Pasticceria Cerri In Lucca

Former Cerri pastry shop now acquired by the Buralli Group, the environment is very modern and the staff are friendly. The sweet and savory pieces are also good. As in most pastry shops, little or nothing lactose-free, unfortunately.

A visit to the former Cerri is like taking a dive into the past, but unfortunately, although the appearance has remained, it has now been transformed into the appendix of the Buralli, with an overall decent atmosphere and service. However, the lack of that spell of the pastry shop and the staff of the former original Cerri is felt. If only we could turn back time!

Yesterday my husband and I went to the Buralli bar/pastry shop in Capannori for a coffee and a dessert. The cream puff pastry was quite good and the babà very good (since we were not in Naples). The staff were very friendly and I also liked the environment. We will be back some other time to try other desserts. If they are as good as yesterday's, it will become our favorite pastry shop. I forgot: normal prices.

Sfoglia alla crema: buona sia la sfoglia che la crema adeguatamente presente all'interno. Ambiente carino e confortevole; manca un divanetto lungo la parete interna, ma le poltroncine foderate risultano eleganti e comode. Nella toilette sarebbe utile un gancio appendiabiti.
