Excellent service and very kind and helpful staff. The meat was cooked perfectly (for my taste). The dishes were generous and filling. The place is a bit chaotic, but still convivial.

Gaio, the host, leaves nothing to chance. The hospitality is incredible, the food quality (all regional) top marks, the appetizers are enough to make a dinner, the first courses are homemade, and the meats are the restaurant's strong point. The atmosphere is beautiful, traditional, and welcoming. Despite the crowds in the summer, the clientele is diverse: tourists, regulars, and many locals. My favorite restaurant in Forte dei Marmi.

25/06/2026: We went for lunch yesterday with friends, and what can I say? The restaurant is always a guarantee. The atmosphere is beautiful and unique, but it's in keeping with the history of the place. The exterior is also beautiful, but it's unusable right now due to the heat. Other than that, the service is top-notch and the food is excellent. Everything is delicious... Prices are in line with the quality and service. Definitely worth a try if you're passing through Lucca. It's not far from the historic center, but you'll need a car.
17/06/2026: Superb, Michelin-star quality food. The pasta is a revelation. Prices are quite high, though. The owner is helpful with the menu. Beautifully decorated, with a wonderful courtyard. However, it lacked the typical Italian warmth. The food quality definitely justifies the price. But the lack of genuine hospitality was enough to make us want to return. Great wine selection.
