16/01/2026: I went last Saturday, and while prices have increased by 20%, neither the quantity nor the quality have improved. I suffered from the cold in the room, and the dessert was a warmed-up cookie with cream, not what I expected. I strongly advise against it.

01/02/2026: One of the best meals we had in Venice. The squid and seafood pasta were outstanding — perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and full of deep, briny flavor without being heavy. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients, especially the squid, which was tender and not chewy at all (a rare win!). The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed or overly formal. Our server was happy to make recommendations and clearly cared that we had a great experience. This is exactly the kind of place you hope to find in Venice — authentic, memorable food paired with thoughtful service. If you love seafood pasta, this spot is an absolute must. We’re still talking about it.

29/01/2026: A restaurant recommended to me by an Italian colleague who knows Venice very well. This restaurant is a typical Venetian establishment frequented by many locals. The cuisine is authentic, the dishes are prepared to order and are very good, with generous portions. I also noticed a very pleasant atmosphere.

18/01/2026: Only praise! An authentic atmosphere, fast service, and incredibly delicious food! After a walk through Venice, we stopped by here and managed to get a table without a prior reservation, which was excellent. We had pizzas and were not disappointed — they were typical Italian recipes made with high-quality ingredients, so there were no complaints at all. The place was clean and well-kept, and the waiter was kind and smiling. Highly recommended! 👋👋👋

15/01/2026: My best restaurant experience in Italy for my 10 days trip. I have found it by pure luck as I was wandering in the streets at night. I had the best carbonara of my trip. Then, the tuna tartare, one of their specialties, followed. Fresh, perfectly balanced and supported by a glass of chianti. I could not missed their tiramisu which was like everything else, more than what I could have expected. Ricardo and Andrea offered a very nice service. The grappa at the end was mandatory. I will come back!

12/10/2025: Great for a quick bite, whether to eat in or to go. They cut up the slice and heat it up for you. They have quite a big variety of pizzas and they were delicious. Recommended for a quick bite stop if you're travelling to or from the Vatican.

16/10/2025: A very friendly, authentic Italian pastry shop in the heart of Malcesine! My pistachio croissant was wonderfully creamy and aromatic, and my wife's chocolate croissant was equally delicious. Accompanied by a classic espresso or cappuccino – all traditionally made with cow's milk, unfortunately without any vegan alternatives. Nevertheless, the owner impresses with his calm, charismatic manner and creates a wonderfully relaxed, authentic Italian atmosphere. A place where you immediately feel welcome and will gladly return.

08/01/2026: We had a truly wonderful dinner. We had appetizers, main courses, side dishes, dessert, and wine. The meat in particular was tender, well-cooked, and very tasty. The wine was very good (especially the Agnobianco). The place is lovely, and the service was truly remarkable (fast, punctual, knowledgeable, and very kind). Congratulations!

06/01/2026: Nice restaurant, good, smiling and friendly waitresses (rare these days) they gave us a free bowl of polenta with mushrooms which wasn't bad, good cured meats, mixed cod which I expected better but lacked a bit of flavour, good lamb ribs which were a bit overcooked, desserts with generous portions but with room for improvement in taste (the nougat semifreddo didn't taste much like nougat and the chocolate salami had too many biscuits) recommended place

29/01/2026: I happened to stumble upon this restaurant with my kids. The food was perfect for my kids' tastes. We had a great meal. The owner was friendly and there was a Korean menu. We had the sea bream chicken carbonara.

24/01/2026: A unique experience, expertly led by Chef Giancarlo Perbellini and his impeccable staff. A magical location in what is also my favorite city, Verona. Every detail, from the welcome to the service, from the dishes to the wine pairing, was absolutely impeccable. Refinement, yes, but also a key concept: that the dish must, above all, be good, simple, tasty, yet refined and an expression of the Chef's vision of cuisine. So much so that before leaving, my eye fell on a small drawing depicting Casa Perbellini that read: "In this house you eat well," and that's exactly what I took away from this unforgettable experience. A special compliment to the staff, who were very empathetic during service, a concept that was anything but obvious, as the Chef also mentioned when greeting us at the table. Highly, highly, highly recommended as an experience, also because I believe it's not the three stars that make a restaurant, but rather the people behind these little treasures we are fortunate to have in our country and who make those three stars shine. 😉

At first glance, the price may put you off, after all, €6.5 - €8.5 for ice cream may seem like a lot to some, but this is really something extra for which I do not regret the money, even repeatedly.
