16/11/2025: After some research, we found this restaurant in southern Florence because we didn't want to travel too far from home. It turned out to be a great find. The place is well-kept, the staff is quick and friendly, the food is delicious, and the portions are generous, which is a real plus. Excellent value for money.

09/11/2025: Seafood restaurant in southern Florence. The summer experience is much better than the winter one because there's a beautiful veranda in the garden that I recommend. Good food and huge portions. There's no way you'll leave hungry. I recommend splitting a first course to try more. Will definitely return.

29/10/2025: Tourist trap restaurant! Don't go! I was there on Aug 06, the waiter brought me a menu with breakfast special, it doesn't have price. I ordered one of the breakfast on the menu - scrambled egg with toast. When my bill came, I was charged €27 for 3 pieces of toast and a scrambled egg. They also charged me €4 for a bottle of water which I did not order. I questioned the water and they took it off from my bill, but I was still charged €27 for the egg toast plus €3 table fee per person . Update after the owner's feedback: The breakfast that I got was: scrambled egg toast, a cup of coffee, a cup of juice and waffles, total €47. Per the owner, the scrambled egg toast + coffee +juice is €27. Then I was charged €14 for the waffles while the menu indicates €8. If I had not read the bill, with the water, overcharged me €10. The owner’s feedback also brought up my nationality, and I’m not sure what she meant by that. Is she implying that people from certain countries don’t care about what’s on the bill while others do? Or was it a subtle form of discrimination? It seems that the owner can't handle the reviews that actually uncover the bad things that are happening there. Her reply was rude and insulting.

26/10/2025: A very tasty restaurant! I loved the tartare! I especially loved the meat! I ordered the T-bone. The steak was simply superb, juicy and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It's not very crowded at lunchtime. The service is excellent! The desserts weren't particularly impressive, but then again, it's a meat restaurant.

11/10/2025: New management, a young and highly skilled pizza chef, excellent pizzas, perfectly crispy, top-notch ingredients, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Takeout is available, just minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can enjoy delicious pizza as the sun sets with a beautiful view. Highly recommended. We've been back several times and tried the various pizzas...all fabulous...the best thing is the tomato sauce, truly worthy of applause. Bravo, Dario, you continue to amaze us with the unique flavors you offer every time we come. It's become a regular stop! We also tried the new Deliziosa pizza...the burrata and pesto are amazing!! And to finish, the homemade tiramisu is a must!!...and for those who want, they also offer personalized t-shirts.

18/11/2025: The lunch service was great! The evening service was poor. The menu says they have gluten-free options, but they only have store-bought toast. The food was still delicious and plentiful! But it's not a gluten-free place!

14/11/2025: We were looking for a casual dinner and we got it. The place wasn't very clean. The table was covered in crumbs from the previous diners; they didn't even bother to clean it or tidy it up. We ordered a bottle of water and they sent me to get it from the fridge, without a glass, so I had to drink it straight from the bottle. The charcuterie boards were okay, nothing special; you can find much better quality cured meats in Italy. The bread was terrible; we ordered the schiacciata calda and it arrived cold. I asked for a knife to cut some of the pieces on the board, which were very large, and they told me to get up and go get a tiny wooden knife that was completely useless—good for spreading pâté on bread, if that. "Qui tutti è fai da te," the waiter told me. The wine wasn't bad, and with a bottle, even the worst place can be entertaining. We laughed a lot because the whole thing was so absurd. And I'm not just talking about the locals; I paid attention to everyone there. The service was consistently the same. If they want to serve tapas and platters—casual yet high-quality—they have a lot to learn.

26/10/2025: I'm giving it four stars because I don't like tarring everyone with the same brush. But considering the beautiful setting and the good food, it's embarrassing that so many people are serving. The waiter immediately attacked us while we were ordering, repeatedly responding rudely and abruptly. Only when we pointed out that he should be less rude, that his service was paid for, and that otherwise we would have left (a table of 11 people), did he apologize and indulge in excessive bowels. Antonio, take a day off!
