08/12/2024: We went to Il Giglio for lunch and had a great time, we ate the risotto with pumpkin, cabbage and chestnuts which was delicious, the place is original and the staff were very kind! We will be back soon.

05/11/2024: We ordered 2 x Porchetta in Bread Rustic. Unfortunately the bread was rock hard and made it difficult for us to eat. Unfortunately, the meat was served a bit sparingly, but overall the taste was satisfactory.

15/12/2024: Invitato da parenti, ho pranzato in questo locale al centro di Bagni di Lucca che coniuga un ambiente suggestivo e accogliente, stile primi del Novecento, con una deliziosa cucina che tutti abbiamo apprezzato. Tortelli, tagliatelle, ravioli, come primi, tartufo, ragout di lepre e di carne come condimenti, roast beef, arista di maiale come secondi, patate arrosto e fritte come contorni, torta di mele, come dessert, vino rosso della casa come bevande, caffè per chiudere il pasto. Tutto ottimo, davvero speciale, in un ambiente accogliente e dotato di un servizio ottimo. Prezzi onesti. Lo consiglio senz'altro!

10/12/2024: We ate well, very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service. Only thing? If it were slightly heated it would be better. Rainy December day, eating in the cold wasn't the best. I recommend, perhaps, finding a way to heat the rooms a little and it would be perfect!

06/11/2024: Da molto tempo volevo mangiare lo spaghettone mantecato all'interno della forma di formaggio stagionato. Me ne avevano parlato amici del posto e abbiamo approfittato di un occasionale passaggio nella sempre bella Lucca per esaudire il desiderio. Tutto molto buono: antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali, pasta perfetta, funghi fritti, salsiccia di cinta e panna cotta finalmente buona (il dolce è sempre il punto debole della ristorazione). Anche il vino, di loro produzione, ha accompagnato benissimo il pranzo. Un posto in cui si respira tradizione toscana.

01/12/2024: Surrounded by majestic mountains and woods at 360 degrees, this rustic but elegant restaurant has attention to detail, has a magnificent garden, a large terrace with an exceptional view, offers quality food made in an excellent manner and with excellent raw materials. The staff is welcoming and available. Price more than honest and the hospitality of the Garfagnini... wonderful.

02/12/2024: Pici allo scoglio served in a black pan FABULOUS! Also try the tuna steak with chopped pistachios and the spaghetti with clams. 💖 Kind and friendly staff, large room where you can eat both on the ground floor and on the first floor, and in the summer a beautiful garden with lake view, playground and outdoor square with lots of tables and smoking area. Next time we come back I'll try the pizza. 😋

30/11/2024: Habíamos estado aquí hace varios años y regresamos en noviembre 24. Todo fue excelente como antes. El servicio fue excelente. Opté por el culo con pasta que era excelente. Otros tenían pescado mezclado profundamente seco, que era muy bueno.
