21/04/2026: Excellent pastry shop! It's a shame the welcome and service aren't up to par! Saying "please" is optional, and when I pointed this out, two of the sales assistants, including the oldest, raised their voices. Ultimately, a negative experience, unfortunately.

13/04/2026: Excellent cappuccino, consistent, tasty, truly the best of the bars I've been to in the area. Good sweets and cakes, wide selection, fair prices, courteous and fast service, clean and comfortable environment. Parking available.

23/05/2026: Beautiful place, it passed the test today with flying colors. The only downside is that the parking lot is not in good condition.

22/03/2026: The food was good, but they were completely incapable of managing reservations. My parents usually eat there, so we decided to book a table days in advance, explicitly stating that it had to be inside for eight people, where we would only be having fried fish. When we arrived, all the inside seats were taken, and our table had been set outside. Despite this, we didn't get upset and decided to wait for a place inside to become available. We just pointed out that we had booked a table for eight people at 1:00 PM, only having fried seafood; to which (without even apologizing) they said yes. After about 40 minutes, they seated us, and when it came time to order, they informed us that the fried fish was out. We've been there in the past and always encountered some problems, which we then resolved by looking the other way, but today I think they've outdone themselves.

16/05/2026: Terrible, terrible management, and rude staff. I don't recommend this place, I've never seen such rudeness.

16/09/2025: Absolutely disgusting, the cocktails served in plastic cups for €10... and they don't even taste good! Never again, just a money grab... The toilets are like portable toilets... You're better off sitting in a nice restaurant! The staff just go outside to smoke...

16/06/2026: The pastry shop's display case is beautiful, offering a wide selection. The atmosphere is very elegant, but the service could use some work—only two people at the counter, while dozens of people are queuing to get their receipts.

04/06/2026: We visited this very modern and attractive pastry shop. It's located on the street with convenient on-site parking. The brioches have a very good crust but are sparsely filled: I had a cream brioche, which was practically empty, and my husband had two savory croissants, which also had minimal filling, but were better than mine. Despite the low attendance, they obviously don't offer table service and don't have high chairs, so it's a bit of a hassle for those with small children who aren't in strollers or prams. Average.

17/03/2026: Gaio, the host, leaves nothing to chance. The hospitality is incredible, the food quality (all regional) top marks, the appetizers are enough to make a dinner, the first courses are homemade, and the meats are the restaurant's strong point. The atmosphere is beautiful, traditional, and welcoming. Despite the crowds in the summer, the clientele is diverse: tourists, regulars, and many locals. My favorite restaurant in Forte dei Marmi.

15/02/2026: A subdued experience. The prices seemed too high for the culinary offerings. The location is in a dated rustic style and, in my opinion, does not justify the final bill. I found the markups on the wine list decidedly excessive.

25/03/2026: A surreal and deeply irritating experience. Everything was going well until I asked for cheese to add to the risotto (which was already frozen). As soon as I added it, it gave off an extremely acidic smell and taste. I politely pointed out the problem to the waiter, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead of an apology, I received an irritated response: "It's just been opened." The worst, however, came with the owner. Instead of apologizing or checking the quality of the product, she approached the table visibly upset, verbally attacking me, accusing me of saying the cheese was "rotten" (a word she never used), arrogantly reiterating that the product was good and that the problem was my palate. Despite my attempts to calmly explain that even a freshly opened package can be tainted, the owner continued to yell at me, raising her voice in front of the other customers. An aggressive, rude, and totally unprofessional attitude. Final result: • No offer to remake the dish. • No discount or chargeback. • A gratuitous public humiliation for daring to report a poor service. If you're looking for a place where the customer is always wrong and treated with hostility, go ahead. As far as I'm concerned, harmony and respect for those who pay are something else entirely. Highly discouraged.

23/12/2025: LEGALIZED THEFT. Paying €6 for a Coke in December seems excessive to me. A table of several people forced to order because they were the only ones in the cafeteria. Impossible to order just a bottle of water because it's too cheap for the shopkeeper. BUT €2.50 for 0.5L of water is theft.

23/12/2025: I went for a drink that evening with my friends. There were 20 of us when we arrived, and 13 of us ordered drinks. The others were forced to have something (other than water) because the place (after accepting the reservation, given the large number of people) was open only for us. €6 for a Coke and €2.50 for a half-liter of water, with no platters or anything. Very disappointed; it was a place I really liked. I understand that staying open on a Monday in winter is difficult to recoup, but it can't be passed on to the customers, since the reservation had been confirmed.

29/05/2026: We came here for a few drinks and it's great for people watching in the piazza with the outdoor seating. We had 4 gin and tonics which came with snacks and was only 28 euros. Will return.

24/05/2026: We're in Pietrasanta's main square, where I stopped for an aperitif lunch, which was very pleasant and relaxing. The service was very polite and respectful of the customers.
