31/05/2025: They made me feel pampered: 50 minutes late on the order. After apologizing for the delay due to a problem with the order, they sent us the order in a short time. The most appreciated thing, uncommon and never due, was the discount on the bill, again the apologies and also the coffees offered. A good review is the minimum for an exception that should be the rule of kindness and professionalism.

24/07/2025: We went there before closed and took just few dishes with vegetables and fruits,and was pretty good! Fresh salad and juicy grilled vegetables ! And for fans of draft beer,there amazing German lager Engel!

19/07/2025: On a warm and pleasant July evening, we dined at Ristorante Pizzeria Otello, ideally located just steps from Assisi's town square. The atmosphere was simply enchanting: we ate outdoors, immersed in the beauty of the historic center, with the sweet, captivating sound of a street concert coming from the nearby square adding a magical touch to the entire experience. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start, welcoming us with a smile and guiding us through the menu. We opted for pizza—fragrant, well-seasoned, with fresh, quality ingredients—but the traditional Umbrian dishes served at nearby tables also looked very inviting. The relaxed and authentic atmosphere, combined with the delicious food and live music in the background, made our evening special. 24/06/2025: I ordered a cheesecake for 8 people for a 50th birthday with a dedication on it. When it arrived, the cake was much, much bigger than expected, certainly not for eight people. I preferred to overlook the size even though obviously the WEIGHT had a huge impact on the final price, over 40 euros! Despite this, when I picked it up, the cake did not have any congratulations written on it as expected and agreed. They told me to wait 5 minutes to allow the pastry chef to come from the laboratory with a sugar paste tag. The minutes become 10 and it was not a problem until I saw the writing prepared on the spot in a hurry. Unwatchable, red writing on a white background with childish characters and aesthetically ugly. And to think that it was for a 50th birthday! Any 7-year-old would have done better, I'm sure. It's not good, it's not there at all, I find all this really unprofessional. However, I do not question the quality of the cake in terms of taste, very good and appreciated by the guests.
