27/01/2025: Abbiamo voluto provare nonostante le 2 stelle. Abbiamo fatto male. Ti devi scontrare con chi paga per prenderti il vassoio . Ricordarti di prendere lo zucchero perché sui tavoli non c'è e non te lo dicono. La brioche con crema di costo 1,70€ fredda e molliccia. Peccato perché la crema era buona. Non ci torneremo sicuramente.

26/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per un aperitivo la sera dell'epifania. Abbiamo ordinato due spritz, specificando che volevamo solo delle patatine perché saremmo andati a cena. Al momento del pagamento, PRIMA DELLA CONSUMAZIONE, ci hanno chiesto 36 euro per due aperitivi completi di tagliere, che non avevamo chiesto. L'addetta, molto scortese, ha detto che ormai aveva emesso lo scontrino e, pertanto, quella era la cifra da pagare, tagliere o no. Non ci vedranno mai più.

I proprietari maleducati, indisponenti, per nulla professionali, con l’unico obiettivo di far cassa, senza la minima attenzione a creare un clima accogliente e positivo e a dare un servizio attento e rispettoso del cliente. Fortemente sconsigliato in particolare a chi viaggia con bambini e cerca un luogo per una breve sosta serena. Siamo in viaggio in Toscana da diversi giorni e questa, in una vacanza lunga e ampiamente positiva, è stata certamente la peggiore esperienza. Siamo viaggiatori abituali e arriviamo da esperienze di ricezione turistica. Parliamo quindi con cognizione di causa. Ci dispiace dover constatare la grave mancanza di professionalità e serietà di questi gestori.

04/01/2025: Terrible welcome and great rudeness. We entered the place for an aperitif; two adults and two children. We ordered a can of coke for the two children (to share) and a 33cl beer for us adults. Right from the start the managers (presumably husband and wife) commented (or rather "muttered") in a sarcastic way alluding to the fact that we had shared the drinks. However, in the meantime, they didn't serve us either a pretzels or two chips (God forbid, it's not due) so much so that we order a focaccia asking for it to be cut into four: I repeat that we only wanted to have an aperitif. Even following this request, the manager comments rudely: "I'll divide it into 12 pieces". At that point I ask him about his attitude and ask him how he allows himself to be ironic and "make fun". He replies that ours was not an aperitif; he tells me that an aperitif is a Spriz, a wine, etc.; At that point I ask my family to get up and leave. I pay the bill (€12.00) without consuming and we leave while the focaccia is still in the toaster. Before going I tell the gentleman, or rather the manager (the "gentlemen" where I come from are different) that he was a little polite.. It certainly won't be of any use to leave without consuming: rude people remain rude. On the other hand, that little money would certainly not improve the fortunes of an ordinary bar, as mediocre as its managers themselves. But with just €12.00 I paid for the satisfaction of demonstrating to a rude person that values ​​and self-respect are more important in life than a few euros earned (some might say "stolen") through inhospitality and rudeness. Two hundred meters away on the right there is a focacceria where we were welcomed with kindness and professionalism: we had our aperitif and then had a very good lunch. We spent (very willingly) four times as much and left a €12.00 tip for the health of all the rude people in the world.

26/01/2025: La nourriture n’étais pas spécialement bonne, les croissants étaient sec mais le café était bon. Cependant le monsieur ne parlais pas du tout anglais et en a profiter pour nous rajouter 4€ à la note comme si de rien n’étais. Je ne recommande pas ….

01/10/2024: I think the worst pastries I’ve had in Italy: cream was not fresh or it was a problem with ingredients. Dirty tables, average coffee. Person at the counter had flue and didn’t wear any mask. The question is why this person was at work, but I’ll leave it to management. Don’t go, any bistro would be better.
