03/08/2024: Original concept around films, very nice atmosphere, the waiter explained to us the references between the cocktails and the films. I really liked it and the price of the cocktails is around 11/12 euros, for Florence, it's very reasonable. The cocktails are good, you have to enjoy them. I recommend the cocktail linked to the film predator

26/07/2024: This is such a fun place! A cozy warm atmosphere, with very friendly and approachable staff, the walls are covered in copper piping for the lights and fun posters and chalk messages. The drinks menu is themed around 90s action movies like Predator and The Expendables, with some really interesting and delicious drinks in there! They go perfectly with the lively Latin music they have at just the right volume in the background (just loud enough to be fun, but not so loud you have to shout to have a conversation!) They make a selection of specialist spirits themselves, which we sampled a few shots of, and I would definitely recommend the Rosemary and Pomegranate if you get the opportunity. Its also surprisingly quiet, at least on the weekdays we went, without the usual tourist crush, which is a welcome change. All in all, very much worth a visit!

05/08/2024: I've been going to this pastry bar for years and every time I leave satisfied. The coffees of the baristas Federico and Dana are delicious. The sweet and savory pastas of Maestro Christian Casamassimi are a delight for the palate. I will take up residence in this bar :) Highly recommended

28/06/2024: We stopped in for a quick lunch and had a great time. Everything was excellent, a wide choice of traditional Tuscan and non-Tuscan dishes, very kind owners. I advise.

03/08/2024: The food wasn't bad but it wasn't good either, the burgers seemed to be frozen ones and the bread wasn't homemade either. Maybe it's a better place to sit and have a drink and a bite to eat. We ordered a drink that never arrived, in the end we paid and left, luckily they didn't charge for it.

02/08/2024: Fantastic Irish pub. Great atmosphere and choice of imported ales, stouts and lagers. Cocktails too, including an Irish espresso martini. Location superb. Highly recommend!!

09/08/2024: Loved the place and the owner! A really nice vibe and the place was great. What let it down was the waiter, I don’t know if it was a language barrier but he came across rude and almost ruined the experience for us. The owner was the nicest guy you’ll ever meet as well as the woman, just a shame that it was dampened by the service. Pasta was good and the meat platter (second course) was a little mediocre. Would advise a pasta or pizza dish for sure. Would come again if the service was improved. Thanks :)

06/08/2024: Excellent restaurant with an Italian ambiance and outside the tourism of Florence! We went there for a biscetta at a more affordable price than in the center and we were not disappointed! 1,250 kg of meat of which we didn’t leave a piece… We highly recommend going there for this meat and the faglioli, just delicious and typical from here :)

14/06/2024: Was looking for a local authentic restaurant and found Sordo. Really liked it. Good wine and food. The owners wife could speak English so no problems. Would recommend. It is local so families turn up with their children which adds to the atmosphere.

30/05/2024: I recently dined at Osteria Il Sordo and had a very nice experience. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The staff were polite and provided excellent service, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Osteria Il Sordo for a great meal and excellent service.

20/07/2024: Good pizza. Friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw: the waiting times, a little too long (perhaps only on Saturdays). Low prices.

18/07/2024: It's the details that make the difference. And here the details are taken care of with meticulous love. The choice and selection of ingredients, the care and research in pairing flavors make this an unforgettable experience. And then the selection of oils, wines and beers! Of all the Beba pizza paired with the wine of the same name is absolutely unmissable! The service is friendly and attentive. The Pizzeria of the heart, where you can feel at home every time and be amazed every time as if it were the first!

22/08/2024: Passeggiando per via dei Neri avevamo visto questo locale che ci ha incuriosito. Abbiamo degustato i taglieri di prosciutti e formaggi e siamo rimasti incantati dai sapori. L'ambiente è accogliente con un tocco di sarcasmo toscano. Alla fine l'immancabile dedica sui piatti di carta.

10/08/2024: We stumbled upon this small sandwich shop after nearly tripping over the hordes of tourists in line at a shop a few doors down. At that other shop, people were either queued up 30 people deep waiting to order (from a digital mcdonalds-like menu board) or sitting in the filthy street eating their sandwiches. Meanwhile, a couple doors away, we strode right in to this tiny sandwich shop, selected a custom made sandwich prepared by two helpful gentlemen behind the counter, and sat in real seats to eat inside a cute little restaurant with a couple glasses of wine. The sandwiches were huge and filling and delicious, and it was possible to customize your sandwich as well (I asked for grilled zucchini added to mine). Let this be a lesson—rather than settle for a sandwich from an overhyped shop, check down the street. Seriously people, you don’t need to sit in the gutter to eat a good sandwich in Florence.

28/06/2024: Ho pranzato con amici, oltre all'ottimo cibo, l'ambiente è molto adatto per poter fare due chiacchiere senza rumore assordante. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e anche il vino ottimo

28/06/2024: Emilio and Miyako are exceptional, here you can eat real Japanese food made by a Japanese chef. I recommend the cold Soba (Zaru Soba) Excellent wine and sake list.

18/04/2024: I went for an aperitif, excellent prices, kind and friendly staff and excellent squash! I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely go back.

10/08/2024: Unable to manage the influx of customers... a word of advice be rude, you arrive, you settle down, and everything will be fine! Announcing yourself and waiting politely at the entrance does not pay since those who sit down before announcing themselves are given priority! Result in our turn, we were told 30 minutes of waiting... we preferred to continue our journey...! How sad to see that respect and politeness do not pay off!

13/08/2024: Very good risotto, spaghetti, fried food and desserts, characteristic restaurant with excellent management of spaces and furnishings. Friendly and professional staff.
