffet-style, with a ridiculous amount of cream, less than two centimeters—just a smudge. Boutique prices, but the quality and generosity of a train station café. I won't be returning.

01/08/2025: We have been to the Osteria and I agree with most comments on the quality of service, atmosphere and taste of the dishes. Our experience although has not been of the most rewarding. I can accept the philosophy of the place, also can understand the imbalance of 100 different wines and the short menu, I am prepared to accept the price and surcharge for location and view. What I cannot condone is the portion control. The job of a restaurant is not to be confused with that of a dietician. Pictures to testify that a plate of pasta at €22 with a ragù of mussels - with no mussels as evident from the photo- is not more than 70g of dry weight. Equally a €26 sarde is made of 7 small ones. So I hope the chef and the team understand that customers are ready to accept some compromises but not the lack of consideration of the environment they operate in - in Italian I would call this Lesinare: the intent to reduce the provision for the sole purpose of pretending to be posh. I would hope this review is taken for what it is. Recognition of good intent, feedback for improvement on the execution.

06/08/2025: The general atmosphere in the restaurant was okay but the acoustics were pretty awful. You couldn’t talk to a person sitting across the table. The general food was ok but we also ordered some lasagna and it was horrible. The lasagna arrived almost cold like it was frozen and then microwaved. It also didn’t have any bećhamel sauce and the meat was unseasoned. Also, the tomato sauce tasted like store-bought, pre-made tomato noodle sauce and there was no Parmesan cheese on the lasagna. All in all, it wasn’t a great experience.

05/08/2025: I recommend this restaurant. We visit every year. They maintain a high standard. The fruit is fresh, the pasta is delicious, and the desserts – tiramisu and profiteroles – are incredible. The food is served quickly, clean, and delicious. I recommend it. The wine in carafes is wonderful 🤩
