10/07/2025: Excellent burgers in the center of Pisa. Let's start with the menu: there are all sorts of options, from vegan and dairy-free to meat burgers and a few fish options. The menu changes occasionally, but the quality and deliciousness remain the same. The beers are also excellent, craft, and there's something for everyone. In addition to the classics, some are seasonal. My recommendation is Gorgona. The place is charming, nestled between two of Pisa's main squares, and the service is excellent.

04/06/2025: Good morning. My experience is limited to picking up cakes or pastries with a reservation. The products are excellent and the service is good. The environment is nice, but the table service is not always up to par.

08/06/2025: If you are on your way to the Leaning Tower, be sure to stop at Paninando. Here you can drink delicious coffee and eat the best croissants with pistachio cream in the world. We have not found such anywhere else in Pisa. You can also eat delicious lunch and dessert here. A large selection of Italian flavors on the menu😊

I remembered having eaten well there, but today the appetizers were of poor quality and bad flavor, seafood rice: where was the rice? To put some rice under your teeth you have to look for it among the shells almost exclusively of mussels and very little of anything else, fried seafood: 2 pieces of squid and shrimp so small that you couldn't even feel them in your mouth.
The staff serving at the table is a saving grace: kind, helpful and attentive to customers

17/03/2025: The place itself is nice, the staff very friendly and a very interesting choice of beer (in bottles). Honest prices and very friendly towards both me and my dog. If I'm back in those parts, I'll definitely come back.
Second time: 17/03/25 I went back there after about 10 months, the review hasn't changed, the staff is always very friendly and the chef was really careful to satisfy my requests regarding cooking something for my alpha four-legged friend! Only criticism (if you can define it that way) increase the choice of tequila🤣🤪😂🤟 I took an OP BURGER which was very good, for my personal preference, I prefer the meat a little pink in the middle, in all cases I was really satisfied! Absolutely a place to come and have fun or just to eat and drink! 😜 if I really concentrate, one negative thing is the too many stools in front of the bar. Too many and too attached, it sounds like total confusion. But I repeat...I had to look for something that didn't suit me, for the rest...I'm sure I'll be back as soon as possible

06/07/2025: This pastry shop is a guarantee for me, every year I make the birthday cake for my daughter.
Cake without gluten and without other allergens depending on the people invited, I must say that they are careful to avoid any contamination and very importantly, the cakes are so good that everyone is polished off.. thank you.
17/06/2025: We took lunch for two days for a company event, everything was perfect! even gluten-free! The second day they had the foresight to do everything differently than the day before since the same people were present. Highly recommended!
