05/04/2024: On 04 April 2024, on a busy graduation day in Verona, we stumbled upon a hidden gem: BUOONO. Intrigued by our love for Japanese and Chinese cuisine, especially poke, we decided to explore this cosy spot nestled in the quiet streets near the Arena. Despite the city's hustle and bustle, BUOONO offered a tranquil haven. The vibe was creative and laid-back, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The décor was quirky and cheerful, instantly putting us in a good mood. Seated at one of the available tables, we savoured freshly prepared dishes bursting with flavour and nutrition. The staff was friendly, adding to the relaxed vibe of the place. BUOONO was a refreshing break from the chaos of Verona, offering a unique dining experience that celebrated freshness and creativity. As a family of four, we enjoyed venturing beyond the usual pizza and pasta. While we admired the restaurant's eco-friendly ethos, we couldn't help but wish for a more sustainable approach to serving ware. Plastic plates, cutlery, and glasses seemed out of place in such a wholesome place. Nevertheless, BUOONO left a lasting impression, and we're already looking forward to returning on our next Verona adventure. Here's to hoping that our next encounter will be delicious and environmentally friendly. Hats off to BUOONO for being both fantastic and affordable!

31/03/2024: Let me start by saying that my review is a bit particular because I DO NOT eat fish... They shouldn't even have let me in in a restaurant like this. However, with appropriate notice, the owners worked hard to please me as well as the other five people at my table. Excellent result, in particular the gorgonzola pasta, the best I've ever eaten. Instead, I report the opinion of the other diners who eat the fish and how... Absolutely satisfied, I would say. Compliments.

10/11/2023: Despite my fussiness in tastes, the aforementioned "passion ice cream shop" drives me crazy. They use fresh, top quality products, and you can feel it. It is the first time that I have chosen an ice cream cake over a traditional cake to celebrate my 33rd birthday (a day early). I knew it would never disappoint me, since one day I went there to get some ice cream to eat with the family, but... after taking a look at the window, I changed my mind, and I got a hazelnut flavored ice cream cake (I can't remember the other ingredients at the moment. The fact is that it was so good, that three of us finished it in the space of half an hour... and it was hail, it must have been 6 portions. Aesthetically beautiful, but even more good compared to its exterior. The very kind girl even sent me a happy birthday message today. 5 * well deserved!!

07/04/2024: Clearly the best restaurant we had in Venice. From the service to the cuisine, everything is perfect. A quality service, discreet and gentle. The server this Saturday evening was great like all the rest of the staff. The dishes chosen on the menu seem simple, but they are actually incredibly tasty. Everything is well measured and controlled, even the seemingly simple dishes will amaze you. The proportions are generous for this quality. You can feel the homemade quality and the quality of the fish and meat. We ate very, very well. We recommend this superb address with our eyes closed. It was just great. A perfect 10/10, we don't understand why they are not displayed in the Michelin guide as a recommended restaurant.

22/03/2024: Very nice place, super vintage! Delicious food, very high quality wine, as well as all the ingredients used to make the dishes. My boyfriend and I tried all the cicchetti, the vegetable meatballs, the potatoes, the fried aromatic herb leaves and the stewed cuttlefish. All accompanied by a mustard and a smoked mayonnaise, both too good! Note of super merit to the innkeeper who was able to pamper us from start to finish, you can see that he puts love into everything he does. 23/03/2024: We were accompanied by our speaker for a visit to the brewery. The positive surprise in the brewery, where the owner was very kind, the food was good and of course the beer (5 samples) was excellent. Must try again

10/03/2024: Small brewery on the corner of the street, inside only two small rooms but outside there is also an awning that acts as a veranda Some beers are to be avoided but others to be promoted so an equal! 28/03/2024: Well structured restaurant. On one side there is a ceremony room and on the other a "classic" restaurant. We ate bigoli with white goose sauce: excellent and plentiful. The tirami su served in the coffee maker was delicious, the three fruit sorbets were also excellent. Good value for money, we will be back.
