24/08/2025: Friendly, with excellent Tuscan cuisine. Despite being just steps from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, this isn't your typical "tourist trap" restaurant, but a true osteria.

03/08/2025: We can only begin by saying: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our wedding cake was not only a visual masterpiece, but also a symphony of flavors. Every detail was meticulously crafted, from the elegant decoration to the perfectly balanced flavors. We wholeheartedly recommend this pastry shop to anyone looking for something unique, made with love and attention.

19/06/2025: I have never forgotten the excellent chocolate bomboloni that I stopped to eat before arriving at work about fifteen years ago, I have never eaten anywhere so good and so stuffed. Now I live far away but it is a beautiful memory

15/08/2025: I have only positives for this location...from the tranquility you enjoy, to the helpfulness and friendliness of the manager and staff, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the excellent food. Definitely an experience worth repeating!

14/08/2025: We ate at their restaurant. Service was slow (we at some point sat almost 10 mins with finished plates) and they argued with me about my carbonara pasta (which had pieces of egg on it) not being overcooked.

15/08/2025: I haven't tried the other restaurants in San Miniato, but as a waiter, I can say that the prices are absolutely fair for the quality of the food. Generous portions, simple cuisine, and the owner and waiter are phenomenal. Their friendliness and smiles put you at ease right away. They even offered us a complimentary amaro, which is always a welcome addition.

22/07/2025: The tagliolini with white truffle were delicious. They tried to cram too many tables into a small space, and it was practically a huge table. You may like it or not. The menu rating is more than adequate, but the ordering process needs rethinking. You can't wait 50 minutes for a plate of cold cuts. The table next door (right next door), who arrived two minutes before us, were waiting for dessert, while we were still waiting for our appetizer. We deliberately didn't bother anyone because I wanted to see how long they'd go. The waitress and the owner walked past us forty times, but they never noticed that while everyone else was eating, we only had water and wine on the table, and, I repeat, the room is very small. When we pointed this out to the owner at the end of the meal, fortunately he didn't make any strange remarks, but once he realized it, he tried to "make up for it" by offering dessert.

21/08/2025: It seems absurd to me that in 2025 a pastry shop of this caliber doesn't even have a vegan croissant!

13/08/2025: A very welcoming owner: Gianluca offers excellent advice. The food: Volterrana-style tripe and pizzas are delicious. The terrace on Via dei Sarti is pleasant and quiet. This restaurant is worth a visit. The value for money is remarkable. If you're passing through Volterra, stop by Gianluca's! I highly recommend it!

31/08/2025: We stopped halfway through the trip, exiting at the Pisa Nord junction and looking for exactly what we were looking for. Good food, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff!

30/08/2025: All I can say is, the food was fantastic. The tartar was amazing. Excellent service. Excellent value for money. We would have liked more time, but we had tickets to the Puccini Festival. A top place for good food.

08/06/2025: If you are on your way to the Leaning Tower, be sure to stop at Paninando. Here you can drink delicious coffee and eat the best croissants with pistachio cream in the world. We have not found such anywhere else in Pisa. You can also eat delicious lunch and dessert here. A large selection of Italian flavors on the menu😊
