The bar isn't very big. There aren't many tables inside, but you can sit outside in the adjacent gazebo. The products are really good, both the drinks and the pastries and ice cream. Service is a bit slow, although the staff is friendly and helpful. There's a clean and tidy restroom inside. Parking is on the adjacent street and is difficult to find. Prices are a bit above average.

Bar Fizz on Via Matarrese is a one-of-a-kind place! The coffee, expertly crafted by longtime barista Antonio, never disappoints. The breakfasts, desserts, and cakes crafted by master pastry chefs, the always punctual and courteous service from Anna and her colleagues, and the friendliness of Vito, Marco, and the entire staff make this place a pleasant and welcoming home. It's been my home for years now, a safe place to spend an evening with friends. I highly recommend it, it's a guarantee. I'd like to compliment the staff behind the bar, especially Anna.

08/05/2026: I grew up in this bar as a teenager, and I've seen how, first my father, Peppino, who started the bar, and then his children, made this place worthy of fame. The pastry is top-notch, and their friendliness is truly impeccable. Over the years, they've done a sublime job of bringing the bar to the highest levels. Always highly recommended!
16/02/2026: Historic bar, beautiful square outside. Good pasticciotto, they should put more tables outside and increase the menu choice

19/03/2026: This café's artisanal croissants are a real surprise. The dough is soft, well-leavened, and the quality of the workmanship is immediately apparent. The fillings are generous yet always balanced: the cream is velvety, delicate, and never overly sweet. The plain version is also excellent, showcasing the deliciousness of the dough. The use of fresh ingredients and non-industrial production are clearly evident, elements that truly make the difference. It's the ideal place for a relaxed breakfast or a quality break. The only small drawback: during peak hours, they sell out quickly... but perhaps that's precisely the key to their success!
