04/04/2025: Dopo un anno di preparativi siamo arrivati al giorno del matrimonio ieri, Giovedì 3 Aprile e devo dire che è andato tutto stupendamente, complice principale questa bellissima cornice naturale, con un lago immerso nel verde ai piedi di questo bellissimo ristorante dove il cibo è semplicemente divino e lo staff fantastico: Alberto, il nostro anfitrione, è l'esatta definizione di professionalità, cordialità e disponibilità; la figlia è un'esplosione di solarità e simpatia, col suo sorriso a 32 denti; menzione speciale alla donna che ho identificato come capo sala, Marianna, un generale tra i camerieri (impeccabili), sempre pronta a cogliere e soddisfare tempestivamente le nostre richieste, superba. Sceglierei di nuovi Il Lago "Eventi" per il mio matrimonio? Tutta la vita! Sono stati i nostri angeli in paradiso durante il giorno più bello della nostra vita.

03/06/2025: A gem of a restaurant! My parents recommended it to me and so we went there with my boyfriend.. The place is wonderful... very welcoming both inside and out... The waiters are very kind, prepared, friendly and nice.. The fish is excellent and fresh... Well-balanced and tasty dishes.. The only "sore" note (if I may say so) is the portions... My parents went there last year and the first courses and the fried food were immense in quantity, while when I went there with my boyfriend they were very normal... But they were excellent... The prices are medium-high, but obviously being top quality fish it is normal.. I have eaten many fried fish in my life and I think this is one of the best I have ever eaten... I will spend one more word for the environment: truly special... Inside (large place) it is "chaotically balanced" and with a decor that winks at the maritime but combining it with tables, chairs and wooden furniture... like a "sea hut" :) I felt at home.. There is also a floor below, but I have not seen it so I cannot say how big it is.. The exterior is a mix between modern, bucolic and classic.. there are benches, a path and various tables... all in the greenery... it seems like being in a small fairy garden.. Then there are two parking lots: one in front of the entrance (gate) and the other further down and it is really huge and you can enjoy a beautiful view to get there... I can't wait to go back! ☆☆☆☆

The original nucleus of the building dates back to 1458, as the urban residence of the banker Luca Pitti. The palace was then purchased by the Medici family in 1549

17/05/2025: The palace was the residence of the Grand Duke of Tuscany, the rooms of the main museum (there are several museums inside dedicated to different subjects) are full of frescoes, stuccos and paintings by famous artists that it almost becomes difficult to give them importance given the proximity to which they are located, the Boboli garden although it does not have the floral magnificence of Versailles and Schombrun is full of statues and suggestive views.

11/05/2025: We accidentally found this wonderful place and ordered vegetable bruschetta and lampredotto as a starter. Everything was excellent, even the wine served to us. Congratulations to the managers indeed

30/04/2025: Mad – Souls & Spirits in the San Frediano neighborhood is unlike any bar I’ve visited. It’s small, funky, and wildly creative. The bartenders are mad geniuses, crafting cocktails that are clever, surprising, and delicious. I ordered the “Breaking Bad” – served in a science beaker and full of smoky mezcal goodness – and my friend got the “Bloody Mario,” a wild twist on a Bloody Mary. Both were amazing. The vibe is energetic and irreverent, with pop culture references and neon signs everywhere. It’s a bar that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but still delivers serious drinks. Prices are fair (€10–€14 per drink), and they also offer fun bar snacks. Staff were super friendly and explained the drinks like proud artists. We went twice in one week and loved it both times. Great for pre-dinner drinks or a full night out. It’s not a huge space, so get there early or be ready to stand – but honestly, it’s part of the experience.

23/04/2025: Cocktails only and the menu is very creative...nothing you would recognize. We were going to leave but I asked our server if they could make "classic cocktails like a Manhattan". He said yes so we stayed. I had an excellent Manhattan and my wife had a great Cosmo. Overall a very good cocktail bar.

01/05/2025: A scam, they give you a fixed price but for a coffee €3, frozen pizza and they charge €1.5 per person for the service, not recommended.

01/05/2025: The food and price were excellent, but if I have to highlight one thing, it's the waiters—very attentive, affectionate, and friendly. They immediately became one of our group of friends; they even bought us a shot, even though we didn't order anything excessively expensive. Highly recommended.

04/05/2025: Carne di una qualità pazzesca, una cantina semplicemente fantastica, personale super preparato, attento, cordiale e molto simpatico un visuale sulle colline divina. Un posto difficile da dimenticare, Su due giorni di soggiorno 2 sere su 2 abbiamo cenato lì. Quindi sicuramente un posto in cui fare ritorno appena possibile.

01/05/2025: Siamo stati con bambini ed amici accolti con superbia e sufficienza hanno portato il cibo prima agli adulti dimenticando i bambini cibo discutibile in qualità dando solo importanza alla presentazione prezzi decisamente non in linea con la qualità e il servizio ( lentissimo) ricevuti ! Sconsiglio vivamente in zona ce ne sono di migliori

26/05/2025: Didn't eat here, stopped by to cath the equally for the imola grand prix before race day. Pub is great, one tiny complaint that we had to keep moving due to blocking a door, which I didn't really think was a problem. Nice beers on tap and good old fashioned pub atmosphere

08/05/2025: We went for lunch today for a friend's 39th birthday with her mother and mine. The restaurant is nice, quiet and the waiters were kind. Excellent food from the starter to the main courses. A big applause for the spaghettini all'amatriciana which was delicious! For wine a Alicante 35 euros good. So an appetizer, 4 first courses, 4 second courses with a slice of beef and a slice of tuna, 3 side dishes and 3 dessert wines plus another half liter of red wine. The bill was 164. Everything was excellent!

08/05/2025: Siamo stati oggi a pranzo x il 39novesimo compleanno di una amica con sua mamma e la mia.il ristorante e' carino, tranquillo e i camerieri gentili.cibo ottimo dall antipasto ai secondi.un plauso x gli spaghettini all amatriciana che erano buonissimi! X vino un alicante 35 euro buono. Quindi un antipasto, 4 primi, 4 secondi con una tagliata di manzo e una di tonno, 3 contorni e 3 passiti ah piu un altro mezzo litro di rosso.164 il conto.tutto e' stato ottimo!
