22/02/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo oggi in 3. Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti, panzerotti prosciutto e crescenza buoni, crostini e polpette mediocri. 2 Tagliatelle al cinghiale buone, 1 tordello al ragù pessimo. I tordelli Non li abbiamo mangiati perché la pasta era forse non cotta bene e risultava troppo gommosa. 1 Dolce cialda alla crema e frutti di bosco buona. Il piatto dei tordelli non consumato è stato notato dal titolare che ne ha chiesto il motivo. Abbiamo spiegato che la pasta non era buona e risultava gommosa e farinosa. Dopo aver portato via i piatti il titolare è tornato dicendo che aveva assaggiato i tordelli e che era dispiaciuto perché avevamo ragione e non si spiegava come fosse successo. Dopo abbiamo pagato il conto e il piatto dei tordelli non è stato tolto, nonostante non fosse stato consumato e fosse stato ammesso l’errore nella sua realizzazione. Peccato perché nonostante non fosse stato tutto buono, saremmo tornati nel periodo dei funghi ad assaggiarli.

Good starter of cured meats accompanied by panzanelle, excellent wild boar with polenta as well as wine. Next time we will try the tordelli, rabbit or sliced ​​meat. I believe that from the comments of other diners, whatever you order, you always land on your feet. We'll see you again soon. Advised.

20/02/2025: Wine shop and bistro. Only one emotion. They move, run and laugh. Every moment here is an eternal joy. Due to their splendor I thought that they should be in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower, then thinking about it I think that the tower should be in their shadow! A marvel! I'm with them and I'm home! Anyone who savors this wonderful city that bears the name of Lucca cannot dedicate less than an hour of their life to this splendid place. Simone, Lisa, Leonardo, Paolo and others welcome us poor travelers lost in this chaotic and difficult world with immense passion and CULTURE!

10/03/2025: Io e mio marito abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso, eravamo di ritorno dalla Grotta del vento. Un locale conduzione familiare delizioso e immerso in un'oasi di pace, proprietario e personale gentilissimo e molto cordiale. Abbiamo mangiato prodotti a km zero, squisiti e abbondanti. Un antipasto con salumi e prodotti locali e due primi al ragù di trota, veramente delizioso. Prezzo onestissimo, ormai molto raro. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

02/03/2025: Two of us ate for lunch on a beautiful, almost spring day, March 2, 2025... we ordered an appetizer (beef tongue with green sauce), a first course (pappardelle with roe deer ragu), a second course (sliced ​​beef with potatoes and artichokes) and a dessert made by them (Mantovana with chestnut flour, ricotta and yogurt), two glasses of wine, water offered by them and two place settings. For a total of €57 for two. I would say excellent price. Everything was very good, perhaps the cut wasn't very large in quantity but nothing to say about the quality. The first one however was plentiful. The cake is delicious, you can tell it's homemade. The place is gorgeous both outside and inside, the bathroom is also clean (gorgeous sink😂). Not only do I recommend but I will return if I return to these areas.

23/03/2025: My husband and I have been frequenting this restaurant as friends for many years, but due to the persistent and unnerving waits to eat we will not go there again. The last time we were 4 and after 1 hour and 40 minutes and several reminders, seeing others served even though they had arrived after us, we left in a huff (without paying for the beers and wine already consumed while waiting). Fortunately there are many other restaurants a few steps away where we have had lunch in normal times. Today, in order not to leave anything hanging, we paid the bill that the owner still had clearly in view and instead of understanding our motivated reaction she only showed us the damage suffered for an order not consumed. We were the ones who were disappointed and much more than her....
